Hey, so I was trying to use the Multiple Audio Track Feature for Streamlabs and I got my Audio Tracks Set up, got them linked to the proper Audio Devices, shows that volume is coming to them then when I record and toss it into any editing software it only has one Audio track and I only hear whatever I have as the first Audio track chosen. Any Ideas?

Hi there, does anyone know how to fix my cloudbot? I have done all the typical stuff like make it a mod in my chat and ran through the typical troubleshooting. I think it may be something to do with when I go on the streamlabs dashboard, my twitch says it's inactive but some streamlabs commands still work in the chat just not my cloudbot. any thoughts?

Ok figured it out, needed to basically log out of the steamlabs obs app and relog back in with my twitch account rather than my streamlabs account to regive authorisation to streamlabs
That would do the trick. It was failing to detect your channel and the mod status properly.

Thank you for finally telling me that. That's likely an image based on the image I see you have selected. You'd have to edit the image to change that text. You can't do that in Streamlabs Desktop. You'd need an Image Editor like Paint, Photoshop, etc.

None of them available via Streamlabs are editable within Streamlabs Desktop. They're all static or moving images. You'd have to manually edit the source images to change their text. These images are not built 'on the fly' or automatically based on your input.
Is there any streamlabs app that can?
You'd have to search the Streamlabs App Store https://streamlabs.com/library/app-store. I'm not aware of one that does that right off hand.

So I tested Cloudbot on Twitch ant it works fine with mod - /mod Streamlabs so I dont get it why doesnt it work in youtube. I added link YouTube Studio > Settings > Community > Moderators.... anyone here please help

For YouTube, it has to be a Standard Moderator, not a Managing Moderator. And with YouTube, you have to be live with a Public stream, Private or Unlisted won't work and it can take, sometimes, up to 10 minutes for Cloudbot to join the live stream on YouTube.

I am having issues with streamlabs resolution options.. my output is correct and everything else is correct but it is showing me a blue screen. I’ve tried all different settings and all I get is a blue screen. Please help 🙏
You'd have to check the device you selected for that source. If it's your Macbook Pro's built-in camera, make sure the lens isn't covered.
It is my capture card that is the source. It works just fine in OBS but not in streamlabs . Same settings are applied in streamlabs as obs

Hey all, I am going to be doing a charity stream via tiltify (its what the organisation uses) and I am wondering why I can't get TTS to work for donation messages that come through Tiltify donations
I would at try unlinking and relinked your Tiltify integration here https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/integrations and see if that helps. I've never used that Tiltify to be honest.
I just dont see a TTS option under the Tiltify alert panel, but its everywhere else basically. Since it integrates with the normal alert box is there no way to get it to read the message?

Im have to scale it down in streamlabs to fit my vertical format. It’s working, but I’m getting a kind of blurry screen capture. Have any idea on how to fix?

It is, I operate off it infront of me while streaming. I set a Mac OS screen capture and using that as the screen. Then in labs I’m scaling it down to fit my vertical format
I presume the scale down is where it’s occurring.

The Base Resolution should be what it shows to be in MacOS, likely 3840 × 2160. I bet that you don't locally have the TV set to 720x1280.
I definitely dont because I dont know what that means haha. I understand the base settings but wont that change my verticals to 3840x2150?
Do you have an audio input capture source connected your microphone?
Then check the (if I recall correctly), the Display Control Panel and see if it reports the actual resolution of that display and then at Settings > Video, set that as your Base Resolution. Note you might then have to adjust the placement of your sources.
Will changing the base res also change my vertical format or is that what the output res controls?
That's what the Output Resolution controls.
Base Resolution = what you see locally
Output Resolution = what the stream sees

Sorry for the late response. I just opened streamlabs and my mic isn't even being picked up and I can still hear myself. I have one and it isn't being picked up through streamlabs.

Do you have a microphone on a web cam or a microphone on your headset perhaps? In Streamlabs Desktop, check Settings > Audio and the Mixer to try and identify where the audio is coming from.
It says it is coming from my Yeti Stereo which is the one I would like to use.

