I asked because in your "game" scene I am seeing duplicates of every source, which would only happen in Streamlabs Desktop if you are dual outputting or if you have enabled it in the past.
Can you create a new scene collection by clicking on the drop down arrow for your Scenes and select "Manage scene collections" https://gyazo.com/5dd25247fe8daa4055a1b562d4c7b176
Once that new window pops up hit "Start fresh and build from scratch".

it doesn't have profiles. there was an app dev that had created a profiles app but that i believe has sunset
that's an odd thing to get rid of, profiles are very useful to have
if a dev doesn't want to maintain it it is sunset/removed from the app store. I agree that it can be very useful but it's not something that is native. May be something we implement in the future if it is fully sunset but it would be a core feature (so not behind ultra).
But if i do that isnt all gone from my settings?
your scene collection is in the dropdown so you can always go back to it. your settings won't be gone in Streamlabs Desktop either

I've already tried to find help on Steam and Reddit, but it was either ignored or the post was deleted.
Just out of curiosity, could you please restart your computer.
After restarting, go to the search in Windows (found in the bottom left via the Search bar) or by clicking opening the Start menu.
Search this file path: C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook and then click on the folder that pops up.
Once you have done that you will see a large number of files (https://i.imgur.com/MRoEYJT.png). Disregard these and open only the ProgramData folder
Then you should see the obs-studio-hook folder there (it will be highlighted if you searched correctly). Please delete this folder, then open Streamlabs Desktop as an administrator and try Game Capture once more.
I know that the game is capturing in general, but I figure we might was well try this before doing more drastic measures

How do I change the duration of the sound for my alert box? I have the alert duration set at 2 seconds, but the sound goes over that time frame when the image stops running.
Click here (red circle), then delete the entire obs-studio-hook folder.
you woudl delete that whole folder (obs-studio-hook)
There's not a duration for the sound. You need to set the alert duration to the length of the sound file.

Hi, I wanted to start streaming, but my league of legends game is at 0 fps, while I'm streaming with streamlabs
Uncheck these two options please. Let me know what happens.
For League of Legends, we advise the following setup.
Client & Pre-game lobby should utilize a Window capture source https://i.imgur.com/poIYSr8.png
Make sure the League Client window is selected in the Properties of the Capture Source.
In-game should utilize a Game Capture source https://i.imgur.com/CFvruTn.jpeg
Finally, I would also suggest running League of Legends in Borderless Windowed Mode.
Nothing really... I have these settings enabled in one game and disabled in another. It doesn't really affect how the scene looks.
can you tick "premultipled alpha"? this handles transparency differently (so that may be the problem)

So there are two things we could do
- We could just add a filter to it and find the grey that it is (so right click the game capture > filters > edit filters > add filter > color key > add > key color type = custom color > use the eyedropper tool on the grey to get the hex code)
- We could clear your cache. we would do it in a way that we can keep your old cache, but if this cache worked better you would need to resetup your general Streamlabs Desktop settings (like settings > output, but not your overlays)

Hi, on the Streamlabs chatbot, I have Notifications on for follows and so on. It have always worked fine, But now nothing happends.
Generate new tokens for both your streamer and bot channel and for your Streamlabs account using the links below.
The Copy Token button is broken, so please click to reveal the token then manually copy and paste it into Chatbot.
Recommend using an incognito tab or window for either the streamer or bot account to avoid authentication issues.
Once all three tokens are updated in Chatbot, completely restart Chatbot.

If it doesn't work again next week, I now know where I have to go 
Disable dual output. Log out and log in with your TikTok.

Has the friend ever followed you before? If they unfollow and refollow, that will not trigger an alert. That is done to prevent spamming your alerts.
Is the Twitch channel linked on your Discord profile the correct channel?

