Hello, I recently downloaded stream labs console and connected it to my twitch account. I went live through my Xbox and selected the “stream labs” from the drop down menu as my destination. However, it is not showing up on my twitch. It shows I am online on stream labs, but not on twitch. Can someone help? I am on the newest Xbox

I did connect it with my twitch before I got the subscription. Maybe I need to disconnect and reconnect it again?

my question is, is there a way to connect mevo multi-cam to stream labs? I used my streamlabs ID to sign into the pro version of mevo multi-cam so I assume there is, but I can't find any videos anywhere. if there are any other solutions to my problems I'd love to hear it! I've never been a serious streamer before so I'm figuring it out all on the go and will probably be asking more questions haha

On Streamlabs Desktop, yes, you can merge your TikTok and then inside Streamlabs Desktop you ask for access to Live from Streamlabs. TikTok alone will approve or deny the request. Streamlabs has no say so in that process.

And that's only Streamlabs Desktop. That integration is not available in Streamlabs Mobile as TikTok as not yet approved its use there.

hi there! I just got streamlabs subscription, however when I try to select multistream it says "please select multiple platforms" despite me having 3 platforms selected- any advice?

When I record in Streamlabs I have two audio channels, (1) desktop and (3) mic. They record on two separate layers. When I play a video back in WMP, only the desktop audio channel plays as audio. However, when I edit in DaVinci, I do get both channels. I've uploaded a test video without editing to YT and only get the mic layer.

I've tried following some trouble shooters that tell me to mess with settings in "Settings" for the WMP, but "audio" is not an option this player gives me. I get libraries, personalization, media info, privacy, and about. So from here I tried with VLC player and this one only plays my mic channel and not my desktop audio channel.

So at this point I have no way to test my audio without fixing in DaVinci. If I try to stream directly to YT it only grabs my mic, which means I can't go live. I feel like this is probably some super easy fix within Streamlabs. Help?

Generally when that happens. Your connection between twitch and streamlabs needs to be refreshed.

Can I have you disconnect and reconnect your Twitch account to Streamlabs?

1. Log out of Streamlabs.com (you can use this link to force a logout https://streamlabs.com/logout) and any Streamlabs software such as Streamlabs Desktop (you can do so from the bottom left)
2. After logging out, go here: https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections
3. Then find Streamlabs (Twitch Alerts) or Streamlabs Dashboard & click Disconnect.
4. Once you have done this, please log in to streamlabs.com or Streamlabs Desktop with your Twitch account

This will refresh your connection. However, events will not populate retroactively (so old events will not populate). However, this should resolve issues with them appearing going forward.

@lime leaf The unique TikTok integration that's included in Streamlabs Desktop is what's experiencing issues. If you can Stream from another app, you can stream from Streamlabs Desktop too. As the other apps use custom RTMP -> Stream key, you just need to go to Settings -> Stream to set up that old integration in Streamlabs Desktop.

Hi, is the Tip Goal broken since yesterday?

When i end a Goal and make a new one it shows Current Amount 0 in Dasboard, but in the Overlay it still shows the old amount that was reached with last goal.

• Rest Goal
• End Goal multiple times and making new ones
• set a different starting amount
• try different end dates

• 2 completely separate accounts i mod for (last 24hrs)

Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.

When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.

The viewer would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.

The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

If a user has lost their 2FA, our team cannot reset their 2FA for security reasons. There isn't anyone on our team that has the authority to reset 2FA. Yes, when creating a new Streamlabs ID, it will result in a loss of data, but unfortunately for the security of our users' data, we are unable to provide further support by removing 2FA from any account.

Then there is an issue in your OBS Studio it seems. I would remove the browser source for the Alert Box from every source where you have it, then follow this:

-Remove the Browser Source you have for the Alert Box from every scene where you have it
-Close OBS Studio
-Hit windows key + R
-Paste this and hit enter %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser
-Delete the cache folder
-Start up OBS Studio again
-Add the Browser Source for the Alert Box back where you need it.

I was looking to setup a simple custom command so I could sent messages to CloudBot and have it repeat the content of the message in Twitch Chat.
Unfortunately I haven't found a way to get the full text of the message going to CloudBot in the variables section.

Ideally I would like to enter something like:

!ECHO Now playing Black Sun by Gunship! Check out their album on Bandcamp.

And have the bot repeat that message. I've found that I can use {1} {2} {3} to get the first few words of the message, but if I add more {arg} variables the bot stops responding. 😰

Alright, who broke the game capture and how do I fix it? I've had a game capture for Halo MCC for 5 years and now all of a sudden, "Specified window is not a game". This is just silly. Of course it's a game, and right up until now it has been detected just fine.

