So the zip file I got from Play! Website if I tap that it doesnt work, if I extract natively via files app then it doesnt work it creates a folder called payload and the ipa within that seems to be broken. If I extract via unzip it looks like it builds the ipa properly but it is still greyed out

So you can't install trollinstallerx or ts itself ?
If former and you are using enterprise certificates (ie scarlet, esign) maybe try signing with sideloadly instead of enterprise certs.

Nope cant even install trollinstallerx
Its brand new factory reset iPhone without Apple ID, on another iPhone 7 the same method perfectly worked

So what happened on this one is that it somehow had 14.8 and I didn't see and tried to open the GTA Helper and it didn't work, so I upgraded to 15.8.2 and it just doesn't even let it install anymore now
