Hello everyone, I have been having some problems with multi stream, specifically with dropping frames while streaming to tiktok and twitch. My upload speed is always above 150 mbps so i know i dont have a network problem, i have a 1080 ti in my streaming computer as well as a i7-4790k processor, so i dont think that's an issue either. any ideas?

To ensure the most stable and high-quality stream to Twitch, we recommend using a Twitch test tool to find the optimal server for your location and internet connection.
📋 How to Use the Twitch Test Tool:

- Run the test using either the Medium or Long duration. Short tests may not provide the most accurate results.
- Select your specific region from the listed options. If your exact region is not available, choose 5 to 6 servers closest to you.
- Aim for a quality score of at least 84. This indicates a strong and stable connection.

- Once you've identified a good server, navigate to your Streamlabs Desktop settings:

Are you multistreaming with a Streamlabs Ultra subscription?
You mentioned Twitch & TikTok. That combination commonly uses our Dual Output feature which is not multistreaming. Dual Output sends one stream to the horizontal output and one stream to the vertical output.
Multistreaming with Streamlabs Ultra sends one stream to Streamlabs and then we send it along to those platforms you enable when you go live.
i have ultra yes, so my understanding is that one stream went to my horizontal streams, and one went to tiktok for vertical streaming

This is Dual Output...
so im doing both. i multi stream to kick, twitch and youtube, and then use dual output to send to tiktok
that may just be too much for my computer
Then I'd hop over to #vip-support for assistance. Hard for me to tell if the dropped frames are coming from the connection to Streamlabs or the connection to TikTok.
You can verify this by not streaming to TikTok and see how it goes and then streaming only to TikTok and see how it goes.

Hello, I have a problem when I stream or record, the quality becomes blurry at times. I've tried several encoders, always leaving the bitrate at 8000, but nothing changes in the end. It's literally been 3 years since I found a solution, I hope to find help here pls
Streaming and Recording are different. You should not use a bitrate for recording.
For Recording, set the Output Mode to Simple, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size and set the encoder to, if possible, your AMD or Nvidia encoder.

Optimizing Your Stream: Recommended Bitrate Settings
@main shoal, getting your bitrate right is essential for a clear stream. Bitrate indicates the data rate of your video, and if too low for your chosen resolution and frame rate, it can lead to pixelation.
📋Recommended Bitrate Ranges for Resolution & FPS
- 1280x720 at 30 FPS: 2,200 to 2,800 kbps
- 1280x720 at 60 FPS: 3,800 to 5,600 kbps
- 1920x1080 at 30 FPS: 4,400 to 6,200 kbps
- 1920x1080 at 60 FPS: 8,700 to 12,500 kbps (a minimum of 6,000 kbps is generally recommended for good quality)
- 1600x900 or 1536x864 at 60 FPS: At least 6,000 kbps, up to 8,600 kbps
If you notice pixelation or blockiness on your stream, it often means your bitrate isn't high enough to properly encode your video for the content you're showing. Consider increasing it within these recommended ranges!

What platform, YouTube?
yes youtube is currently soon twitch
There will always be pixelation with fast movement and when the game is dark. The stream will never look exactly like what you see on the monitor. With YouTube, you can give it more bitrate if you have sufficient upload.
However, if you're planning on streaming to Twitch, that all changes as the maximum bitrate that Twitch will allow is 6000. So you'd have to switch your Output Resolution to 1280x720 and set the bitrate to 6000.
here is a connection test if it can help
Speed Tests really don't matter other than showing you have sufficient upload bandwidth. With YouTube, you can increase the bitrate but you probably won't see much change. A bitrate of 12500 is plenty for 1920x1080. You could try reducing your FPS to 30. Might help a bit.
the problem remains the same despite the bitrate change, I checked that all the parameters are correct to have the same quality as the others who stream, nothing changes
There's really not much more you can tweak. You're going to have to remember, the stream will not look exactly like what you see on the monitor. You're biased since you can see the source. What you have set now is good for YouTube.
hey, i have 3 screens, can i share the audio of one of them ? if i play i dont want the other screen audio on the stream

@eager comet, if Streamlabs Desktop is showing a black screen instead of capturing your game, here are some common solutions to try:
- Ensure your game is the active window. After adding your game capture source, interact with the game for about 5 to 20 seconds. This often helps Streamlabs Desktop detect and capture it.
- Run Streamlabs Desktop as an administrator.
- Change your Game Capture mode from "Auto" to "Capture Specific Window" and then select your game from the list.
- Please note: Some games may not be compatible with Game Capture. If the above steps don't work, try using Window Capture or Display Capture instead.

