how do i connect discord i dont see it
Discord isn't a platform you can stream to. If you're a have an active Streamlabs Ultra subscription or have reach Gold level in the Streamlabs All Stars program, you can link your discord and unlock the VIP Support channel.

Hi @gritty isle ive fixed it i dont know how i was just doin everything over and over again hoping something would work. And it worked. I have one question. In the streamlabs console site you can add things as event list and chat . But i want a follower count aswhele. Can i add that and how can i do that?

Hiya. I am currently setting up streamlabs console and for some reason my alerts in Streamlabs which work fine get distorted when testing them on streamlabs console. Any ideas? 2nd image is in streamlabs console
Streamlabs Console only has those components listed in its Component menu. If it’s not there, it doesn’t have it.

Hi, I didn't know what else to include in the screenshot so it's just the bottom right corner of my streamlabs-
I was recording for about seven hours last night, but when I went to stop the recording, this timer just stayed counting up. Usually it'll just count for a couple seconds at most and then the video will be saved, but this time it just kept going.
I left it to run overnight [and all day today on accident], thinking that maybe it was just taking a while because of how big the video is, but the timer is still going more than 20 hours later.
the file shows up in my folder, but it won't open.
Usually I'd just close streamlabs and record it again some other time, but this is something important to me that can't be replicated so I wanted to try everything I can to get it back if it's even possible- I've already been searching online for whatever I can but it hasn't been much help.

It tends to get worse over time and after about 4 hours of streaming I have to end, sometimes restarting seems to help but the problem always reoccurs.
Does Streamlabs Desktop report skipped, lagged, or dropped frames?

1280x720 base is 1920x1080 but I seem to lag when using that

I’d bring up Task Manager and monitor CPU and GPU usage and see if perhaps one is getting maxed.
ye the gpu stays somewhat low but cpu is maxed. is there anything I can do to solve that? the games settings are all set as low as I can
Are you using the replay buffer perhaps?

You could create a new Scene Collection, not a new scene, and then rebuild from scratch (don’t copy/paste) your scenes and sources. Could be there is a corrupted scene or source causing higher than normal CPU usage.

i would try enabling vsync for a frame rate limiter, then try obs-studio instead of streamlabs desktop

This api is for the Twitch Streamlabs extension, it's not for Cloudbot (I assume you are using Cloudbot)

i want to join streamlabs ultra but i have 3 youtube channels will it cover all 3 channels or can you only have 1 youtube channel per streamlabs account? sometimes i stream gaming sometimes i stream politics commentary is it possible to link both channels so not matter which youtube channel im streaming from i can still have the ability to multistream... if that makes sense

Having issues logging in/the login button is unresponsive?
Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
- Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop
- Change your default browser to a new browser. For example, if you're currently on Chrome, you'll want to change it to Edge or Firefox. (Screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/48ZdLCQCgi8D)
- Once you've changed this, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and see if the same issue occurs when attempting to log in.

Hi I was wondering if anybody knows how you overlay YouTube videos on your stream while keeping your cam on?
Um I have an issue that idk how to solve, so you see, I’ve been trying to change what accounts are merged but I just can’t figure out how to do it!
It keeps logging me out of both accounts when I just want to log out of one so I can make my twitch account on streamlabs merge with a new YouTube account (pretty much I’m trying to switch to which account twitch is merged with.)
You can't do that from within Streamlabs Mobile.
I see the Primary in that account is YouTube.
Log in the Streamlabs web site with that YouTube by clicking this link: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/account-settings/platforms. Then unmerge the Twitch.
Then log out of the Streamlabs web site and log in with the new YouTube and then merge the Twitch there.

That would have been good to know up front. There's not an easy way to do what you want in Streamlabs Mobile. Best you can do is:
- Edit your scene.
- Click Layers.
- Click the + sign.
- Click "Add a custom item".
- Click "Add s URL".
- In the box, paste in or type the URL you want.
- Click the Add button.

There is a bug with goals, where using image-input and sound-input. It should give you a box, that will allow you to add either a image/video or sound in. As you can see from the images. The same exact STREAMLABS PROVIDED CODE works correctly in the event list but not in any goal widget.

