Not sure if I'm right here, but I'll try: I used to have a JB back on iOS12 on my X. I removed it, updated to iOS 13.7 and everything was okay. When iOS14 was released, I couldn't update to it as I got a black screen upon the reboot. Luckily, I could still rollback to 13.7 during that time but now with iOS15 around the corner I'd like to update, though I am scared that I would not be able to boot into it again and not be able to rollback either. Does anyone in here had a similar issue and knows how to approach this? Should I re-jailbreak it and try to remove every leftover of every tweak I had or is that unlikely to fix anything?

I'm here because I recently bought an iPad Mini 1st Gen from 2012 and the only available jailbreak is with Phoenix but it is semi-untethered so after every reboot I had to restart the ipad every time and this is really boring me. Since iOS 9.3.4 can had Untethered jailbreak I want to downgrade to this version but apparently there isn't a SHSH for that version, so first of all can I downgrade and secondly does it will lose all of my data ?

Hi does anyone know of a tweak that properly allows for packet sniffing? You can use mitm proxy, but certain things are not properly logged that way, only on safari. Most apps do not trust the proxy on default and don't share the information. So if anyone knows of a tweak to enable it, please let me know, thanks.

No. iCloud locks are hard to bypass, and discussing it is banned because it’s an anti theft thing
The only way to get that phone to work is for the ex to take it off his iCloud account

um funny thing actually. its my second iphone that i got a long while ago and i wanted to use pangu9 on it but the itunes restore from my 3gs carried over my father's icloud account and the last time he used the account, icloud was still mobileme. so obviously he doesn't remember the password and i couldn't disable findmyiphone to use pangu9. few years passed and i um forgot exactly which one of my passwords unlocked my phone. fortunately, i got all my pictures and documents out of it before i forgot.
i never updated cause well i wanted to use the fancy pangu9 untethered jailbreak considering that the last time i remember using an untethered jb was posixpwn for my 3gs

Could anyone help me out, I am running into an issue with my iPad and iPhone
Both are jailbroken and both are on same iOS
When I try to open up my personal hotspot on my phone
To connect to my iPad
It never works right away
I tap it and it always fails
The only way for me to connect to it is by enabling hotspot manually on my iPhone then having automatic connection on my iPad
If I tap on it manually it always fails
My iPad shares the same iCloud account
So my iPhone shows up as available hotspot from the WiFi menu

And my iPad also connects to my parents phone with no problem. It pops up the allow to connect on my parents iPhones while it doesn’t for my iPhone.

I tried an old terminal method I found using libirecovery and such, but with no avail.
I tried something else just a few minutes ago. Instead of "Unjailbroken" I said I was "Jailbroken". It sent my device to recovery, and right after I closed that window and kept clicking Read From Device > Unjailbroken, hoping the only thing Java could not do was putting my device into recovery. I got a "lockdown error" (whatever that is) and then a "device not connected" error. After I rebooted my phone, the program still spit me an APNonce. I don't know why, but it did.
Is that APNonce any good? Or is it some sort of dummy APNonce which is not valid for some reason?

if you chose the jailbroken option, then your apnonce/generator pair most likely won't match so it's useless
by the terminal method I assume you mean getnonce? what happened when you tried that?

So, if I followed the tutorial step-by-step (so by downloading libimobiledevice manually from GitHub) the terminal would just get stuck to "Waiting for device to be connected and unlocked"
However, when I installed both libirecovery and libimobiledevice from brew, I got this error