Hey, Ive been trying to stream on Kick using streamlabs for over a month.
Every time I attempt to stream, it tells me "reconnecting". I have watched every video trying to figure this out. I can stream on every other platform fine using streamlabs. I just dont understand what goes wrong.
For Kick:
- Set your Output Resolution to 1280x720
- Set your Bitrate to 3500
- Set the stream title and category on your Kick Dashboard

Hello I need help moving my windows scenes to my mac
Sadly, that's not possible due to the differences in the way Windows and MacOS store their data. You'll have to create your scenes and sources from scratch on the Mac. I know this isn't ideal but sadly, it is what it is.

Software, no, sorry. I'm just a PC guy. You might look into DropBox or, if you're into their eco-system, Google Drive. Or, and perhaps faster and less complex, just use a USB Flash Drive to transfer the files over.

everytime I load up streamlabs I have to log out of everything then log back in and reauthorize twich and all my connections for dual output to work. Otherwise it only goes live to Tiktok. IT effs up my algorithim on tiktok every single day. Tiktoks algorithm hates when you go off live then re go live

Hi, I am trying to do a custom follower notification off Canva. Everytime I put it into the widget its saying error put in a number greater than 0. I have resized the photo multiple times and it keeps saying the same thing. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.
That can come from any of the other alerts. I would go through each field on each alert and make sure that where the field is expecting a numeral greater than zero that there is nothing else there like a space, specialty character, a symbol, etc.
Some of those fields are on the Bits alert. Like Min to Alert and on the Bits TTS Min to Read.
ive deleted everything and its still doing it. 🙁 I dont know how to fix it lol

For Twitch, make sure these are all set to 0 (the number zero). Having these fields blank (null) is likely the problem.
If you also have alerts for other platforms, go through each of those alerts and make sure any field expecting a number is specifically set to 0 (the number zero) and not blank, not the actual word zero, no special characters like there !@#$%^&*(){}[];:'"<>,./

TikTok are the ones who suspend access, Streamlabs has no input into that. You will need to reach out to them.

For some reason my streamlabs access to TikTok has completely been removed - my stream key is not getting recognised on streamlabs and my direct access has been revoked for no reason - literally stopped streaming for christmas period, came back and i'm banned - no email, no reason why, just banned. Checked every other aspect of tiktok like notifications, live access on TikTok live on app and in studio - no cases and all is good so it is clearly to do with streamlabs. I would like to get this sorted asap as it's saying I have to wait 4 days to even apply again and then it will probably be another week before live access gets accepted by tiktok again, as I have a fairly good following of 3600 followers who are 99% on TikTok - Can anyone help?
First time streaming in a few years, my streamlabs seems to not want to grab information from Twitch. Like follows and subs.
I have disconnected it all and reconnected a couple times but it still isn't recognizing follows.
I can see in my mini feed it has not updated either or in the main feed on the website. My actual alert box is fine when i test widgets it works, just for some reason it isnt picking up follows and such from twitch
TikTok alone does that. You will need to reach out to them for an explanation.
Let's refresh the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch.
Follow these steps in order, even if you already done any one of the steps before. Don't skips steps and don't perform them out out order.
If you're unsure about any of the steps, don't assume anything, ask first before proceeding.

Log out of the Streamlabs web site on every device you access it: Click your PFP and choose Log out.

If you use Streamlabs Console, log out of the Streamlabs Console web site on every device you access it: Click your PFP and choose Log out.

If you use the standalone Streamlabels application, log out of that.

Log out in Streamlabs Desktop (see next post on how to do that).

Follow this guide: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account. Just follow the section for Twitch.

Navigate back to the Streamlabs web site and log in with your Twitch. This re-establishes the connection. So i just tried to stream (nothing changed since my last stream saturday) and my sl will not capture any audio from my desktop it will only catch my mic. i thought it was just something simple i may have overlooked but after going through every setting in my pc and on sl i cant seem to find why this is happening. im almost an hour late to my stream (not that that matters or has bearing to you guys) but id really like to try and resolve this as quickly as possible. I’m having the exact same issue! I contacted TikTok and they told me I’m not banned from their end so it’s a Streamlabs problem. I’ve seen quite a few others having the same problem too, is Streamlabs looking to fix this issue?

YouTube doesn’t supply the name of the game. So you’d have to leave the ‘last seen streaming’ part out. It would just show nothing.