My OBS audio kill itself if I have an interruption, even my microphone cuts out
I am trying to connect my Youtube channel and when I hit connect it says the channel is already connected to a streamlab account. Yet, when I go into Youtube and check - my channel is not connected. Any suggestions?
Its likely merged in another Streamlabs account. 😉
- Log out of the Streamlabs account you're currently using.
- Log in with the YouTube in question. That should log you into the other Streamlabs account where that YouTube is merged.
- Go to the Platforms in Account Settings and try to unmerge it there: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/account-settings/platforms
- If it won't let you unmerge it, that's likely because its the Primary account and you can't unmerge the Primary account. So in that case you'd have to submit a ticket to have that Streamlabs account deleted (assuming you don't care about any of the data in it). Then once that deletion is complete, you can merge the desired YouTube into the 'correct' Streamlabs account.
- If it successfully unmerges the YouTube then log out.
- Log in with the Streamlabs account you were in in step 1.
- Merge the YouTube .
- Viola!
- Profit! 😄
So around 35 minutes ago twitch subs stopped going through for my streamer. They don't show up in recent events and don't get alerted

I need to reset my stream key I no longer have ultra and it won't allow me to set up my primary stream key
For Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Trovo: Log out in Streamlabs Desktop. Go to the platform. Reset your stream key there. Wait a few minutes. In Streamlabs Desktop, log back in. That re-reads your stream key and sets it for you.
You don't have to manually copy and paste it into Streamlabs Desktop, unless you're using the Stream to custom ingest option at Settings > Stream.

For the cookies issue: Theres a few possible solutions for this that should help resolve the issue

Log out of Streamlabs Desktop and go to Twitch.tv and go to your channel and open up the chat. There should be a cookies acceptance there and accept then log back into Streamlabs Desktop. If there isn't then go ahead and log back into Streamlabs Desktop and check once more.

Open up the chat on Streamlabs Desktop with the little arrow top right or left then see if the acceptance for cookies is there and accept

Create a website element by going to Streamlabs Desktop > bottom left > hit the 4 squares > replace one of your current components with "website element" then type in Twitch.tv/(usernamehere) > save changes top right and go to your channel to accept cookies. looking back at older posts the only other thing you can check is the speaker icon at the end and make sure it not muted also clearing the browser cache and you could also try You may need to refresh/reload your widgets. You can do that on Streamlabs.com > Recent Events > Live Actions (📢) > scroll all the way down to Reload Widgets. and if that still dont work best thing would be to wait for more help

To disable the yellow border on windows 11, in windows settings, Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Screenshot borders. If you’re using windows 10 it cannot be disabled.

Hello. I’m a new streamer. I recently got a laptop and installed stream labs with the intention of streaming on my Xbox through streamlabs without a capture card.
I currently have an hdmi out from my Xbox into a splitter. Then 2 hdmis out. One pushing the display to the TV I’m playing on, and one to the pc.
How do I get streamlabs to capture the gameplay
It won’t work like that. That is why you need a capture card. If you don’t want a capture card, you can use the remote play app on your laptop (results with that vary widely).

i have been using my laptop with cam connected to it. while using streamlabs console to stream from my xbox and then using streamlabs console i was overlaying a camera onto the stream.
now it says permission denied all of a sudden and i cannot figure out why. i have checked privacy settings on everything and its all allowed. idk what to do

Hey guys. I tried setting up donations through paypal. I connected my paypal busissness account, and everything looks correct. I even been in contact with paypal support to verify that everything is good on thier side.
But when viewers try to donate, they get "something went wrong" and a 422 error code. Multiple users have tired and it wont work. The account info on streamlabs is correct.
Does anyone have any idea why im having this issue, and possibly how to solve it? I'v googled alot but cant find much help
Hi everyone ! 🙂 I am asking for help here because all my attempts to solve my problem have failed. My Mini Feed on Streamlabs does not update, despite several uninstalls/reinstalls of Streamlabs and StreamLabels.
The strange thing is that my goal widget on the overlay correctly counts new followers, but they still do not appear in the Mini Feed. I do not know what the problem is.

