Yeah they fucking do. I'm just not sure if solo is really worth it, the in-game rewards are mostly meaningless imo (twice as much darksight with Magpie is great, necro is situationally good. Like, as soon as people realise I'm solo, they'll burn and camp until I die again. Beyond that, nothing stood out to me), and well, 2 people, even if they're just a distraction (which they usually aren't), is a massive boon.

Also just to show off, man it's intense but so much more satisfying.

So we respawn with my team in BC, we start running towards the compound and... all the sounds of me and my teammats -- running, breathing, shooting etc. -- just stay where we respawned. yes, centennial and vetterli are fun. You get more ammo, get more ammo back, and there is a bit more ammo type variety. You also typically have a higher ROF than most long ammo. Is long ammo better? Maybe? It’s not really worth comparing these kinds of guns based on their merit because they don’t really occupy the same niche

I personally use them because I want to and I like the guns. I also like long ammo. I encourage you to just try guns for the hell of it instead of always trying to stick to min max loadouts

Me: Running double bow with 2x Poison and 2x constantina. Trying the pacifist way of life :DDD

Round start:
Getting first clue nearly instant and see the next is pretty close
As I reached the 2nd Clue I already hear Small Ammo and Shotty Shots from all over the Map
I rush to the 3rd Clue and find the Boss there at the left building in Reynard
Fast killing the boss and notice there are 2!!! Specialammo boxes inside - I also had a ammo box with me.
So as soon as I got the boss down and banish him - I used +20 constantina Arrows to make this house my stronghold 😄
Soon Hunter after Hunter arrives trying to get in but no chance. They tried to bomb the wires away - I just replace them.
I do something I raaarely do and write in Allchat - saying dat whoever is left at the end, gets the secound bounty
10 More minutes ppl try to get in and saaadly I had to kill 2 shotty players myself
After dat the solos and teams started fighting each other
With only 8 Minutes left the last 2 Hunters fighting close to me and I hear the final death
The last one standing wrote to me about thew bounty and I told him get away so i cant scan him anymore then I leave for him to pick the bounty
He left - I ran out to the event nest and get the event bounty
He picked the other boss bounty and we both went to seperate exits

However, when they started being used for sniping, the bolt was folded down to give clearance for a scope