I'm having issues setting up my stream for marvel rivals. I've streamed tons of games previously but when I try to stream this game, my stream looks pixilated and choppy. I feel like I've tried everything in streamlabs settings to fix the issues but idk what I'm doing wrong.

Has anyone else reset their Twich password and all of a sudden can't stream from Xbox? I've gone through and made sure that all of my accounts had been disconnected and reconnected with all the settings, hopefully, turned on correctly but Streamlabs Console still won't send through my stream to Twitch.. Any thoughts?
If you change your password, all you have to do is log out and log back in. Disconnecting and reconnecting can cause more issues if you don’t perform the process correctly. What exactly did you disconnect and reconnect?
And I’m walking my dog so my responses are delayed by how much he wants to stop and sniff something. Please be patient.

yeah i'm not sure where to look for audio capture because I don't want to use a different capture output for rocket league and discord

nevermind I found it, had to use a beta item which ik can change at any time

Some games have anti-cheat features that don't work with Game Capture. Some games you have to have running before Game Capture will hook. Some games, you have change the Mode from "Automatic" to one of the other options.

For example, Valorant and Roblox cannot be captured with Game Capture and you have to use Window Capture instead.

I'm having issues setting up my stream for marvel rivals. I've streamed tons of games previously but when I try to stream this game, my stream looks pixilated and choppy. I feel like I've tried everything in streamlabs settings to fix the issues but idk what I'm doing wrong.

1: It completely took away my Ultra
2: It wiped the program clean so that every time I clicked open Streamlabs on my laptop, it would act as if I've opened it up for the first time

The "acting like it's a fresh restart" is due to certain background processes not closing properly. First, please close Streamlabs Desktop.
Then open your task manager. Please press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" on your keyboard to bring up your Task Manager.
Please select "More Details" at the bottom if you don't see the percentages of resources used.
Check for any running programs called "Streamlabs," "Electron," or "Obs64". If you find either of these processes running, please right-click and end the process. https://gyazo.com/d6b9babb076875ee5889983b532948e1

Hello. I'm having an issue, whenever I put Valorant into Game capture, the whole game crashes. but if I remove it from Game Capture then everything runs fine. Is there a solution?

Due to compatibility issues with certain anti-cheat systems, Game Capture source may not work with some games, including Valorant.
As a workaround, please use Window Capture instead
Remove all Game Capture sources related to the game you're trying to capture
Set the game to either windowed mode or borderless windowed mode
Add a new Window Capture source
Select your game from the window list
Change the Capture Method to "Windows 10"

To answer your question, this wouldn't be possible to set up to happen automatically. I'm sorry about that. You would have to start the transition, then set up a hot key to hide/show your chat after the transition has ended.

Is there a way to add a shake filter to the Streamlabs Desktop app, when streaming? I stream in VR and want to reduce the shakiness. I seem to be able to add a plugin to OBS to do it, but OBS is unstable and crashes or eats up a lot of GPU and CPU, Streamlabs desktop app seem to work really well, but not sure if I can add filter for VR?

Hello! I use streamlabs console and stream from Xbox but for the last two-ish weeks I've been having consistent disconnects and interruptions with no signs of internet problems and the connection is more than stable.
I use the Xbox series and today alone my stream was disconnected four times in 3.5 hours which meant I was constantly putting my stream back up, aswell as my viewers having to refresh every time.
This issue has now become one of my biggest pet peeves about the service. For a paid service I shouldn't be encountering these issues. Is there any known resolves? I would genuinely hate to be forced out of using SLC due to this, but it's been every stream for the past few weeks.

Hey guys, having issue with not being able to hear any of my alerts through my headphone when a Follow or Sub comes through, it can be heard on stream but I cant hear it myself. Tried changing Audio Monitoring etc from googling but still nothing. Everything else works but Alerts. Could anyone possibly help?
Can you go into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Advanced > Audio and change your audio monitoring device to "default"?
Then close Streamlabs Desktop, re-launch it as admin (right-click the desktop icon, run as admin)
Then go back into the same settings area and change your audio monitoring device back to the device you'd like to hear audio.