I am using streamlabs chatbot on desktop. I have created 2 bots, one for twitch and one for youtueb. The one which i created for twicth worked fine so far but today the app is opening but not showing up on my screen, i see it in the taskbar and when i hover over it, it shows blank window. Its also responding to commands used on twitch chat! Just the window is not showing up
Earlier i was forcing it to use my GPU, removed that option and restarted, working fine now!!

First please confirm if you have enabled your webcam in your Windows privacy settings for your camera. https://imgur.com/a/HzDD3Hl
After doing so, please go to step 2 and select your camera device settings and select your webcam, then confirm you can see yourself on Windows.
Then you'll need to confirm no other applications are currently using your webcam. Please go to Streamlabs Console website after Streamlabs Console and access the project you intend to use your webcam with.
Please then delete your webcam layer and add it back. If you get the same error with system denied permission, please delete the webcam layer one more time.

Once the page reloads, please try enabling the camera and microphone for Streamlabs Console. Then you can try adding your webcam again to Streamlabs Console.

Streamlabs desktop is not allowing me to toggle the twitch VOD track.
I toggle it, and it proceeds to turn itself off.
First make sure you are logged in with your Twitch account. Then, go to to Settings > Stream and select "Stream to custom ingest" (Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/e2MhVuM.png). Then, make sure the destination is set to Twitch here: https://i.imgur.com/d5VUXa3.png.
Once you have done this you can switch it back to "Use recommended settings". This should fix it for you

Having issues logging in/the login button is unresponsive?
Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
- Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop
- Change your default browser to a new browser. For example, if you're currently on Chrome, you'll want to change it to Edge or Firefox. (Screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/48ZdLCQCgi8D)
- Once you've changed this, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and see if the same issue occurs when attempting to log in.

When you go live with Streamlabs Mobile by clicking Go Live, you should be presented with this dialog. If you want to share your screen, tap that radio button and click Next.

Twitch Chat is always active, even if you're not live. Just have Streamlabs Desktop open and type in your Twitch Chat.
yes that works, but the new chat format I have added to streamelement (chatbox) and added as a browser source is not displaying text on my screen

If the browser source isn't working in a web browser, there's not much I can do to troubleshoot since its from Streamelements.
If you go to you Widget Theme page https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/widgetthemes, you can click on the 🔗 icon from the desired theme and grab the URL for the Chatbox for that theme. But that would be for our (Streamlabs) Chatbox. Not sure hot to apply it to one from Streamelements.

I have two media files that I wanna play when pressing a button on my stream deck, but they don’t play. My stream deck does play all the widgets when pressing the button, but not media files. What can I do? These are the current settings.
I am trying to use the Collab Cam for a guest, but in every video I see they have a Steam Chat section when they are using the web version. However, when I do it, I do not see it. Am I doing something wrong? I am on the free version and tried different browsers and computers to no avail. I am attaching what I am talking about highlighted in yellow.
Use the Unhide/Hide actions. You have the right options selected. When the source becomes active, play back will be restarted. Then hide it again once its done playing.

That looks like what you get when you don't meet the requirements to go live to a page on Facebook. They changed (made more strict) the requirements some time back in 2024. Me myself lost the ability to live stream to my page as a result.
Attention Facebook Streamers
Facebook has new criteria for going live starting today. The criteria is the following:
- Your account must be at least 60 days old.
- Your Page or professional profile must have at least 100 followers.
- To go live from a Page, you need to have Facebook access or task access to create content.

Then go to the search in windows (🔎) and search this file path: C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook and then click on the folder that pops up.
Once you have done that you will see a bunch of files. If you can ignore those for a second and click on the program data folder (link: unknown.png). Then you should see the obs-studio-hook folder there and highlighted. Go ahead and delete the folder.
Now go ahead restart your PC and then right click Streamlabs Desktop and run as administrator. Then add a new game capture and see if that works for you.

