Was running unc0ver just fine (iPhone X, 14.2). Recently updated to 6.1.1, jailbroke either with 6.1.1 or 6.1.0, everything was working flawlessly. I kept picking up my phone every ~5-10 minutes, until I noticed it had gone into boot loop (hadn't touched it for 10 minutes). Tried everything, eventually restored (tried both safe mode and DFU), and it's still stuck on the boot loop (Apple logo keeps flashing). Trying DFU restore, the phone starts trying to boot again once iTunes is done "Extracting software". Safe mode restore seems to work fine, the phone shows the restore progress bar, goes to the very end and then goes into boot loop again. Anyone have similar experience or any tips?

Then all of a sudden this trash excuse of a phone decided to update itself despite all auto update feautures being turned off. It was already on the black screen so I decided to instantly force restart it. This stopped the update but now it's on an black screen that says support.apple.com/iphone/restore. I plugged my iphone into my mac and it tells me that I have to either update it or update and restore it. What do I do to go back to 14.0 or 14.3? I would rather have to restore it than updating it.

Without another screenshot, I'm guessing that it's another case of Jetsam-related errors (insufficient RAM for tweaks).

That's a mighty big assumption, there; presuming that a 14.4 exploit (required for JB-ing) is imminent.
Since you're on a pre-A12 device, you don't need to know stuff like the apNonce (which is a headache in-and-of itself)... just your device's ECID and model.

The big requirement is that the currently-signed version of iOS is compatible with what is called the SEP (Secure Enclave Processor?)... which stores biometric data such as Touch- and Face-ID separately from normal RAM.
Without that? No up-/down-/side-grades via FutureRestore, even with blobs.

You sure you're doing the Force Restart procedure correctly? As in, 'press Volume Up, release, Volume Down, release, then hold down the Sleep button for more than 5 seconds, but release once the Apple icon appears'?

Right now? No, I don't. Especially since iOS 14 is murderous on older iPhones (the 6S and 1st-gen SE in particular) when it comes to battery life.
Your 7 is just outside that range, but not by much.

Even more reason to avoid iOS 14 then; unless you're planning on getting an (un)official battery replacement.
As in, an official (battery) replacement by Apple is likely to result in them upgrading iOS for you.

Already exported a Batchomatic .deb file (only for queing up a large number of tweaks in one go, nothing else) for that. And I've also created .zip files through Filza containing the 'Preferences', 'Downloads', and 'Documents' folders in /var/mobile.

I'm not inexperienced at this, but having to perform a full-blown Restore RootFS just to make outgoing phone calls, and then re-JB (and re-install all my tweaks) is too much.

Yeah, I kind of figured; but the ones that stand out (AskMeBeforeCallingToo 13, Sonus 13, DownloadBar 13) have worked just fine... for several hours, and then I lose outgoing call capability.
