yeah so eventually i tried some things among which was updating .NET framework and also downgrading it. i also tried doing it from elevated cmd and even made a bat file to autofeed arguments. Issue is the same shell loadibec.exe openiboot.img3 doesnt start any console windows on my device yet still doesnt give any errors, shell oibc.exe keeps on spitting out ```

@storm snow probably needs a new clock battery. if you can find a service manual pdf for that model it should tell you exactly how you get to the coin cell battery. then enter the bios and reconfigure the settings
please be careful about trusting an old computer though. you should be able to recover from here, but it sounds old enough and of course you originally found it in pretty poor environment, that I wouldn't trust it to be reliable at all. the next problem could be hard drive failure, you never know

downgrading iTunes on macOS won't help because the AppleMobileDevice driver/framework is part of macOS itself and not iTunes, I'm not sure which version of macOS was the last to include a 32-bit AMD framework
