And the point was a slightly slower passive heal, maybe old regen rate of 2.5hp/s, so you still encourage to use med kits, so you don't get pushed down.
But also small tags or far away shots doesn't drain you as much.
Again, just because I don't think everyone running 1-2 regen shots makes the game good.

I think ammo attrion is more interesting than healing attrition.
Especially when one shot alway demand at least one heal from a medkit.
People running low on ammo makes them rotate, loot and use their side arms + put more thought into their loadout instead of just "long ammo rifle + shotgun, bc infinite ammo!". On the other hand people running out of healing starts camping or running away, bc even missing 25 hp is a risky 1-tap by many weapons now.