Please go into your Account Settings on the Streamlabs Console web site. If you have a specific region set, like in the screen shot below, select Automatic and see if you still experience these disconnects.
If you still experience these disconnects, please change your destination from Streamlabs to Twitch and see how it goes.

If I disable all sub alert variations will the default one automatically take their place with the correct text (re-sub, gift sub, etc.)? Also, I added a variation to randomly replace the default one, but the message template text is set for resubs, will this variation randomly replace first time subs and the rest of the variations I disabled (re-sub, gift sub, etc.)? I could still use some help with this..
I've already done both of these. It runs perfectly fine on normal Twitch, and on the other paid service, Lightstream.
However, for some reason, on SLC, it disconnects quite frequently.

Of course! I did that yesterday and it got instantly closed with a feedback email returned BUT I did also send a email and then I got an email back to say a ticket had been opened afterwards, so unsure what happened there but hopefully this'll sort things!
Did you click one of the "helpful" links in that first email? If so, that tells the system that that link resolved your issue and the system closes your ticket.

If you specified the GIF when you setup the item in the Cloudbot Loyalty Store, like my example (first image) below,
you should go to the Cloudbot Redemption Alert and toggle off the circled setting (second image) and save the settings.

Please don't submit multiple tickets! Tickets are answered in the order they are received. There is an abnormally high volume of tickets that's slowing down the process.
The staff prefers that if you have a ticket open, that you work with them via the ticket other than trying to also work it here where us Volunteers might give duplicate troubleshooting or conflicting information.
For some issues, only the staff can work them as the Volunteers aren't Streamlabs employees and thus we have no access to their internal systems.
@hardy turret Looking back, you issue will definitely need to be looked at by a staff member. I would have no idea why that is happening with your accout nor have any troubleshooting steps for you.
What exactly is the issue? Depending on the issue, you might have to submit a ticket.

@stray citrus well i tried to fix the problem by re-logging in and clicking the import options but my scenes wasn't from obs studio would this not now affect it?
You can still follow the steps I sent, but you can also check this menu here to see if your scene collections are in this menu below (it's possible they are inactive now that you imported your old settings)
Done all of that and now it;s still on the same screen with all the same scenes it previously imported in a panic

I have this problem: Since this morning I can't get the streamlabs obs alert window to work. However, on the web page it works and is active, only on the desktop app it doesn't work. As if it wasn't active at all, I also tried to use the browser page as a source, but nothing, as if it didn't want to read the alerts at all. Could anyone help me?

I tried restoring a couple of backups for you. Can you check that scene collection menu again to see if you see my restored backups for "MAIN"?
You may want to restart Streamlabs Desktop first.
@stray citrus there is another scene called "MAIN" which is the wrong one that it pulled from years ago i'll try the restart now and search through them

It doesn't look like there are many preventative measures that you can take, but I would recommend the following:
- Restart your PC inbetween closing/launching Streamlabs
- Be sure Streamlabs Desktop is allowed through your Firewall: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-open-your-windows-firewall
- If you have any anti-virus, be sure Streamlabs Desktop is allowed through as an exception

Your scenes are automatically backed up to the cloud, so that is how I was able to restore them on my end. If you'd like to create a manual backup of your scenes, you can do this by going into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Scene Collections > "Export Overlay File"
That should create a local backup and save it to your drive.

@maiden ruin After checking into this, it looks like all you should need to do is enable this setting in the GHub software, and Streamlabs Desktop should pull from those settings without any further action needed on your end.

I wouldn't be able to troubleshoot why Ghub isn't showing a particular setting - I'm very sorry! I would recommend reaching out to Logitech support for troubleshooting that software as that is outside of my realm of expertise unfortunately. 😦

I tested in my Streamlabs Desktop software, and it worked for me, so I bet we just need to do a bit of troubleshooting here. Are you able to try these steps and let me know if this helps?
- Log out of Streamlabs Desktop
- Clear your Streamlabs Desktop browser cache
-Close Streamlabs Desktop
-Hit the Windows key + R
-Paste this and hit enter %appdata%/slobs-client/plugin_config/obs-browser
-Delete the cache folder
-Launch Streamlabs Desktop as administrator (to do this, right-click Streamlabs Desktop > select "run as administrator") - Delete your alert box source > re-add your alertbox source

TikTok alone grants or revokes permission for live wth Streamlabs. Streamlabs has no input on their decisions and cannot see why they made a particular decision.