Here has been my problem today...
Before stream--- Restart router (still drops kb/s)
10 minutes later--- Restart router again (still drops kb/s)
15 minutes after that--- Restart Streamlabs (still drops kb/s)
15 minutes after that--- Switch to different router (still drops kb/s)
10 minutes after that--- Restart PC (still drops kb/s)
20 minutes after that--- Switch to original router (still drops kb/s)
Don't say it is a network issue because the only other devices connected are my PS5 and tablet and they still run smooth. That's how I know its a Streamlab error.

the obs plugin is broken
In OBS, I can't read the recent events and the chat is blurry. To read it, I have to hover the mouse over it.
Does this issue occur in other browser docks, not related or connected to the SL plugin?
Just those two sections: recent events and the chat that's inside OBS.
Interesting. Hop over to #vip-support for assistance on that. If it was occurring with other docks not from the SL Plugin, it would be a system wide anti-alias setting.

If you have Unlimited Alert Moderation Delay enabled, do you also have Censor Recent Events enabled? If so, toggle Censor Recent Events off then toggle off Unlimited Alert Moderation Delay. Then restart OBS Studio and see if its better or not.
It does the same thing: it looks clean and then suddenly it gets blurry again.
Be sure to click Save Settings at the bottom right if you toggle those off.
In OBS Studio, go to Settings > Advanced > Sources and uncheck Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration, save the settings, restart OBS Studio, and let me know how it goes?

streamlabels for me has been broken for a few weeks, events arent updating, already had redirected and redownloaded multiple times.

If you need to disconnect your streaming service (like Twitch, YouTube, or others) from your Streamlabs account, please follow these clear steps:
- Log out of Streamlabs.com (you can use this link to force a logout and any Streamlabs software such as Streamlabs Desktop (you can do so from the bottom left 👤)
- Follow this guide to disconnect the specific streaming service from Streamlabs
- Once you're done, please log back Streamlabs Desktop or streamlabs.com with the account disconnected
Note: If you are doing this step for fixing your alerts, you may need to reload your widgets. You can do this by going to your Live Actions Tab of the Recent Events > Scroll all the way and click Reload Widgets

Not updating how? If you mean, for Twitch, an existing follower unfollowing and refollowing, that will not trigger a new event as that would spam your events.
And for YouTube:
Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.
When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.
The viewer would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.
done this and disconnected all streamlabs related things from twitch, reconnecting, reinstalling, rewhatever and still doesnt update alerts, last event is nearly 1 month ago when that is not true.

Hi,
I Hope that someone could help me. The last couple of weeks, I have tried to stream to TikTok from SLOBS, about 18 mins into my stream I get suspended, reason for suspension is, reproduced content, which is not possible. I have streamed to tiktok via SLOBS for the last 2 years. I have unmerged and merged TikTok to my SLOBS account, logged out and back in, but the problem still persist.
Not sure why this is happening, because nothing has changed in my overlays and stuff. Everything is still the same. I can stream from TikTok live studio just after I get suspended from my SLOBS account. I hope there is someone that can help me solve this issue.
I don't have any screenshots, but I have explained it as detailed as possible. I do appeal this then the appeal gets approved, but when I go live to TikTok again, the same happens. This feels like a streamlabs to TikTok issue. Not sure. But like I said, I can immediately go live from TikTok Live Studio when I get my suspension on my SLOBS stream.

You will need to reach out to TikTik for more information on the reason. Streamlabs has no input on and cannot see why TikTok makes any decision on anyone's Live with Streamlabs permission.
TikTik alone grants, suspends, or revokes permission to Live with Streamlabs which is a completely seperate permission from Live with Studio.
TikTik will tell you that you have no restrictions and to ask Streamlabs. TikTok is only looking at your Live with Studio permission when they say this.
Remember, 50% of your content through Live with Streamlabs MUST by 50% gaming content.

So right now you are logged in with Twitch. To stream on YouTube, you would have to log out in Streamlabs Desktop and log in with that YouTube, or Kick.
Also remember those platforms have vastly different bitrates they will accept.
Optimizing Your Stream: Recommended Bitrate Settings
@rare pollen, getting your bitrate right is essential for a clear stream. Bitrate indicates the data rate of your video, and if too low for your chosen resolution and frame rate, it can lead to pixelation.
📋Recommended Bitrate Ranges for Resolution & FPS
- 1280x720 at 30 FPS: 2,200 to 2,800 kbps
- 1280x720 at 60 FPS: 3,800 to 5,600 kbps
- 1920x1080 at 30 FPS: 4,400 to 6,200 kbps
- 1920x1080 at 60 FPS: 8,700 to 12,500 kbps (a minimum of 6,000 kbps is generally recommended for good quality)
- 1600x900 or 1536x864 at 60 FPS: At least 6,000 kbps, up to 8,600 kbps
If you notice pixelation or blockiness on your stream, it often means your bitrate isn't high enough to properly encode your video for the content you're showing. Consider increasing it within these recommended ranges!