Didnt find anything about this in known issues, sorry if someone else asked before: After switching from PayPal Lite to PayPal standard connection for donations, Streamlabs seems to be unable to connect tips to the PayPal e-mail address of the donor. that results in donations of users not being counted towards their overall donation statistics and basicly allways being treated as a first time donation. Is there any way to fix this?

I am about to leave but would like any tips and tricks to help resolve an issue once I am back home
I booted streamlabs OBS to just play some games only to find I cant hear my audio. My elgato is reading audio in my mixer and is set to "Monitor and output". I checked all the usual settings, even deleted and reinstalled the device in my sources only for nothing to work. There is one key thing coming up all the time that baffles me. On the bottom left I get a notification that says "Your microphone is unmuted but has no signal". My actual microphone functions normal, I suspect this is somehow referring to my capture card, because it is left unmuted, audio is clear mixing, but there is no signal. If anyone has encountered a problem like this please let me know.

Unfortunately this didn't help at all, if it use custom stream details i can't stream to twitch and tiktok. My issue is very new, up until a week ago I had no issue using dual output. Now as soon as use it only the twitch stream get a MASSIVE delay and continues to buffer.
How does multistream with ultra work? Is it different to dual output and will it help?

Also tried turning off cloudbot, logging out of Streamlabs, clearing my cache, logging back in and turning cloudbot back on. Any advice?
I never saw the screen shot of the results. From what you say, you need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider then. There’s an issue between your modem and the Twitch ingests.
Streamlabs Ultra is one stream to streamlabs and then we distribute it to those channels in your account and enabled when you go live. Streamlabs Ultra is a subscription service, it’s not free like Dual Output.

hi there! I have kind of an urgent question as I'm doing a charity stream in a couple hours. I have tiltify integrated with my account and have successfully added donation alerts to my streamlabs desktop setup. however, I can't get the donation goal widget to work. like I said, my tiltify is integrated with my streamlabs account already and alerts are working. when I click on the tiltify donation goal widget on the streamlabs dashboard, I see my default visual settings but the text is generic, and theres text above it that says "Settings are shown with sample data. Please add a widget source or launch the widget to view your current goal." I was able to add the widget to my desktop app by adding a browser source, but is there a different way I'm supposed to add it? why isn't it integrated with tiltify when my other widgets are? when I did add the widget there was no text and it was just an empty donation box. how do I edit it to add text? I had issues with it last time I did a tiltify charity stream as well so help would be very much appreciated!

Then you'll want to make sure to use the specific tiltify donation goal https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/widgets/tiltifydonationgoal I think your goal bar would update with whatever is on tiltify's end

That seems to be the case as there is only settings for the font and font size on the Streamlabs end. There is no way at the Streamlabs end to change the text.

You change the text on the Tiltify site.
the tiltify FAQ is telling me the visual settings are on streamlabs' end
the visual settings (like what color things are and stuff) is on the steramlabs end. the actual content (what the text says) is on tiltify's end

i found a way to make a widget directly in tiltify and im gonna try putting my visual settings in there and adding that to streamlabs instead. i really appreciate all the help and i wish streamlabs made the integration easier. this happened to me last time i did a fundraiser through tiltify as well
afaik from what i've seen before tiltify sends that info to streamlabs. so maybe there's something broken there

I feel like every time I open streamlabs desktop I have to re-set-up the audio, and this time I cant get it working at all. I have game audio coming from a browser (chrome), and it's just not getting picked up on desktop audio or application audio. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps I could find. I'm out of ideas. I've been through the windows settings multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

TikTok along grants or revokes access to Live with Streamlabs.
Live with TikTok Studio is a separate permission and having that does not automatically grant you Live with Streamlabs.

Everything had been working for a long time, but now it just shows "Fetching Scence Collection" and "Fetching Scences". Hi I have a question I used to go live with TikTok live studio, now I’m using streamlabs. In TikTok live studio I used boost flares to boost the livestream. I was wondering if I still could use those in streamlabs?

