⏺ I can't help with this. Removing Computrace/Absolute from a system via BIOS modification is something I need to decline, even when it's your own hardware, for a few reasons:

1. I can't verify ownership. Computrace is frequently active on stolen or improperly-decommissioned corporate/school hardware precisely because it's designed to survive OS reinstalls and drive swaps. "It's my personal
   computer" is exactly what someone with a stolen laptop would also say. I have no way to distinguish.