Sounds like you are logged in with your Streamlabs ID. Log out and log in by clicking the Twitch button.
I do understand that your Streamlabs Id is for your account which has Twitch linked.
To work on alerts, you need to log in by clicking the specific platform button and not the Streamlabs ID button.
You can but you still need to log out and log in with the platform you want to stream to; and that means clicking the Twitch, YouTube, or Kick button. Don’t log in by clicking the Streamlabs ID button.

Right now, it looks like you want to stream to Twitch. Make sure you are logged in with Twitch.

Hey so I just went through the whole process of buying a streamlabs console subscription so I could multi stream through stream labs verified my YouTube and twitch and now I can't even access the website cause it won't load. I'm getting frustrated cause it was working and now out of the blue it just stopped loading the website all together and I can't login. Anyone have any suggestions

Clear the cache only in your web browser l completely restart the whole web browser, and try again. The Streamlabs Console is definitely up and reachable.

Hey is someone available to help me?
Ive tried to start streaming on twitch but both OBS and SLOBS has been giving me issues with disconnecting and reconnecting. No one can seem to figure out why it does this. I have great wifi, Im hardwired, My IP is linked to my SLOBS, I use up 2.3%CPU, No frame drops whatsoever, I run 6k bitrate. If need if someone might have the slightest clue to what my issue is, I'd like to go into a discord call or something because I have run out of ideas.

Ive tried to start streaming on twitch but both OBS and SLOBS has been giving me issues with disconnecting and reconnecting. No one can seem to figure out why it does this. To ensure the most stable and high-quality stream to Twitch, we recommend using a Twitch test tool to find the optimal server for your location and internet connection.
📋 How to Use the Twitch Test Tool:

- Run the test using either the Medium or Long duration. Short tests may not provide the most accurate results.
- Select your specific region from the listed options. If your exact region is not available, choose 5 to 6 servers closest to you.
- Aim for a quality score of at least 84. This indicates a strong and stable connection.

Your Twitch Test results tell me something between you and Twitch is blocking. You need to call your ISP.
It’s not an issue with Windows, Streamlabs Desktop, or your PC.

Tell them you are trying to live stream to Twitch and are being disconnected. Show them the Twitch test results and if you have the exact date and time you’ve tried to stream and had a disconnect, give those time points to them as well.
You will have to be persistent. Most ISP’s will hear the word “stream” and tell you your download speed is good for Netflix or that you have sufficient upload bandwidth. Which is true but the connection between you and Twitch over their service is very bad.

There’s no way to do that with Streamlabs Console.
It would be posted you were on a PC or a Mac with a capture card using Streamlabs Desktop.

@rare pollen, getting your bitrate right is essential for a clear stream. Bitrate indicates the data rate of your video, and if too low for your chosen resolution and frame rate, it can lead to pixelation.
📋Recommended Bitrate Ranges for Resolution & FPS
- 1280x720 at 30 FPS: 2,200 to 2,800 kbps
- 1280x720 at 60 FPS: 3,800 to 5,600 kbps
- 1920x1080 at 30 FPS: 4,400 to 6,200 kbps

I have an issue that's in known issues and shows as resolved, I haven't been able to log into my streamlabs account on the website since last night, I keep getting the "Please try a different platform" popup=. I have tried logging in with streamlabs email/ID as well as twitch and tried switching browsers, nothing is working. Anyone know of any other fixes I can try? However I see no tickets...Also, if I restart the stream it WILL let me go live on TikTok right after it says I got denied. I have it set to 18 plus. So I'm in the middle of a stream and it's abruptly ended by y'all because I "violated" multiple guidelines. Nothing of the sort happened. When i went to see what the "violations" were, the list was empty. This is extremely annoying considering I'm a paying Ultra member. Why do y'all do this with no warning or explanation?
Streamlabs doesn’t terminate streams. You’d have to reach out to the platform, what ever that is as you didn’t mention which one.

