That sounds like a tweak conflict
when I try to install checkra1n, I can't do it from the boot menu, I have to use the command lines, when it's almost finishing the installation it shows some error messages, I think -99 and -72 or -78 I don't remember now. Even with the errors it installs checkra1n, but the cell phone sound doesn't work

I have managed to put myself in a pickle. I installed a faulty tweak or configured something wrong and then after a respring my phone went black (backlight still on, but no sign of life beyond that), so I gave it a second assuming it would go into Safe Mode, it didn't. So I restarted it and then rejailbroke it and same black screen so I tried rejailbreaking with safe mode, but all I could get was Exploit Failed -31. I later decided to try the CLI (with the --force-revert option, but that didn't do anything) and managed to boot without safe mode, but no tweaks were being injected and Sileo and NewTerm wouldn't launch. I tried safe mode, same thing (I did get the safe mode popup but nothing else), but once the checkra1n loader appeared that could launch but I could only install Cydia not restore rootfs which seems like it would introduce more problems than it would solve. So that's my pickle. Any ideas?
Maybe the apps are still there because of the UI Cache, but Betelguese doesn't help

however because you did your jailbreak is uh fucked and you need to restore rootfs (checkra1n loader -> restore system) then redo it

There is no jailbreak for A8X - A11 devices (iPhone 6S - iPhone 8/X) on 14.4+ without a computer (see: checkra1n).

Hi. Yesterday I succesfully jailbreak my iphone 6s, but when today i woke up, my phone was turned off, because it is died. When I booted up it again, the phone wasn't jailbroken, so I wanted to jailbreak it. (I used, and still use checkn1x on windows 10 with amd ryzen cpu) When the progress bar reached the "Right before the trigger" progress it simply jumped back to the "Setting up the exploit" progress. I tried today so many times, but failed again. At the end, I got -31 error code, but idk what is it. (I use the exact same pendrive to boot up the iso file, exact same cable to the iphone, exact same ports. I tried to change them to another but not worked.)

Using normal checkra1n (installing cydia from the loader) leads to respring loops causing you to reboot and rejb each time