I have a little question and was wondering if I could get anyone to help me I'm planning on starting my own tiktok channel and I would definitely be making use of streamlabs the issue now is must I always go generate a new stream key or is there a way I can just have it go live directly just like the Facebook and YouTube which doesn't ask for streamkeys

@rich plover Usually when I have this kind of problem I would shut down my whole PC. Then check for any virus or malware then check if my PC is still capable of running streamlabs without issues also CPU or GPU do affect once a while

. Internet Connection
. Overloaded CPU or GPU
. Streaming Platform Issues
. Overlays or Plugins might be causing the crashes
Been having this issue with Street Fighter 30th Anniversary where only one side of the screen is not frozen when recording / trying to stream said game. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Nothing has changed on my PC, there were no changes to my PC or anything, just a sudden out of no where issue. Turns out I just cant watch my own stream, it is still live for others

It happens sometimes when I stream to Facebook and YouTube
Im having an issue while streaming, if I dont interact with the OBS for a period of time, it like goes to sleep? All graphics aside from the stream window and chat box disappears and I have to minimize the window and pop it back up to wake it up. Im not sure if this is an OBS issue or something on my end
@solemn forge Forgot to mention, no other game that I stream has this issue. SF 30th Anniversary is the only one that does have this issue.
Most likely it's the game then but still try using windows capture just to rule out all possibilities
Make Sure You’re Not Running Display Sleep Settings

Go to Settings > System > Power & Sleep
Set Screen and Sleep to Never while streaming
This do this also
Turn Off Hardware Acceleration (slob or obs)
Sometimes hardware acceleration causes UI bugs like this.
Go to Settings > Advanced
Scroll to "Sources" or "Video" section
Turn OFF “Enable Hardware Acceleration” or similar options (it varies per version)
Then restart Streamlabs or OBS.

Select Window Capture.
You just select whatever screen you want
Click Add Source.
Name the Source
Give it a custom name (e.g., "Zoom Window" or "Chrome Tab").
Then the Selected Window Capture should display

I found the issue with the black screens when streaming to Tiktok. It can only handle certain Resoulutions. So like most streams have adapted to the 1664x936 Res, Tiktok can only see it in 1080 or 720.

Likely fix: Go to Settings > Output > Encoder and switch to NVENC (if available). Also, try lowering the output resolution to 720p — it reduces stream lag without affecting your gameplay

Using cloudbot...my lurk command is giving two of the same response when used. I've tried deleting the command and adding it back and unmodded and re-modded Streamlabs. Also tried turning off cloudbot, logging out of Streamlabs, clearing my cache, logging back in and turning cloudbot back on. My other commands work fine. Any advice?

Encoder: Software (x264)
CPU Preset: superfast or veryfast
Resolution: 720p @ 30 FPS
Bitrate: 3000–4000 Kbps
Keyframe Interval: 2
Profile: baseline or main

In Streamlabs:
Settings > Audio > Sample Rate → set to 44.1 kHz (not 48 kHz)
In Windows:
Right-click the speaker icon > Sounds > Recording > Your Mic > Properties > Advanced
Set default format to 44.1 kHz (CD Quality)

I use Tikfinity as an overlay on SLOBS for tiktok gifts and other stuff. But the animated expensive gift will not be animated on your side of SLOBS overlay (the expensive gift animation will be visible only on the viewer's side on TikTok stream) - if i am correct on this last point

Don’t use Streamlabs console it’s a waste of time and just lags ur game
tikfinity is a website . com . Basically, i have slobs open on one side, and tikfinity url open on the other side. When your stream is live, you quickly go on the tikfinity url page and click on "connect to TTLive", LEAVE THAT WINDOW OPEN (i think lol) during the stream. That window doesnt have to be visible to you, u can just leave it in the background.

So my YT is set up for multi streaming, but it always has the first stream name and game I have even if I update it for YouTube. It’s connected right. There is no section for YT stuff except events, category, etc. but I set that up in both OBS and YT and it’s not taking. Twitch and Kick are both good.