If you need to disconnect your streaming service (like Twitch, YouTube, or others) from your Streamlabs account, please follow these clear steps:
- Log out of Streamlabs.com (you can use this link to force a logout and any Streamlabs software such as Streamlabs Desktop (you can do so from the bottom left 👤)
- Follow this guide to disconnect the specific streaming service from Streamlabs
- Once you're done, please log back Streamlabs Desktop or streamlabs.com with the account disconnected
Note: If you are doing this step for fixing your alerts, you may need to reload your widgets. You can do this by going to your Live Actions Tab of the Recent Events > Scroll all the way and click Reload Widgets

Im currently using the dual setup with horizontal and vertical, but i wanna make it so replay buffer clips just the vertical one. How do i do this?
The Replay Buffer only works with the horizontal output.

For some reason when I’m trying to link my Streamlabs console platforms it keeps telling me they are link to another account how is that?!
That means exactly what it says.
What you need to do is:
- Log out of the Streamlabs Console web site.
- Log in directly with the platform you are trying to merge. Meaning if you're trying to merge a Twitch channel, you would click the Twitch button and log in with that channel.
That logs you into the other account where that channel is already merged.
- Now you can attempt to unmerge the platform there.
- If that succeeds, then log out and log in with the account you were using in step 1.
- Now merge the platform you wanted.
NOTE: If the unmerge is not successful in step 3, and there is a Streamlabs ID for that account, log out and log in with the Streamlabs ID for that account and then you should be able to unmerge the platform in question.

So, guessing here, you only want Follow alert and no other alerts for Twitch?
i want the follow alert for twitch. also if someone subs (subscription). the problem is, it shows up in "Follow" in OBS even tho i didnt even add the sub alert, but only follow
That's just the name of the source. Rename the source to Alert Box. This is the way the alert box works.
but i wanna add a source for each. like 1 for follow, 1 for sub, 1 for bits etc. why does everything show up on "Follow"

Sounds like you want different Alert Box sources for different alerts.
You can do this with multiple Browser Sources:
- Go to the Alert Box page on the Streamlabs website: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/alertbox
- Click Filter Events. Uncheck everything except for Follow.
- Copy the Widget URL and add a Browser Source and paste in that URL.
- Go back to the Filter Events button, uncheck Follow and check everything else.
- Copy the Widget URL and add a new Browser Source (don't reuse the existing one 😉 ) and paste in that URL.
- Viola!

I was a bit hazy apparently when linking that, i meant https://streamlabs.com/"username"/cloudbot ofc.
Go here https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/creator-sites#/content. Toggle off what you don't want.
so i was gonna stream today and then i opend stream labs and it logged me out removed all my captures and scenes and i dont know why it did that and when i log back in with the same youtube account it says i need to start from scratch any way i can join a voice call and screen record and get help rather texting

Streamlabs Desktop launching as if it is a fresh/like it's the first time using it?
The "acting like it's a fresh restart" is due to certain background processes not closing properly. First, please close Streamlabs Desktop.
Then open your task manager. Please press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" on your keyboard to bring up your Task Manager.
Please select "More Details" at the bottom if you don't see the percentages of resources used.
Check for any running programs called "Streamlabs," "Electron," or "Obs64". If you find either of these processes running, please right-click and end the process. https://gyazo.com/d6b9babb076875ee5889983b532948e1
Then, reopen Streamlabs Desktop. This should resolve it but if it doesn't please submit a ticket at https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and our team would be able to assist you further.

my stream audio is pitched up for some reason and i cant figure out how to fix it. i turned off low latency as i was recommended to and that didnt solve it
In Streamlabs Desktop, make sure that the Sample Rate is set to 48khz and the Channels is set to Stereo. In the Sound Settings in Windows, make sure Audio Enhancements and Spacial Audiop are all turned off.

Oh maybe i have found something, it's seams like it's stuck on my last stream because it's changing the title and when i do only youtube, when i go after the errror on the "current stream web redirection" its showing my previous stream

In Streamlabs Desktop:
Then go to Settings > Advanced > Network > Bind to IP.
If the drop-down menu is set to an IP address, change that setting to Default.
If the drop-down menu is set to Default, change it to the IP address of your computer, usually starts with 192.168 or 10.10.
After that, click Done to save the settings and then restart Streamlabs Desktop and see if you can go live.

using talk studio. multiple of my guests are unable to speak they have all site permissions on allow and have done the same for their windows settings. they test their mics on the studio it works but when trying to talk on the studio nothing comes through.

