Hey im running ios 15.1.1, first there was a minor buffer crash then most app icons vanished, okay what ever, then today there was 3 buffer crashes in a row, then a few hours later i got the low battery 10% sound and had the phone buffer crash then semi freeze for about 10 min. It had the buffer crash about 10 times in a row before it froze, about 3 min later the phone rebooted, battery data was missing (like usage) non jailbroken, dont wanna hit up apple because well 1. Its a pain and 2. Theyll just complain and say update 3. Ive been running this version for a while without issues. (also its an iphone 12 pro max)

What's a blob?

It is a file containing a special key specifically for that one device to allow downgrading to a specific firmware.
They're like golden tickets, but instead a digital signature made by Apple that was saved at the time when the signing window was open. If you possess one (or many), keep them safe.

How do they work?

They can be used in a program called futurerestore to restore to a firmware in which the SEP/Baseband is compatible. To check SEP/Baseband compatibility, check /tag sepbb.

Make sure to not use misleading sites.

Regardless of SEP/Baseband compatibility, any/all blobs should be saved for future downgrading abilities.

Can I save them now?
Of course. Blobs can be saved at any time, but it is crucial to save them when Apple releases new firmware, because they can only be saved for versions that are currently signed.There is one exception to this: if you are jailbroken and Apple has unsigned the version you're currently on, you may save onboard blobs for that version.

okay so i have been having problems recently with my phone randomly crashing and causing it to reboot, thus having to rejailbreak it with unc0ver. I am on ios 14.3 using the built in Fugu14. I have noticed that the memory usage was sitting at around 89% with no apps opened. I am assuming this is the culprit of my crashes. I have not installed any tweaks recently. Is there a tweak or an app to free up some RAM so i can prevent this from continuing?

Chimera's success rate is poor and can take multiple attempts to successfully jailbreak, especially on older devices.

Tips to increase success rate:

• Update to the latest Chimera version (ideally 1.6.4 or later)
• Make sure the device is charged above 20%
• Reboot after a failed attempt
• Wait 60 seconds before jailbreaking after a reboot/failed attempt
• Turn low power mode off
• Put your device in front of an air conditioner or fan
