If you're on an unjailbreakable version, you'll have to erase your device and set up as new or use a backup that was taken before jailbreaking.

After I click prepare, the phone erases everything but once that’s done, in apple configurator 2 it says there’s some error and the iPhone doesn’t get supervised. Does this have something to do with the fact on finder on my macbook it says the software is already up to date even though it’s on 15.2b2?