Ok so this will trigger only the follows on each platform independently correct?
Or what ever alert(s) you want to separate out. I just Follows as an example.
Right. But I am connecting Twitch and Kick. So when I create their separate alerts. Then for example I press Test>Twitch>Follows
It triggers that alert on Kick as well

The alert will show on what ever platforms you are live on. Do I understand that you only want twitch alerts to show only on twitch and the same with kick? I don’t think that’s possible.

I had to unlink and relink the services when this happened to me.
hello my stream deck is not letting m e add my stream labs scenes its saying streamlabs is not running but it is?
You have to do one or the other:
👉 Run both Stream Deck and Streamlabs Desktop as administrator
OR
👉 Run both Stream Deck* and Streamlabs Desktop as normal (not as administrator)
This changed in Stream Deck V6.9.
Running only one as administrator will cause what you are seeing, Jxck.

I think I added the wrong Tik Tok to my streamlabs and now it won't let me put in a different account
If you have a Streamlabs ID for your Streamlabs account, log out and log in with your Streamlabs ID, and then you should be able to unmerge the undesired TikTok channel. Then you can merge the desired TikTok channel.

I think I got it
having a issue with my streamlabs browser audio source im using Sound Alerts, when i have control audio with streamlabs desktop check and i am on something else like say my twitch up on another browser and audio is playing or someone redeem something it shutters and when i go back to the app it stops. How can i fix this? I contacted Sound Alerts and told me its not their side its Streamlabs directly effecting it. If i uncheck the control audio with streamlabs desktop i fixes the problem i can hear the audio but my viewers cant hear the audio at all.
Sounds like the opposite of what should happen with 'Control Audio...'. Let's try this:
Can you go into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Advanced > Audio and change your audio monitoring device to "default"?
Then close Streamlabs Desktop, re-launch it as admin (right-click the desktop icon, run as admin)
Then go back into the same settings area and change your audio monitoring device back to the device you'd like to hear audio.
I think that might of fixed it but unsure usally when this would happen to me i would restart my streamlabs and it would work for a time then it go right back to issues, but if it does it again ill keep you posted.

You may need to clear your browser cache files in Streamlabs Desktop. You can do that by:
Quiting Streamlabs Desktop
Hit the Windows key + R
Paste the following and hit enter: %appdata%/slobs-client/plugin_config/obs-browser
Delete ONLY the Cache folder
Launch Streamlabs Desktop and test again

aight, lemme take it from the top,so like, since october for me, it takes like 2 minutes to boot , I have a proper fast gaming pc and i installed SL on an SSD, it ran fine for like a year but ever since october i have to like launch it in advance lol. even pressing go live makes it buffer for like 30 seconds, it's bizarre

if this been going on since 2022 then this is a bigger problem then i though, last year i had no issues with this before but i not been streaming for over a year so this is just new to me.
when even i spoke to Soundalerts tech support they say its unrelated to them and this works find great on other OBS applications like OBS Studio which tbh i really prefer Streamlabs it is more user friendly and better options.
Please try this:
- In Streamlabs Desktop, go through all the settings and screen shot each page. You can click-drag the Settings window veritcally so you can see all of each section.
- Quit Streamlabs Desktop.
- Reboot your PC.
- Copy:
%appdata%then Press the Windows Key on your keyboard, Press CTRL + V then Press Enter. - This will put you into your roaming folder, scroll down until you see " slobs-client ".
- Rename it to " _slobs-client ".
- Launch Streamlabs Desktop as administrator.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking of and it was resolved in OBS Studio but not sure if that version has been integrated into Streamlabs Desktop yet. Go ahead and submit that ticket and reference that GitHub issue.
That's not possible with the Alert Box.

When you get the first email from Streamlabs on your ticket, just reply to that email and include it to update the ticket.
in order for soundalerts to work it needs a browser souce so cant use alert box, the alert box has no effect.

You can try with one of these options (the link button). You would not want to set it in both places.

Then I would create a new Scene Collection and recreate those scenes and sources from scratch and then delete the old Scene Collection and then see how it goes.

Hello and good evening, I am wondering if anyone has any idea why my streamlabs takes so much of my available GPU resources after about 2 minutes of streaming... went through so many steps and even comfirmed that my internet can handle very high bitrate.
Would anyone know why when using streamlabs console, my scene's don't want to change? It seems to only work on my scene with my gameplay.

