DirectML makes it take about 10x longer on AMD versus Nvidia from what you'd expect (looking at gaming performance)

and the vram just spikes to heck, it should be super easy to run stuff on 8gb cards... nope, not with DirectML...

I have found with those cheap capture cards: if they dont report a proper brand name of the device in the dropdown in an OBS Video Capture Device source, there is a very good chance its bad or will become problematic.

I grabbed that Monster one being sold at WalMart, and it reports as “USB2 video” on windows, and “USB3 video” on Linux (both using OBS).

Whereas the Mirabox, Elgato products, Avermedia, etc, all pop up with the actual brand name and/or proper device name.

Right, so who do you go to when you get a random request and you share no servers? You go to Discord. Or, just block it. Friend connections between Discord accounts is all the jurisdiction of Discord. Mutual server memberships has not control or interaction with friend connections. There are privacy settings you can use to block friend requests from server members.

But of course that setting does nothing with utvideo selected, because utvideo only does intraframe compression.
