I tried to downgrade unc0ver and now Cydia want's to "upgrade" Cydia Substrate by removing it. It also gave me the "Half-Installed Package" pop-up, and the only options are "Ignore (Temporary)" and "Forcibly Clear (Unsafe)". But is there a "safer" way to clear it and how do I prevent it from happening again?

So, I tried manually queuing an upgrade for Cydia Impactor, and that made it where Cydia Substrate will be upgraded, but Substitute will be removed. Is unc0ver even supposed to have Substitute? Are they easily interchangable? I haven't actually modified anything yet, just queued stuff.

That would explain my problem (first loading u0 3.8+ added Substitute, then loading u0 3.5 tried to add Substrate and the packages conflicted so it caused problems)

Get ‘System Info’ from ‘apt.xninja.xyz’ if you don’t already have it, then once installed go to settings > general > about and then swipe right on the ‘ECID’ cell and choose ‘Save SHSH2’. Then pick 14.1 and note where the blobs are saved.

i assume i need to update it with iTunes and selecting "iPad_64bit_TouchID_14.1_18A8395_Restore.ipsw" pressing ALT (I´m on Windows 10) and clicking in the "Restore iPad" button,

and you should be able to update with the ipsw, by shift clicking update and selecting the ipsw, if that's easier than restoring

I’m on iPhone X 11.4b3 jailbroken with uncover version 4.3.1 and I’ve been having this bug for months now that’s intermittent but very annoying when it occurs. It can occur anytime (launching apps, app switcher etc.) but the most common place it happens is in spotlight where all of a sudden my phone freezes for a while then reboots all the way to an unjailbroken state. This normally wouldn’t be an issue but when I launch uncover it prompts with “Jailbreak” instead of “Rejailbreak” like normal and if I proceed with the jailbreak prompt everything goes smoothly until respring in which it infinitely loads. I then have to restart the iPhone and go back and clear root Fs and rejailbreak that way. This can be a pain tho as I have to reinstall my tweaks and it’s been happening probably for a year now and I’m not really sure why. If anyone has any ideas or concepts I’d be more than willing to try

Ok so update sorry for spam i found if i disable loading tweaks as an option and go forward with pressing the jailbreak button it successfully jailbreaks again and cydia will launch (before it was there but would crash upon launch) the rejailbreak button will be there and then i press that with loading tweaks enabled and it worked without having to restore rootfs im not sure if its a tweak that causes my phone to freeze or what but im still open to try and find out

Normally in this situation I would say to update and use checkra1n. But for now the only version available that would be able to jailbreak an X on 14.1 is unofficial. Your window on getting to 14.1 is also closing soon as well. iOS 11 is now considered #legacy. Not to mention youre on a beta version at that. On top of that unc0ver on 11 wasn’t the best. You could continue to restore rootfs as you have been when the issue occurs. Or try posting a crash log if you have it when the issue occurs. Or try narrowing down some of your tweaks to see if its one of them. Or you could update to 14.1 while its still signed and wait for a checkra1n update.

I switched from checkra1n to Oddeseyra1n and did a restore rootfs before switching. I'm now installing all tweaks. But I just installed ClassicFolder2 (which I legally purchased) but I'm in a resping loop now
Once I unlock my phone it's checking for the license and respings afterwards
Once it respings, and I unlock the phone again I get the same procedure time after time
Any one have a clue how to fix this?

Hey guys, I use this tweak called RealCC that allows you to turn off WiFi and Bluetooth permanently from the control center. For some reason it stopped working and now Bluetooth won’t turn off, it also won’t connect to anything. It’s stuck trying to connect to my earbuds. How can I fix this?