Go to the Link Protection mod tool for Cloudbot https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/cloudbot/mod-tools/link-protection and change the Auto Permit to Subscribers. That means subscribers to your channel will be permitted to post links.
is having it set to regulars fine cause i dont get that many ppl subbed
Twitch Subscribers. For YouTube, that would Members.
You can also add viewers as Regulars here https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/cloudbot/user-management and the use the Regulars setting in Auto Permit.

Hello, I think I’m not the only one having the issue with syncing recent events between Streamlabels and Twitch. No matter what I do, logging out everywhere, removing the Twitch connection, and clearing the cache on both sides but nothing works. Any ideas?
Please go through the disconnect process again using the steps the bot gives you below.
After you log back in with your Twitch, please go to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections and screen shot the Streamlabs connection.
Also be sure to click the Reload Widgets button as directed.
I can follow you as a test. You don't need to be live.

If you need to disconnect your streaming service (like Twitch, YouTube, or others) from your Streamlabs account, please follow these clear steps:
- Log out of Streamlabs.com (you can use this link to force a logout and any Streamlabs software such as Streamlabs Desktop (you can do so from the bottom left 👤)
- Follow this guide to disconnect the specific streaming service from Streamlabs
- Once you're done, please log back Streamlabs Desktop or streamlabs.com with the account disconnected
Note: If you are doing this step for fixing your alerts, you may need to reload your widgets. You can do this by going to your Live Actions Tab of the Recent Events > Scroll all the way and click Reload Widgets

I need to verify that the connection has been properly re-establish. Also, if you performed those steps while you were live, you will need to repeat them once you end your stream. The disconnect service process will not take affect if you're live when you perform the steps.

I'm having cut scene audio issues with my capture card set-up from my PlayStation through Streamlabs OBS. I've submitted a ticket through the website, but it's been 4 days with no response. 😭
Tickets are answered in the order they are received. Sometimes there is a back log especially now that we just got through the end of year holidays.
And just to confirm, you should have received at least one reply which is automated and serves to tell you that your ticket is submitted and in the queue to be worked. It should also have the ticket number.

That's not yet available to Streamlabs, hopefully in the near future.

Sorry kind of midstream atm so its hard for me to dig around so I hope I'm asking in the right place. But none of my alerts are coming through at all. Are there any currently known issues? Okay, not much we can do whilst you're live. You can at least force a reload of your Widgets by going here https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents, click Live Actions, scroll all the way down, and click the Reload Widgets button.
Then go back to your Recent Events page https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents and keep it open for a few minutes and see if alerts start working again.

The staff checked your Alert Box had its working.
In the scene where the Alert Box Widget appears, double click the Alert Box Widget to bring up the properties. Then go to the Source tab. Click the Reload cache of current page button and check the box for Refresh browser when scene becomes active box then click Done.
Also might need to remove the Alert Box Widget, wait a few minutes, and then add it back. If you do this, make sure to check the Refresh browser when scene becomes active box again.

I did try the refresh earlier actually but I didnt try removing the widget. I did replace the old url with a fresh one copied from the correct source. Would that suffice? Or should I just remove the whole thing, and re-enter it?

Okay so I waited about a minute after removing it. Going to re-add it, then check the refresh cache.

If this still doesn't make alerts appear, I'd suggest ending the stream, waiting until Twitch shows your offline, log out in Streamlabs Desktop, wait a minute, quit Streamlabs Desktop, wait a minute, launch Streamlabs Desktop, wait a minute, log back in, wait a minute, and then go live again.
Wait! Big thing to mention. I use OBS!
It seems there's a local issue at your end. The staff don't see any issue in the system with your Alert Box.
Ah. In OBS Studio, go to Settings > Advanced > Sources > Uncheck Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration then click Apply and then click OK.
NOTE! That might not take affect until your restart OBS but that means you'd need to stop your stream first.

Also @young oxide Make sure that on each alert for Twitch, you have Custom HTML/CSS disabled.
If you disable that, make sure to click Save Settings before proceeding to the next alert. 😉
They seem fixed! I'm not sure what happened but out of no where got a raid and then the alert kind of exploded 😆 Thanks so much for the time and asssist.

It will only count the viewers on the stream that is seen first over the API which is typically the horizontal format.