How do I revert to the previous version of SLOBS? The latest update made my recordings laggy and I still get notifications about my mic losing signal every 5 minutes. Currently testing streaming to a single platform rather than dual streaming to see if SLOBS continues to restart the stream randomly as it has been doing.

So it is strictly a dual stream issue. One that has been going on since June 12th. I know this because that is when all my issues started.

SO, I'm trying to share capture card input on discord, but every time I do, it either shares zero audio, or shares ALL the audio on my computer (including my friend's voices). Does anyone know if it's possible to share capture card video AND audio at the same time?
If you are sending audio through the Capture Card, if is going to have all audio from the PC or system it is sending from. So it either having audio or no audio are your only options.

Servers going in and out. Stream Just dropped 5 times. Tried Resetting. Internet is fine. Something is up. Third week in a row of this. Will be fine for a few days, and then happens again. It's the multistream servers. Every weekend they do this. Has to be traffic.

@solemn forge Update: Found out the issue. From the video example shown, it was the input display that was causing the recording to only show the P2 side of the screen with moving sprites.
Once I turned it off, everything ran smoothly
I did the follower goal I got it to work and everything I cant see the box I can move it thats it
The reason its either with or without is because of what the capture card is capturing. If you separate the on the PC sending, you can make it the way you want.
lowkey anyof yall know how to fix this? There are black bars on the side when i press "stretch to screen" or "fit to screen"

Hi, I'm Spanish and I'm having a problem with the YouTube chat through Streamlabs. I'm going to use Google Translate. I hope everything is understood correctly.
I've never had any problems in years. For about two months now, all the YouTube chat messages have been appearing at once every few minutes. I have the option to have each message disappear every 15 seconds, but even then, every 15 or 20 minutes, all the messages appear at once.

Oh no, you're totally fine! This is a very valid question. 
Try going into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Video and change both your "Base Resolution" and "Output Resolution" to 1920x1080.
That should fix it!

Hi so I've been streaming on twitch the past few weeks and I've had no issues with my streams and now I've moved over to Kick and tried streaming but it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting ever 20-30 seconds and I've had a look online but I just can't find a fix for it.
Edit: Completely out of ideas, tried everything I could find in terms of fixing it but it still keeps disconnecting and saying "reconnecting"

To effectively stream on Kick, your Output Resolution should be 1280x720 and your bitrate should not exceed 3500. Also make sure you set your stream title and category.
That is where I'm going wrong, I saw a setup video on youtube and it said bitrate should be 6000 and resolution should be 1920x1080, I'll give your suggestions a go and report back
Those settings won't work on Kick. They are reserved only for Kick Partners.

Im new to streamlabs and if I'm going to continue to use this product I need help. Ever time I try to verify YouTube it takes me to my YouTube settings but don't tell me where to go and I can't figure out how to get it verified and if I can't stream to YouTube I'm cancelling my account.
Sorry platforms streaming to is Twitch and Kick via the multistream, made some adjusted a few settings which have seemed to help for now, will continue to monitor.

The YouTube video shows me how to verify youtube. My YouTube is already a verified and it is not a new YouTube at all. But when I'm on streamlabs console is telling me I need to verify my youtube. But if you go to the regular streamlabs website I'm already verified there. But I cannot stream to you too because it's saying I'm not verified
And when I click verify now it takes me to my YouTube channel settings and there's nothing in any of the settings to verify anything I've looked everywhere

I would agree it sounds like an issue with Mamoball. What that could be, I'm not sure. I would force quit the Mamoball and Streamlabs Mobile, restart your device, and try again.

That means your Twitch account is already merged into a Streamlabs account. Log in with your Twitch and unmerge it there and then log into the other Streamlabs account and merge it there.

No, I understand your issue. Sounds like there is perhaps some incompatibility between the game and Streamlabs Mobile. I'd check the settings in the game and see if there are any overlay settings and disable those.

