the debian file was built for rootful type, iphoneos-arm is only for rootful, iphoneos-arm64 is rootless only, you cant install rootful tweaks on rootless and vice versa

If you're using the USB-C to Lightning cable then this will never work as i found out, use a normal cable with a C to A adapter and it will work fine.
