3,1 is gsm and 3,3 is cdma

Basicly i'm trying to hactivate a iphone 4 which has a damn need for a sim card to activate, so i found a tool called ssh_rd but i keep getting stuck on ramdisk load started!, im using windows 10, but it did work on windows 7, but i dont have my other pc with windows 7 now, and only this one... on my other pc after the ramdisk load started it would go into the classic apple logo with the loading bar and it would finish saying please connect with your favorite ssh client like that, but on this pc it keeps getting stuck at the ramdisk load started, and it goes to the connect to itunes... i have no idea..

btw i had to use a java version from 2012 for it to work...

and i currently have itunes 11 because i was trying to try something else that required this version of itunes. how it worked on my other pc i got itunes 11 too on this pc just to be sure