I can't find an email that shows me that my subscription has been cancelled, but the subscriptions section says that it has been cancelled, so it shouldn't be active anymore, and the cancel button is gone. So do I have a subscription or don't I?

Hey I notice some widgets, some custom web browsers dont work correctly inside Streamlabs. For example:
This here shows like this, but the widget is suppose to have some transparency and round corners
But when I disabled "browser source hardware accelaration" it fixes the problem. Has a "quick fix". I tested the browser source in OBS is perfectly working fine, no need to disable anything. You guys know why this happens? Thank you!

Go into the Layout Editor. If you have the Stream Preview, swap it out for the Editor Display. You cannot move and adjust sources with the Stream Preview.

I've gotten multiple superchats today and none of th em posted and are not in the recent events. My accounts are merged and the test alert works though.
So I’ve been using replay buffer so i can use streamlabs as a clipping software when im not streaming/recording. I have the time limit set to 2 minutes however it usually only captures between 60 and 70 seconds. Is there any specific reason this is happening do yall have any suggestions on how to help fix this?
Help, my alerts dont play audio anymore. Testing on the website preview it works fine but when launching the browser source theres no audio at all

Hey everyone. I am having a black screen when I play League. I finally got it to work and my FPS dropped to 0-20, basically making the game unplayable. Sadly I've had this issue on both OBS and Streamlabs (which is why I switched to Streamlabs cause I couldn't fix it on OBS). I hvae tried loads of troubleshooting, none of which seems to help.

Make sure Streamlabs is banned on your channel. For Twitch, try typing /unban streamlabs in your chat. For YouTube, make sure Streamlabs is a Standard Moderator and not a Managing Moderator (there is a difference).

There’s no one else available at the moment, sorry. You’ll need a brand new, never ever followed you to test. An unfollow/refollowmwont trigger an alert. That done to prevent spamming your alerts.
That’s hard troubleshoot. Are you on WiFi or mobile data?

What happens when you try and log in to the Postcast Editor with your Streamlabs ID. Post a screen shot of what you see. Likely this will require a ticket since it seems isolated to just the Podcast Editor.

Question about multicasting - I was able to find this from 2017 : Multicast: You will be able to multicast your video to multiple platforms using our server backend. Does this mean that I send a single feed to Streamlabs, and they send it to the selected destinations?

Are you using Display or Screen capture? Those capture methods will record everything is displayed on your screen, hence their name. If what you're recording is not a game, I'd suggest using Window Capture instead. Window Capture only captures the assigned window.
on the credits wedgit will it only work if im live? im trying to test it but its not scrolling when i go to the scene

use window capture and tell it what to capture, screen just shows the screen and all thats on it
Yes, you have to be live for the Credits Widget actually work. If you're streaming to YouTube, you can go live with a Private stream to test - note though that Cloudbot doesn't work with YouTube's Private and Unlisted streams.
Yes, I'd use Window Capture if you're not capturing a game.

If you enable the Message Template, then users can type their own message.
like, i wanted the tts to say something like "meet {name}, our newest subscriber" before it gives the default test alert responce

Hello techs , recently a glitch forced me to recover scenes by you pulling them back for myself now all of my twitch vods have "muted audio" in them which i had it set up to remove the spotify audio from the desktop audio last time but I set this years ago and it's always worked since. Unfortunately this bug also wiped all of those settings so I need to figure out how to do this again despite adding spotify and audio capture beta and turning track 2 of the spotify still shows coming through the desktop audio

