hi, running 13.5 on my xs max unc0ver w atlserver on windows 10, i had to power phone off today and when starting it back up i usually go and reinstall altstore to rejailbreak, but no matter how many times i install it does not open on my phone. ive ensure it trusts computer, ran as admin on altserver, deleted and reinstalled altserver, and still nothing. i do have a file ending in .crash if anyone can interpret it to solve my issue. or if i am in the wrong channel, point me to the correct one, ty

all you have to do is ensure u have latest icloud installed (NOT the one from microsoft store), latest itunes, then uninstall altserver completely and download from that link and proceed like normal, worked first try after i updated my icloud

Today I managed to pinpoint the exact cause of why it was messing up, one of my tweaks got corrupted when I attempted to jailbreak on unc0ver without any available storage, I uninstalled that tweak, everything works like normal again. Is there a way I can file a bug report about this storage issue? It took absolutely forever to find out which one, enabling each tweak one by one.

So I have had this issue after having a corrupted jailbreak for around a week. I decided to turn off my phone then restart it then run unc0ver and it broke my phone. I couldn’t open any software applications so I tried going into irecovery and adding in the restore jailbreak parameter for unc0ver then rebooting then it exited. After it exited it was still in restore mode so I exited it then restarted and when I tried installing the jailbreak again using altstore, it restarts my phone, as soon as it hits the Lock Screen it restarts again. Then next restart prompts me to continue the jailbreak and when I try to use unc0ver to jailbreak after installing fugu it says unsupported. I decided to after doing step two to erase my phone after trying to jaikbreak again so I’m at this state at the moment and I’m wondering how I can get the into the jailbreak state again

There's no way to get around it, but you can fakesign apps to work without sideloading, as long as the device is jailbroken with appsync unified and filza. Alternatively if you wanted to sideload still, use a second apple id

I'm trying to install unc0ver 7.0.2 the AltServer way but cannot get Jailbreak Requires Untether prompt at all!
I was using unc0ver 6.x which was sideloaded using a signing service, then stupid me updated unc0ver to 7.0.2 using the same signing service to find out that untether method only works with AltStore..
I now restored FS and tried the AltStore method again with no luck at all.. I just won't get the Untether Placeholder Prompt at all!

Hey so I was trying to jail break my I phone 8 which is running iOS 14.7.1 using checkra1n I was able to install it and get it onto a externality stick fine and boot it. However after I exit the settings menu to toggle skip a11 check and to allow untested iOS the start button still is blue and then the whole menu freezes (I’m on windows btw)

technically yes, but a restore in itunes completely resets the device and apple will have no idea.
although there are cases where people have sent their device in to apple jailbroken and they didnt care. should still restore if you need to use ur warranty just to be safe.
if youve fucked your device to the point it doesnt boot anymore, then they wont be able to tell anyway.

For apps crashing: If they don't work, try a jailbreak detection bypass.
If you have ever saved blobs, you could futurerestore to a jailbreakable version, however Face ID would break (until you restore to ios 15 but you'd lose jailbreak too). Blobs for 14.0-14.5.1 would let you jailbreak at the cost of losing face id
If you don't have blobs, you cannot do anything apart from restoring rootfs and updating to 15.1, losing jailbreak entirely

Hello world, I am currently on iOS 13.5.5 beta and since updating Altserver to 1.4.7 I can no longer jailbreak (altserver crashes upon open on phone). My first question, should I stay on 13.5.5 beta or upgrade to 14.5.1 for the untethered Fugu14 jailbreak? Second, I saved blobs for 14.5.1 on my iPhone 11 pro but upon inspection it says iPhone12,3...shouldn’t it say 11? While you can update to 14.0-14.5.1 (if you have the blobs), it would break face id

My problem is this. I have jailbroken my phones going back to my iPhone 4, this has never really caused too much of a headache for me except recently. I have attempted to use a stock phone a few times and apps like Pokemon Go wont run because they detect latent jailbreak files in my system files. these file apparently are in my iphone backups so even now, that i am on a 13 pro max on OS 15.0.2 and unable to jailbreak, pokemon go still sees those files from when i did a restore and the JB detection stops the app from opening.
I can not start from scratch. i can lose all of my contacts and data and apps and yada yada yada. so, what i need is to be able to find a way to remove these files either from my system, or from my pack up and then do a restore using the modified back up. Is anyone familiar with a process to do this on an unmodified phone or iOS backup?

Fugu14 on A14, i think it might have something to do with vnodebypass not correctly being disabled even though it says disabled. Still JailBroken though and everything like Cydia and NewTerm works

If I want to switch from unc0ver to checkra1n, how do I remove all unc0ver stuff without having the unc0ver app? No method I've tried will install AltStore (and sign apps) or sign unc0ver
My phone rebooted and today AltStore decided it didnt want to resign apps anymore. Even fresh installation of AltStore doesn't fix it. I get "AltServer not found".

Hi, any help would be appreciated. Can’t update Sileo, or any of the tweaks required in Sileo. On my fresh jailbreak after rootfs, where Sileo has updates, I update them, or even on by one and this is what happens. It looks like dpkg is the issue. Can’t find any help online, considering a full wipe of the device, but before I do I’d love some assistance 🥺
I could just not update them, but that causes issues with tweaks as Sileo is an older version and dpkg/system-cmds etc are all original versions, so tweaks I install just don’t work
- if it matters, I’m using chimera jailbreak on an A12 device, running iOS12.

Hello, I need help for a problem with springboard. Every time, I jailbreak my iPhone X on iOS 14.5.1 with checkra1n, my phone is every time and constantly respiring itself, and I can't much do about it. I followed the recomandation on the FAQ page on reddit, deleted recent tweaks, installed a tweak named "Fix Random Respiring" (someone said on the reddit sub, that this tweak helped his issue), followed guides-posts on the reddit sub, and everything didn't work. Only boot to the safe mode prevented the issue. Is there a fix for this problem or something?

use i cleaner and disable half of your tweaks and if it’s still happening its on of the tweaks you didn’t disable and vice versa repeat those steps with the half the tweak is on