Sonds like you may have another app running that is accessing the microphone. I would close everything the except the game and Streamlabs Mobile.

Force quit everyting running on your device. Then just launch Streamlabs Mobile and the game. Don't launch anything else.
I have seen a Theme/Bundle which I would like to access. However, Streamlabs (site) says that i need Ultra to install it.
So, the question is: If I subscribe to Ultra just to install the bundle, then cancel my subscription, I would still have access to that Theme/Bundle even after the end of subscription or the theme/bundle will be inaccessible in that moment?
You would have to continue the subscription in order to keep the benefits active.

Stream deck did an update which caused this. Close streamlabs and don’t run it as administrator and it should pick it up as running. It might be set to always run as admin.

You can cancel the ticket. They have not fixed the issue yet. You will have to do 1 of three things.
Stream to Restream to get to all your platforms.
Stream to only 1 of your platforms.
Stream with multiple programs at the same time to each platform.
Surely they will be fixing it?

Since the last update, my stream still hears me at the beginning and after a while no longer. After restarting the stream it works again for a while and my notifications are spammed with the same message ‘Your microphone is unmuted but has no signal’. Driver is up to date, microphone is recognized and it can also be heard during monitoring. Does anyone have any ideas what else I can do?
I didn’t tell you this… but there might be a way to get your vMix lower thirds into Streamlabs without starting from scratch and it’s pretty simple
Try to use vMix’s Web Controller or Title Page as a local HTML file
then add it into Streamlabs as a Browser Source.

The first time i got this issue, it starts right away from the beginning on youtube. Twitch was running better, it can buffer it better than youtube, but even twitch had some reconnects.

I multistream to both YouTube and Twitch and have been doing WITHOUT FLAW for about 5 months, but for the past month the stream 'quality' has just been gradually degrading, both platforms getting little stutters/lag, and now? It's to the point where if I multistream to both platforms it is INCREDIBLY buggy and laggy and either youtube or twitch will just simply not play the stream.
My bitrate is 6800 which is the recommended amount for yt.
I'm really at a loss for what I'm supposed to be doing here because nothing at all seems to work! PLEASE help if you can. Multistream is the ONLY reason I pay for a yearly ultra subscription..

They're not a bot though, our bot's uses our mascot's name, Kevin (
). So that is a person and you woudl need to follow up in your email cause we can't handle that or know anything about that here
But if you were banned it's because you did something here https://streamlabs.com/terms#user_conduct or something here https://streamlabs.com/terms#user_content under the user content rules. That's all I would be able to give you as to why you would be banned.
The team that handles these does so with a lot of research and care. And they do not ban lightly.

that's a game capture source. you would want to delete that and then add a video capture source since the elgato acts "like a webcam" in Streamlabs Desktop
but then it covers over everything
then drag the video capture source down to the bottom so it looks right with the layering

Ever since the 1.19.0 update I've been struggling to stream any games, even when playing Hollow Knight gets very laggy

as I checked here it says skipped frames, my recordings have a fps drop from 30 to 12 at some point as reported by the performance window, but when replaying my video it's barely 2 fps
in settings > output what is your encoder set to?
I tried both AMD HW H.264 and Software (x264)
got the same results
well skipped frames means that the encoder is being overloaded while if you're seeing your FPS meter going down, typically that means your GPU is being overloaded.
If you haven't really changed any settings and if you haven't made any updates (like updating any drivers) then i would probably submit a ticket.

You can reach out to the official support team in a ticket. but that's all i would be able to say cause i don't have an older installer. it looks like 1.18 is on the website, so maybe you can make it not auto update by disconnecting from the internet while you run the installer/open the program?
but this way it will still update when I go livestreaming right? I didn't see an option to stop the autoupdate here

so it should do the same thing if you do it. then each time you launch Streamlabs Desktop make sure that you're disconnected from the internet so it doesn't auto update

Log out in Streamlabs Desktop, restart Streamlabs Desktop, log in by clicking the Twitch button - don’t log in by clicking the Streamlabs ID button. Then try the app install again.