Last night I tried setting up the patreon-streamlabs integration, and setting up an alert to play when a new patreon patron signs up.
The alert DOES work, and when I hit "test" it plays once on stream.
However, when I get a REAL new sign up, the alert plays 4 times on stream, with long pauses between them.
I cannot figure out why this it is doing this.
Any suggestions?
- I have already checked for duplicate sources on my scenes (OBS) it is not that.
- I've told the source to deactivate when not in use
- when I test it from the streamlabs test button, it only plays once.
- when a new user signs up, it plays once, twice, long pause, a third time, long pause, a 4th time

Streamlabs Console is a paid subscription service.
You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.
Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.
Either one of those options will start your 7 day free trial; cancel before the end of that 7 day period to avoid getting charged for the first term you select.
If you have a Streamlabs Console subscription, please make sure you are logging in at the Streamlabs Console web site with your Twitch and not your Streamlabs ID.

Chat for TikTok is being worked on and isn't quite ready for public release. I don't have any other details, sorry.
no worries , the information is useful . so far i have been able to select only one of the chats and when i select tiktok it gets no notifications when someone subs , gifts or follows
looking for assistance with getting alerts for new people entering and leaving chat/channel, tried googling adn all found instructions appear to be outdated or reference options I am not seeing? Any chance someone can link me correct steps or assist?
How are you defining 'entering' and 'leaving' the channel?
We have alerts for Twitch Follow and Subscribe, YouTube Subscribe, Facebook Supports, Trovo Subscribes, and Kick Subscriptions.
You could make use of those alerts for 'entering' the channel.
We have no way to detect when someone unfollows or unsubscribes. That data is not sent over the API.
For the embedded chat dock, there is no notification for first time chatters or for someone 'entering' the chat but no being active.
If you're using out Chatbox Widget https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/widgets/chat-box, you could enable the sound notification.
so no way to be notified when someone just enters/exits chat anymore?

To my knowledge we've never had such a feature.
Relying on Google or 'YouTube videos' isn't helpful as those sites and videos are never updated or removed as features described there-in are removed or update with new options or access methods.

yes i i made my stream labs id logged in with it then merged my twitch went back on twitch and authed it then signed in to streamlabs console at this point i went and got my subscription made an overlay and thought i was ready but i was wrong

streamlabs wont open , i have tried : 1 run as an administrator , 2 task manaadger closing it down , restarting my pc , reinstalling streamlabs , and deleting the files 100 and 200 thingies that a lot of yt tutorials say to do , and then i tried to launch it again both normally and as an administrator , i dont know what to do

I am having a problem with stream labs console when I try to stream on Xbox.
Whenever I try to start streaming on Xbox it says subscription is required, but I have my twitch signed in on Xbox and twitch signed in on stream labs console.

hello, im having a similar issue with streamlabs console; i started the free trial last night, but have been unable to stream. i get the error message telling me to link a subscription. have have tried unlinking and relinking the account several times. i have linked through the main streamlabs site with my streamlabs id, and through the console site. i have tried both separately and together. one thing to note, whenever i try to do it through console only i get one of a few errors: either it tells me there is already an account linked, or just a generic server 500 message. thanks in advance.

Ok, I just tried that again and it did not work; i used the twitch login on streamlabs console, free trial, and same error message telling me to link subscription
and if i click reauthenticate on my streamlabs console account settings it also gives the 500 server error message as well

This has been an issue that has affected a small group of customers and currently there isn't a fix I can offer. I honestly don't know sorry. And my environment here is all Windows, I don't have a Mac to troubleshoot this with. I've tried and tired to resolve this on the Windows version to absolutely no avail.

The staff prefer that if you’re working with them via a ticket that you don’t ask for the same support here. That way we don’t give duplicate troubleshooting steps or conflicting information. And some issues, like your account issue, us Volunteers can’t help with as we’re not Streamlabs employees.
Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.
When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.
The viewer would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.
The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