Can you try the steps below to see if they help?

• First, please delete your game capture and quit Streamlabs Desktop.

• Then go to the search in windows (🔎) and search this file path: C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook and then click on the folder that pops up.

• Once you have done that you will see a bunch of files. If you can ignore those for a second and click on the program data folder (link: unknown.png).

• Then you should see the obs-studio-hook folder there and highlighted. Go ahead and delete the folder.

• Now go ahead restart your PC and then right click Streamlabs Desktop and run as administrator.

• Then add a new game capture and see if that works for you.

I was able to find your streaming account, and I see your screenshot that shows you purchased Ultra, but the subscription purchased was not purchased while signed in with your original account. It is possible that you purchased under a new/different Streamlabs ID. I would recommend signing out > signing back into Streamlabs Mobile/Streamlabs.com with different possible emails/logins to see if you can identify which account you purchased your subscription on.

If you are unable to identify the account you purchased the subscription on, my best recommendation would be to request a refund from Apple (Streamlabs cannot refund for purchases made through Apple unfortunately), and be sure you are signed in with your Streamlabs account when making the purchase to ensure it applies to that account specifically.

While the issue with live streaming on tiktok is being resolved, I'm using streamlabs' virtual camera option as an alternative to broadcast using tiktok's live studio. It's a shame that it only allows me to use horizontal viewing when for tiktok I have a specific setting for vertical mode, but for now it works.

Refreshing the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch will resolve this.

NOTE 👉 This disconnect process will not go back and capture events that were missed. Events are sent over the API only once and if they are missed, they are missed forever. Going forward from once you reconnected by logging back in, Streamlabs should capture events from Twitch.

1. Log out of the Streamlabs web site on every device you access it: Click your PFP and choose Log out.

2. If you use Streamlabs Console, log out of the Streamlabs Console web site on every device you access it: Click your PFP and choose Log out.

3. If you use the standalone Streamlabels application, log out of that.

4. Log out in Streamlabs Desktop (see next post on how to do that).

5. Follow this guide: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account. Just follow the section for Twitch.

6. Navigate back to the Streamlabs web site and log in with your Twitch. This re-establishes the connection. Can you try the steps below to see if they help?

• First, please delete your game capture and quit Streamlabs Desktop.

• Then go to the search in windows (🔎) and search this file path: C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook and then click on the folder that pops up.

• Once you have done that you will see a bunch of files. If you can ignore those for a second and click on the program data folder (link: unknown.png).

• Then you should see the obs-studio-hook folder there and highlighted. Go ahead and delete the folder.

• Now go ahead restart your PC and then right click Streamlabs Desktop and run as administrator.

• Then add a new game capture and see if that works for you.

Delete that video capture source from each scenes where it’s used and quit Streamlabs Desktop.
Go to Windows Device Manager, locate the Camera device, right click on it, and choose Uninstall device.
Unplug the camera from your system and reboot the PC.
Once the PC is back up, plug in the camera and let Windows detect it and set it up.
Launch Streamlabs Desktop as administrator and then add the Video Capture Device source back.

If you still have issues, try these steps again but move the camera to a different USB port. Don’t use a USB Hub.

You'd have to set the audio you want to manipulate on different tracks. Then in the editing software, that hopefully support multi audio tracks, you can do what you need to. I have a issue were my youtube alerts arent working, they were working a few months ago but now there not. Ive tried every thing i could think of and every thing that people have recommended. Sometimes the youtube alert will go off once a stream and not go off again. When i click the preveiw button it pops up fine on streamlabs and on stream. Also my twitch alerts are working and i have my twitvh alerts set up the same as i do youtube alerts

Your Output Resolution is set for the vertical format.

Go to Settings > Video and then at Output Resolution, swap the values.

For example if it shows 1080x1920, change it to 1920x1080.

Actually we were just able to test it on our end of things and successfully went live (In the US) to TikTok from the Streamlabs Desktop App. If you previously had issues with this, please log out of the Streamlabs Desktop App, re-link your TikTok account here: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/account-settings/platforms log back into the Streamlabs Desktop App and try again!

Under settings for audio, I have Desktop Audio Device 1 set as speakers for desktop audio. I have my microphone set for Mic/Auxiliary Device 1. When I record, it records two audio layers: one for mic and one for desktop AND mic. How can I separate the two audio layers to be one for mic only and one for desktop only?