Can you go into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Advanced > Audio and change your audio monitoring device to "default"?
Then close Streamlabs Desktop, re-launch it as admin (right-click the desktop icon, run as admin)
Then go back into the same settings area and change your audio monitoring device back to the device you'd like to hear audio.

Do you have only one monitor?
Make sure that the Streamlabs desktop window isn’t behind any other window and make sure it’s not minimized.

does anyone know whats going on? no matter what bitrate i set my stream to it always says "dropped frames detected" and if i watch my stream on twitch it looks literally unwatchable, everything says its an enternet issue but i just did a speed test and i have 705mb download and 179mb upload and im plugged in via ethernet
im trying to stream rainbow six siege at 60fps 9000 bitrate, but ive lowered the bitrate marginally all the way down to 1000 and the issue still happened
this also happened when i tried to stream rocketleague a while back
Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.
Did you use short duration?
That will give bad results. Use Medium or Long like the bot posted.
Ugh. You'll need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider then. Tell them you're trying to live stream to Twitch and are getting disconnected. There's something in the path between your cable modem and the Twitch ingests.
Could be something as simple as a broken connector where the cable comes into your building. No way to tell from here.
They should be able to remotely check your connection.

Hello, I was streaming the other day and someone came into my chat and donated some money and as I was waiting the donation never showed up on the screen but I recieved the money on paypal. Which is confusing because I ran multiple tests to ensure that it would pop up on the screen. But after that incident another person came into my chat and sent even more money but never showed up on the screen and I went to the streamlabs website but it never showed in recent events and my website says that nobody ever even donated in the first place which is completely incorrect and I can even show proof that they donated. So I ended stream thinking it was buggy when I started up another one I had my brother donate to me again to see if it refreshed and it never still showed up I need help please I've tried everything and nothing has worked. Also I have my alert box setup and have the OBS+Streamlabs plugin into my Obs Studio.

Hi, it's me again!
I've been having a problem with my alert sound on Streamlabs for a while now. When I run a test on the website, the sound is displayed and heard on my Streamlabs desktop. But during the stream itself on Twitch, no sound is audible.
So i m doing dual streaming YT AND TWITCH together but now i cant select between chats like before i just open my STREAMLABS OBS and the selection bar was gone
Why cant i move any of my sources none of them are locked? and i looked at tutoriles but none of them work.
Go into the Layout Editor. If you have the Stream Preview, swap it out for the Editor Display. You cannot move and adjust sources with the Stream Preview.

Go to your Recent Events page https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents on the Streamlabs web site and check here to make sure that your alerts are not muted.
If that icon is red speaker with a slash, your alerts are muted. Click it to umute them.
Another thing to check is to make sure your Master Alert Volume is not too low, or zero.

Then go to the advanced audio properties and make sure that that audio source has track 1 enabled. If it doesn't, then the stream won't hear it.

That's super odd...I'm not sure. Is the date/time on your PC correct? How about the bios? I looked through all the streamlabs desktop options, I don't see anything for time in there.

You can do an OBS import via settings > General. It's right near the top "obs import"

You should just be able to add your 2nd twitch account via custom ingest. It's in settings > Stream, then whatever overlays you have will work on anything you stream to.

Hey everyone, I’m having a lot of issues with Streamlabs lately and it’s honestly driving me crazy.

My stream keeps crashing while I’m live. At first, I thought it was due to the known issue with multistreaming causing crashes. So, to avoid that, I switched to streaming on just one platform. That worked for one stream — but during today’s stream, it crashed three times toward the end. I eventually had to end the stream early because it became unbearable.