This doesnt really have anything to do with stream labs but it has something to do with streaming and I figured people in here a streamers so someone could potentially help me.
I have a goxlr at the moment but currently im using it for 1 pc at the moment im not actually even using it when I get my second pc setup and all that im going to use it for streaming to connect the audio together and stuff however once Im running off the goxlr's sound in the settings I no longer have the spatial audio awareness its kind of hard to explain so im going to do my best Ive looked everywhere but cannot find anything to do with it I have a hyper x quadcast microphone and ive got all these cables and conductors to connect through the hyper x because it has usb c not a head phone jack cable to connect straight into the goxlr so I had to use a conductor to convert it now however the mic works and the sound works on my single pc however the sound is weird ive ran multiple tests and in games when people are above me or below me the audio gets confused like generally its like an AI it gets confused sometimes I hear them above me sometimes I hear them below me and in competitive games its very hard to decipher sometimes which is so I usually just have to check every corner without using a main part of competitive gaming which is sound queues it happens in every single game Fortnite, Valorant, Overwatch I noticed it mainly in overwatch if you put someone above or below me at random I wouldnt be able to decipher which is which I would have to take a guess solely because of the GOXLR it only happened after I plugged in the goxlr and I havent been able to find a fix some of the games like Valorant and Overwatch have these custom things like Valorant has DRTF or something and Overwatch just has sound settings but when I changed them the audio sounds way worse then what it originally sounded like even though I have the bug im trying to fix it but I actually cant find a fix anywhere
Now when I had just the hyper x quadcast on one pc no goxlr at all there was no issues I had no issues deciphering between above and below and the surround sound didnt affect my ears I have very hyper sensitive ears but now I dont know what to do because either I choose to lose sound queues or I physically cannot play because of how weird the sound is its like echoey and it just isnt normal

Thank you for confirming, sorry for my misunderstanding. But nope, that definitely will not happen! 😄 The ability to import/export is mainly for backing up your scene collection manually. We have cloud backups, but exporting your overlay file saves an .overlay file to your PC. And importing allows you to bring in a local .overlay file to Streamlabs Desktop!

- Connect your Streamlabs ID (the one you purchased your Ultra subscription under)
- Power cycle your Xbox
- Log out of the Twitch app on the Xbox > log back in

I never did the power cycle/log out and back on the twitch for Xbox. Is that still worth a try?
I think so! I will say after checking into this, it looks like there might be a bug that our development team just identified this morning. I'm checking into this a bit further, and I will be back with an update very shortly.

Hey there - Selective Recording only applies to visual sources, not audio sources. I'm sorry if that caused any confusion. In order to split which audio goes to your stream and your recording, you will want to use multi-track recording in Streamlabs Desktop. Okay, we checked the running programs and there are none of these. I guess it has something to do with the changed username, that he can't get to his scenes :/
I think it has something to do with the fact that the old scenes were saved under his old name or something.

To do this, go to this page here: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/integrations and click "Link" next to Discord. Once it's linked, you can refresh Discord, and you should see an additional support channel named "vip-support" that you can use to receive faster responses.

Hello, I hope I'm posting in the correct location, but I've tried to resolve the issue with the self-help-center and have been unable to identify a solution. Long story short, I'd like to generate ISO video files for WEBCAM/GAMEPLAY/PROGRAM FEED. I was able to find the resource on "Toggle Selective Recording" but am more interested in generating three video files for each of those ISO types, rather than a single video file that selectively displays variables. An alternate option would be if scripts are supported to auto-change between overlays, so i can autoswitch between fullscreen gameplay, full screen webcam, and then back to program overlay. If I need to post elsewhere, I can delete this comment and apologize in advance. Anyway, great software.

Hi! When I stream, my computer freezes and can;t seem to handle it though I think my specs are good enough? I stream using OBS Streamlabs and this happens on even less intensive games. I'm not sure how to solve it. Any advice is really appreciated!

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with youtube. its actually not the issue with alerts, its the privacy settings on YT itself. If a user has turned off subscription (Public) then you wont get notification of the alert subscribing.

