I'm finally doing something I have needed for quite awhile. Moving a bunch of Steam games to another drive. My poor C: drive has been hanging around the red bar for too long.

As usual these days, Steam's support website gives the wrong location for the setting to move a game's install folder. Almost as bad as Windows

block or object level distribution for pooled volumes depends on a few factors

if you need "easy to expand" or "easy to get files back in case something goes bad" object level is better

if you have a per-file size requirement that is larger than your individual drive's size, or you need the sheer performance you get from striping, block level is better

Do you know if they use higher friction surfaces on those ones? Here I often will cycle in the road because the bike lanes I go like 2/3 of the speed as compared to the roads
