What you could try is removing the power cord 5-6 times

This will throw the apple tv in recovery mode and will ask you to either reboot or reset

If it resets, you could start over with manual setup

Used nitotv years ago to block updates and now I can’t connect to Apple servers for updates or to reset, or log in to apple servers. Any way to completely reset my 4K? A1842 on 13.4.5. Think I had done something to block updates with ocsp and now I don’t recall either.

NitoTV didn’t brick anything. Just reinstall unc0verTV via Xcode/Sideloady and restore root fs twice. Make sure to toggle OFF the OTA Disabler prior and you’ll be fine