Here's some changes I'll like you to make and then make a test recording and see what you think:

Settings > Video > FPS Value: 120. 230 is not even divisible by 60.
Settings > Output > Recording > Rate Control > CQP
Settings > Output > Recording > CQ Level > 15

Sure! Think I got THAT issue sorted. So at this point I can get both audio channels working and separated in DaVinci. But if I try to play the recording back in Windows Media Player or something, I only hear the desktop audio now.

Anything higher than 120 is essentially just making extra work on your video card. Having an FPS higher than 120 doesn't make the video better.

Audio issue as well; one I've been trying to work on for awhile now.

The outcome I want: to be able to control volume of things like Sound Alerts, Stickers etc via Streamlabs, and be able to hear these in my headphones, and also the viewers to hear, but adjusting the volume in my headphones without effecting how loud it is for them. And I want to keep my headphones output muted to the viewers so they don't hear everything I hear, and audio isn't doubled.

What's happening: viewers can hear these sources, but I can't.

Current setup:

• My headphones (labeled as: Headphones (2- BT048S NC) are set to Monitor Only, Mute Output. Should be the correct setting so that I hear everything, but they don't.
• These items like Sound Alerts are set to Monitor and Output, should be correct setting so that they are played to both to viewers and to me.
• PC itself has audio set to these headphones, no volumes are set too low or muted.
• Streamlabs has these headphones set as the Desktop Audio Device, no other desktop audio devices, and these headphones are set to the only Audio Monitoring Device.

I have tried the fixes seen in most guides and videos, tried changing the device to something else and back after restarting Streamlabs. Removed/re-added the sources, refreshed. Audio continues to play for viewers/in recording but not through headphones. As soon as I turn off "control volume via Streamlabs" I can hear these sources again but viewers can't (unless I set the headphones to Monitor and Output).

I don't know what else to tell you. What is the resolution of your monitor? I see you have the Base Resolution set to 1920x1080. If you're monitor is actually something higher, like 2560x1440, you would want the Base Resolution set to the same resolution as the monitor.

Do you have a link to a recording you've made with these new settings and a link to a video you made before today? I just can't suggest anything else. At some point you just have to live with the quality of streams or recording you have that your setup can give you. Endlessly tweaking it will take forever and you'll never get to the point where you can just relax and make your content.

You wanting to use a custom RTMP server and stream key? If then, in Streamlabs Desktop, go to Settings > Stream > scroll all the way down > Stream to custom ingest.

HI! I'm having trouble find an answer to this question:

I set multiple sub variations so that anytime someone subs I have 5 random options. I set all of these under sub variations with the "Randomly" condition and "Default" Frequency.

HOWEVER when someone GIFTS subs I want it to play a specific alert based on that amount (5 10 etc)

Because I have the other alerts with a "Randomly" condition set up is there a chance one of those random alerts might play instead of the gift sub alert I have set up or will the specific alert that I have set for gift subs always take priority? please help

I have an Elgato stream deck, and I have installed the Streamlabs Plugin. Just recently, I noticed that the "Spin Wheel" command no longer works. I have my account properly connected.

Does anyone have solutions as to why I cant hear my alert box audio when streaming it or recording it? I can hear it on my PC but not when opening the recorded file, or.. streaming it of course.

I can help you out here, though! I'll start by gather some clarifying information if that's okay:

1. Are you using Streamlabs Desktop or OBS Studio?
2. If you test your alerts, do you see any movement in your audio mixer (as if the audio is being picked up)?

OBS studio, and yes I have seen movement in the audio mixer.. I also have set it to monitor and output if that helps.

Thank you for confirming! This sounds more like an audio settings/configuration issue more than an issue with the actual alertbox. 🤔 You can hear the alert when you're testing it, but the program isn't outputting it for some reason.

Thank you! Does ticking the box for "mono" seem to affect anything here? Additionally, are you able to test to see if the alert box is the only browser source that doesn't output? If the same behavior happens with other browser sources, that would indicate to us that it's an audio setting, and it may require OBS Studio support to offer the proper guidance. 🤔

Still nothing happens when using mono, and I don't think theres any other browser source except from the actual streamlabs source if that's what you're talking about. 😄

Having a problem where an echo is being heard on your stream?```

• Echoes usually occur when there is a monitor set in the mixer, ensure they are all set to Monitor Off https://i.imgur.com/TMR36co.png

• If none of these resolve the issue, it could also be that you have your stream open (unmuted) in another browser window.

Yeah, I noticed that you didn't have any others in there currently. 😦 I don't believe the alert box itself is causing the issue as the alert plays as expected when testing. The audio not being output from the program to the stream would be determined by the configuration within OBS Studio. My best recommendation would be to reach out to their support to see if they have any insight on this.