Does anyone know why my GPU usage spikes and causes so many issues with my stream using Streamlabs OBS? I have tried several different settings and tried to make adjustments to ensure that there shouldn't be a huge strain on my GPU...
only takes about 2 minutes into the stream to spike...
Could be a corrupted scene or source. I'd at least rebuild the Scene Collection from scratch; don't copy/paste over. Then see how it goes.
interesting... is there any way to determine what it is about the scene that could be corrupted? You are making me wonder if it is my Firebot overlay...

i was accepting credit card donations fine (last one was dec22) and now im getting this and all my credit card donations i have previously received but have not transferred to my account have vanished. i press connect and it says only verified accounts can use stripe.

Hmmmm, okay. Be careful about clicking the suggested links as that can cause your ticket to be closed. If you don’t get that email in an hour or two, submit it again and don’t click those links! Just submit the form and screen shot the final screen so you will at least have the ticket number.

Guys i need help, i have a NVDIA 3060 laptop, and ive been trying both obs and streamlabs, set the best settings from youtube, and still the quaity sucks, can someone please help me
I changed all my alerts about a week ago. Today I went to stream and they all reverted. Do I need to manually change them all back? How do I prevent this from happening again?
Woke up to my M3 imac having restarted (without my involvement) and when streamlabs desktop opened all of my settings were gone. How would I go about recovering them? I have daily TimeMachine backups. Any help appreciated.
Tried deleting slobs-client and slobs-plugins and then restoring from an older TimeMachine backup. No luck.

@cerulean ravine usually such issues should be resolved with the help of your ISP's tech support, but in recent weeks youtube has had some issues of its own in oceania and some parts of asia

no i meant it seemed like i wasnt the only one but my fat fingers typed out all the wrong comments ..... as it seemed like there was quite a few of us having multi stream problems so i was curious to see if they still had same problems as me or if it was all sorted out
The other challenge I am having is that I cannot get the app to display a new Reolink camera using rtsp. Works in VLC and OBS but just black in Streamlabs. I thought maybe it was the known issue with multi, but I don't have that feature and there is only one media source there currently.

Ok question 🤔 I have edited my layout and widget for my streamlab console via on my phone since I dont have PC in the past. I haven't used it in awhile and i want to add camera widget on the layout for game play but for some reason im unable to edit them for streamlabs console. Im not very tech savvy so I could be missing something I did in the past. Please help

Has anyone else had their alerts randomly change back to a previous version?
So for the last couple weeks now, whenever an alert is triggered (Follow, Sub, raid etc) the gif and sound all play fine, but then, sometimes a few seconds later, sometimes up to a minute later, the audio will just repeat again. Anyone else experience this problem? It doesn't happen when I do test alerts from the dashboard. Only for live alerts while I'm streaming

So i am having some weird multistream issues. Only when streaming to Twitch and TikTok do i have an issue and i havent changed anything but if i run them seperate no issues any ideas would be great

noramlly i go find the SLOBS Kevin videos and they usually solve any issues i have but its real weird like the preview window is all laggy and thus when i look at the stream its the same but everything is fine on my game screen. And this is no capture card straight from the PC

When attempting to connect my Twitch account to stream labs console it says my account is already linked to a Streamlabs ID. I can log on it on my phone but not laptop. The Twitch Alert settings will not show up on the laptop

HELLO THERE. serious issue. i had a ton of scenes that were tied to a specific youtube account. i logged out, logged back in and they are all gone. any idea how to retrieve them>

Hey, i have a edu account however it ends in edu.au and its not showing up as valid, any way it would still work?
Hello trying to stream to TikTok on console but it isn’t going live. I can stream to Twitch just fine. I also have approved access for TikTok live and have the Streamlabs Console subscription. Not too sure what’s happening.

I made a ticket, but maybe someone else can help, when i have streamlabs open (doesn't matter if i stream or not) my game (league) goes to 1 fps IF i have game capture on, if i have window capture it works, but i cannot play with the huge ass yellow border on, does anyone have a solution for this?
quick question @agile owl , updated the client to 1.0.2.86, but each time i launch only the bot channel connects, it makes me reauthorize my stream channel every time, possible reason or help anyone could give
That is a known bug in Streamlabs Chatbot. There is no ETA on when it will be resolved. There isn't a workaround.

Yup, just keep doing that until they get it fixed.
game capture just being in the scene (no matter if i have the game recorded or not, with or without Overwolf Outplayed app that records my games aswell) causes my game to go to 0 fps and be unstreamable/unplayable, is there any fix for this im actually losing my mind lol
just to mention, my setup is not the problem, this happend recently, i have had this problem happen before but a quick PC restart fixed it, now it hasn't been working for like 2 days
and a matter of fact, no matter what i do to game capture it also doesn't even record the game anymore lol