Another big problem is with music playback. I’ve always been able to play Spotify during my streams without it being recorded in the Twitch VOD, but that just stopped working the other day for no reason. When I tried to fix it, I noticed that the "Twitch VOD" checkbox under Output in settings had completely disappeared.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I’d really appreciate any help or advice on how to fix this.

@night turret that may have happened; run twitchtest https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest , paste your stream key, set test duration to "long", pick ingest servers physically close to you, start test; if "quality" is below 100 on any of them, go to settings>stream in streamlabs desktop, and manually pick any server with 100 "quality"

10000% wasn't my internet dipping out, I've had people in to check our internet because I thought it was that to begin with. Also I use the "recommended settings" for stream on the settings, If I click on the "Custom Ingest" at the bottom, the server is set to Auto so surely it'll just pick the best one?

RTMP is a very different workload from most internet protocols, it is highly sensitive to intermittent connection issues that other protocols can deal with; if you need to demonstrate this issue to your ISP, enable bandwidth test mode for twitch and then note the exact time (hours, minutes, seconds) when these issues occur

He means in a web browser, go to your Twitch channel chat and see if it works there.

@wicked parrot this is a quirk of how bluetooth works; use a 3.5mm or usb device if you have one, or disable the microphone, or switch to the hands-free profile in mmsys.cpl (this has lower quality)

Hello. I for the life of me can not select multiple audio tracks. i am in Advanced Output Mode and am in the Recording tab. i see the audio track but every time i click one the one before it becomes unselected. any help would be greatly appreciated.

try importing your scenes into obs-studio, see if the issue persists in obs-studio (it won't)

@glass fernrun this, it should find scene collection(s) from streamlabs desktop, pick yours; after that, go to tools > auto-configuration wizard and follow its instructions;
after that, tick the required number of tracks
after that, go to edit > advanced audio properties and choose which sources should go to which tracks

@marble wind Its definitely got to be a bug, i more or less figured out how to select multiply audio tracks but only # 1 gets recorded despite having others selected. As for the OBS/ importing thing. the import was sort of successful, as in i some sources but only one audio source so not really sure how to work with that. also this would require me to use OBS in all of my recordings right?

You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Does anyone know how to fix streamlabels not updating? When someone follows the channel, the most recent follower label doesn't update neither the total follower count.

Heya, looks that a lot of people complained about this, yet noone offered a valid answer despite the "reinstall" or "get c++ redistributable" that doesn't do anything at all. Has anyone found a solution on these? Haven't been able to record for months because of this issue.

I’m on vacation and out walking the dog. Did the viewer donate using your Streamlabs Tip URL, directly via PayPal, or via another service like Streamelements? Since you say the donation a didn’t show up in your recent events, I lean to one of the latter. Please verify they used your Streamlabs Tip URL.

Well if you're using OBS you're in the wrong spot (you would need to go to the OBS discord). If you're using Streamlabs Desktop like most of the time it's an issue with c++ redistributles (so you may have them, but you may need to repair them). Also more than 10 complaints over several months doesn't equal a bug. it just could mean you have wonky settings and other people have had the same.
If you're an ultra member I would say to link your account so you have access to the ultra stuff. If you're not and you're getting that, maybe try a different theme and see if that works?

Is it possible with Streamlabs Desktop, to create more canvasses for each platform? To avoid getting banned on twitch, because of multistreaming. I am streaming on YT and Twitch.
Canvasses? What are you doing that is getting you banned on twitch?
many streamers on twitch are getting banned right now, because they dont follow some rules: It is allowed to do multistreaming, but you have to hide your youtube chat, alerts and logos from the twitch stream. Yor are also not allowd to say, that you are multistreaming to other platforms etc. To avoid that ban, you can create a second canvas in OBS Studio for each platform you are streaming to. So the twitch audience can only see the twitch canvas with all related things like chat, alerts etc. and the youtube audience only see the youtube things. It is a little bit complicated 😅
My Spotify plays through my headphones I have it unchecked on track 2 but for some reason I’m still getting those alerts from twitch about the music. Is there something else I need to check or uncheck ?