Sounds like you’re streaming directly from your PS5 to Twitch?
If so, in order to stream to TikTok, you’d need a capture card installed and configured in your computer.
Then…
First, you'd have to merge your TikTok in your Streamlabs account: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/account-settings/platforms
You have to apply for Live with Streamlabs by clicking here: https://www.tiktok.com/falcon/live_g/live_access_pc_apply/result/index.html?id=GL6399433079641606942&lang=en-US
If approved by TikTok, you would have to log out and log in with your TikTok before you go live.
If you don't meet the requirements, TikTok likely won't approve your request.
A capture card in my laptop ?
That does complicate matters. You’d have to find an external capture card then.
I need this in dummy terms haha so a capture card I can install in my ps5 or in my laptop
The capture card takes output from the PS and inputs it to the laptop.
It would be an external device that sits between the laptop and PS with cables going to each devices.

When I open streamlabs, it acts like I'm a new user who just installed the program. I re-login via TGwitch as always, authorize access, then it loads up in VERTICAL and none of my stream or multi-stream settings are present. I tried manually changing back to my usual 4K horizontal resolutions, but then scene elements were vanishing, and when I close and re-open the program it does the same thing all over again and my fixed settings are once again wiped and it acts like I'm a new user again. Is this to do with the Update issue earlier today? I show my scene sets, I can't stream at all and it's not bringing my capture card through correctly. but when I close the program and re-open it the exact same thing happens. It's like I'm stuck in a loop. Is this part of the known issue and if so when will it be fixed? Thank you.

I have been using Streamlabs as the destination on my Xbox to stream to twitch, and it was working well but I was getting annoyed by the watermark that said “Streamlabs console” on my stream despite having Streamlabs Ultra, so I went onto Streamlabs console (which I’ve never used before) and tried to remove the water mark. I then went to stream and the watermark was gone but realised I was streaming through Streamlabs console, which I can’t use because I have a different voice (mic) input that I use through a Scarlett focusrite and an elgato chat link pro so my stream can hear my game chat (can’t use game chat for games like Fortnite on Xbox for some weird privacy reason unless if they have an Xbox themselves and none of my friends do). I then disconnected Streamlabs console and went to start stream from my Xbox as per usual and all of a sudden a text pop up saying “you need to link a subscription to your account to use the selected broadcast destination”. I have ultra! And it’s connected to my Streamlabs account, it was working perfectly fine before hand and now it’s a complete mess. I can’t get it to work and it’s been stressing me out. I have unlinked my account and linked it back up, restarted every device, powered off ever device, logged out and back in on Streamlabs and twitch and nothing is working. I need to stream tonight but can’t if it’s not going to work. When I streamed it would go straight to twitch, I would always have a black screen on my Streamlabs desktop but as long as it worked on twitch I didn’t care, I wanted to use different scenes and overlays but can’t because it won’t show on my Streamlabs but that’s not a big issue. I just want to be able to stream from Xbox to twitch again through Streamlabs destination
is there a way to test if my mini-feed is working again? i just finished a stream where subs and followers were not being shown, so now ive done the steps to disconnect and reconnect streamlabs. but i would like to confirm if it will work before streaming again, and i know it doesnt update for what was missed
what should the audio be set at when streaming a video source from streamlabs on twitch? my channel is a lofi channel
So how can I get the streamlabs chat bot to work in 2 youtube streams on the same channel? Most people these days are multi-streaming and running vertical and horizontal on the same youtube channel. Problem is only 1 if the streams picks up the chatbot since Streamlabs sees youtube as just 1 platform. If you guys added the ability to add "stream keys" to our Streamlabs this vould solve the issue if it could pick up 2 different chats on 2 different stream keys from the same channel.
Is there a way to fix this currently?

That’s not possible. It will only connect to the first live stream it sees over the API.

Then you won’t have Twitch subscriptions.
Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.
When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.
The viewer would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.
The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

You can do this via the Streamlabs plugin for OBS: You need to download the dual output plugin on OBS Studio and receive a stream key and RTMP URL to vertical.

If anyone can help, why would my video be stuttering (even in the preview before streaming or recording)? GPU and CPU usage doesn't go above 40%, internet connection is good. Happens even if I put my bitrate to 9000.

But every time I start a stream, it says I've successfully gone live, but on Twitch it says I'm offline, even after waiting for a while and updating the page. Trying to set up intro/outro cards for console and I've got everything except for a background image. But for some reason I can't add one, there's no option to "select" any thing. I can click the one I want to use but then nothing happens and my only option is to cancel. Am I doing something wrong here?