I think game capture works with streamlabs console only i believe, I could be mistaken but that shows me the option there when I stream from my console

Hello! When i first started, i managed to figure out of to seperate some audio so that when i would clip on twitch, the specefic audio would not appear in the clip but it would still play on live stream... i took a break from streaming and now getting back to it, but for some reason the setting hasnt stayed and now i cant seem to find how to set it up again, it use to have a check box for somehting like twitch vod and then i could chose rec audio, but now either they change named or i cant seem to figure it out, even by following online guide and etc.

you would need to make sure that for settings > output that you are set to "advanced" and not "simple". Then also make sure you streamed to twitch for a second and then check in Settings >output again and you should see it
Make sure you are logged in with your Twitch. If you are, then log out, restart Streamlabs Desktop, log in with your Twitch (do not log in with your Streamlabs ID), and ttry again.

I'm doing these steps, going to the hold button, share and broadcast and going to streamlabs but when I start streamlabs it gives an error and the broadcast drops with Something went wrong and continues broadcasting even though it has dropped on twitch

Does anyone know of a way to multistream horizontally and vertically via streamlabs, but via obs studio?
Anyone have an issue once i upgraded to Windows 11 i can no longer go live on twicth when i try it says i cannot connect to stream server. I can go live on my phone and a differnt PC in the home with no issue.
install the aitum vertical canvas plugin, then you can use the aitum multistream plugin and/or obs-multi-rtmp

In streamlabs desktop I can stream horizontally and vertically at the same time via Multistream.
In OBS I can use the Streamlabs plugin to do multistream on horizontal platforms. Then I can add tiktok, youtube vertical etc. with aitum vertical. But then they no longer run via Streamlabs multistream url and need more ressources.

@rapid urchinsome multistreaming plugins for obs-studio allow reusing the same encode for more than 1 output, assuming all its settings are identical; it still requires more bandwidth, but added cpu usage is negligible; obs-multi-rtmp calls it "get from obs" in the encoder dropdown list, other multistreaming plugins should have something similar

You can’t use a 2nd plugin in obs and have it use streamlabs servers. The good news is, you’re an ultra subscriber (thank you!), head over to #vip-support and double check your question with one of them.

In Streamlabs Desktop, please log out, wait a minute, and then log back in.
Then go to Settings > Advanced > Network > Bind to IP.
If the drop-down menu is set to an IP address, change that setting to Default.
If the drop-down menu is set to Default, change it to the IP address of your computer, usually starts with 192.168 or 10.10.
After that, click Done to save the settings and then restart Streamlabs Desktop and see if you can go live.
do you perchance know where streamlabs desktop hides its log files? i don't want to guess around for the next 30 minutes, i want to see the real error message

(and i still refuse to run the thing since the last time i benchmarked it and found it to be ~166% more demanding than obs-studio)
Hey everyone, I am looking to start my first charity stream on YouTube. For those that have done it before, is it easier to do it through streamlabs? Or do it through a YouTube fundraiser? or do most combine both?
all right, next troubleshooting step, run obs-studio and try to start streaming, then you'll get a useful error message

i don't see any other suggestions in this chat, and i can troubleshoot obs-studio much better
i have tried disabling the Firewall and also added the rules to allow streamlabs and such. I am able to stream on a PC on the same network so i do not believe there is an issue with the router.
@faint epoch might be the same issue as intel's "killer networking" NICs, try going to "add or remove programs" and deleting everything with the word "killer" in it, then installing only the driver from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19779/intel-killer-performance-suite.html
it works fine on obs

On my livestream today on my The_Gamerverse_Anna_Yee user someone who wasn’t me cut off my livestream and livestream feed three times straight. I was trying to stream Dungeon Clawlers. In the case that I might’ve accidentally caused some infringement I immediately removed all of those streams. Did I do something wrong?!