What version of Streamlabs Desktop are you using? share that too please.
What source is creating the sound? does it show in the mixer?

not a technical savant in any sense, are you using a headset with an internal rechargeable battery? i know i get the same errors when i have a headset charging plugged into my console controller while it's charging. can't be heard on my end but everyone else hears it?
Okay. Is it crashing while playing games/any specific game? or just idling?

i have done that already on numerous trials and attempts still has that loud buzz i followed all the steps per that link i shared and my chat informs me that they cannot hear myself or any audio and they are bothered by the loud buzzing
Even when you remove the sources, the buzzing sounds continues?

i am going to reset streamlabs software and delete all cache and setup and reinstall everything back

I have been using Streamlabs as the destination on my Xbox to stream to twitch, and it was working well but I was getting annoyed by the watermark that said “Streamlabs console” on my stream despite having Streamlabs Ultra, so I went onto Streamlabs console (which I’ve never used before) and tried to remove the water mark. I then went to stream and the watermark was gone but realised I was streaming through Streamlabs console, which I can’t use because I have a different voice (mic) input that I use through a Scarlett focusrite and an elgato chat link pro so my stream can hear my game chat (can’t use game chat for games like Fortnite on Xbox for some weird privacy reason unless if they have an Xbox themselves and none of my friends do). I then disconnected Streamlabs console and went to start stream from my Xbox as per usual and all of a sudden a text pop up saying “you need to link a subscription to your account to use the selected broadcast destination”. I have ultra! And it’s connected to my Streamlabs account, it was working perfectly fine before hand and now it’s a complete mess. I can’t get it to work and it’s been stressing me out. I have unlinked my account and linked it back up, restarted every device, powered off ever device, logged out and back in on Streamlabs and twitch and nothing is working. I need to stream tonight but can’t if it’s not going to work. When I streamed it would go straight to twitch, I would always have a black screen on my Streamlabs desktop but as long as it worked on twitch I didn’t care, I wanted to use different scenes and overlays but can’t because it won’t show on my Streamlabs but that’s not a big issue. I just want to be able to stream from Xbox to twitch again through Streamlabs destination

Hey everyone how's it going? I'm fairly new to streaming and all and have a quick question. Does anyone know how to stop the double alert sounds? I'm using a nerdordie.com pack and all the other alerts work properly except for Cloudbot redemption. For some reason it plays the default Twitch alert then right after it plays the one from the overlay pack I grabbed. I've searched everyhwere to try to fix this.

hi. I have everything at maximum. From my headset it breakes my ears when listening but after seeing the video recorded on it like volume 4x time lowered. How to fix that?
welps i decided to uninstall the streamlabs software and reinstall obs studio to see if i will be able to do a live stream without the loud buzzing from the audio sources same setup with streamlabs and done everything as described per streamlabs site for splitting audio ran tests and still negative with the setup for the audio sources AUDIO INPUT/OUTPUT is setup to my voicemods MIC is setup through voicemods AUDIO DEVICES are all disabled.🤷♀️
hello!! Can anyone help me with Streamlabs? The other day my stream stopped for about a second and kept reconnecting. It happened three times. I don't know if I have it set up correctly.

I'm not sure if I'm in the correct place or not-but I'm trying to mod for my friend. They are streaming on Xbox through streamlabs. We have the stream up and going and all that--and I'm using Streamlabs console through my PC. I was just wondering about themes. While on the console app, it lets me select one of like only 7 themes... and if I go to the themes, it would let me "Install" them to streamlabs DESKTOP, but not on Streamlabs console? Is there a disconnect with me that I'm confused about or can I just not use themes?

Like I'm not sure if there's a way to connect the desktop app to the console app or a way to copy what I do on the desktop app to the console app, etc. Like I can do the work if it's possible... just not sure it is actually possible to connect the two
Hey, Is there a fix for the no audio issue when using the vertical format in dual output? Does everyone have this issue or is the vertical format actually working for other people?