Reboot your PC and and try again. If this still happens, download a fresh installer of Streamlabs Desktop from the Streamlabs web site, run the installer as administrator and let it install over your existing installation. No need to uninstall.

Howdy everyone! Technical question. My streamlabs has gotten CONSIDERABLY slower and more prone to freezing lately, with no changes to hardware, and it's getting to the point where I'm worried it'll impact stream quality. Is there anyway to dump cache or local files that may be slowing down the program?

I try to multistream with Streamlabs to Youtube and Twitch. Stream goes live - youtube works.. but Twitch Stream stays offline.
The VOD of Twitch on the other hand, when quitting the stream, is absolutely fine.. it just cannot straem live..
I tried to login and out mutliple times now and tried to reset the Stream key - same result - any idea what can cause this?
I believe I have a fair amount but not too many. Let me count on the specific scene I'm testing.
I'd make sure your bitrate isn't exceeding 6000 which the maximum for Twitch. If you still have issues, hop over to the #vip-support channel and thank you for being a Streamlabs Ultra subscriber.

Nothing looks out of order. It's a lot of sources for 1 scene. I might suggest disabling one of those pokemon/ect one at a time, see if one is doing something funny. If it's ok after that test, can you submit a ticket https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new The staff can get you to send logs that is helpful in troubleshooting

Hello I got on to stream today and my game capture is half showing, I’ve tried everything messing with the capture setting and resetting transform and nothing worked. Any ideas?
Your Output Resolution is set for the vertical format.
Go to Settings > Video and then at Output Resolution, swap the values.
For example if it shows 1080x1920, change it to 1920x1080.

Streamlabs Console is a paid subscription service.
You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.
Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.
Either one of those options will start your 7 day free trial; cancel before the end of that 7 day period to avoid getting charged for the first term you select.
If indeed you have a valid subscription, please log out of the Streamlabs Console web site, clear the cache in your web brower, restart the web brower, and log back in.

when back days i stream and it went fine i have still 150+ fps while streaming, and now when i stream is so affect my gameplay/fps and its unplayable
Uncapped FPS is the issue.
You want the in game FPS, the FPS in Streamlabs Desktop, and the monitor's refresh rate set to multiples of 60: 60, 120, 180 (though 180 is really too high as no platform will output that). Best to use 120.
150 does not divide by 60 evenly.

I could use some help. I have been told my streaming audio sucks. There is a definite "echo" that I cannot figure out where it is coming from. I am streaming Dungeons & Dragons Online to twitch. As soon as I start Streamlabs, I can hear the room noise (television etc) through my headset and a echo of that audio.
UPDATE: I think I fixed my issue. I do not use my camera's mic for audio. I have a desktop mic. In the cam settings the audio output mode was set to Output mode Directsound. I changed that to "capture audio only" and now I no longer hear the echo.

If you have only one monitor AND your running Windows, you can use the Game Overlay feature of Streamlabs Desktop: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/game-overlay-for-streamlabs-desktop.
👉 Please note that you must run your game in borderless-windowed or windowed-fullscreen mode in order for this feature to work. It will not work with a game in fullscreen mode. 👈
Game Overlay isn't available on the MacOS version of Streamlabs Desktop.

Refreshing the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch will resolve this.
NOTE 👉 This disconnect process will not go back and capture events that were missed. Events are sent over the API only once and if they are missed, they are missed forever. Going forward from once you reconnected by logging back in, Streamlabs should capture events from Twitch.

If you're using Game Capture, that won't work as a few years ago Roblox implemented an anti-cheat feature which broke Game Capture's ability to hook into the game.
As a workaround, please use Window Capture instead:
- add a new Window Capture source
- select Roblox from the window list
- change the Capture Method to "Windows 10"
On Windows 10, you will see a yellow border around the game which cannot be disabled. This is not visible in your stream and can be ignored.

Hey! i had a big question so im running into a slight problem with game capture and valorant. I streamed earlier for 3 hours and had absolutely no problems but now everytime I open streamlabs more specifically try to start a game capture my valorant immediatly stops responding and crashes. Im not sure why I have checked drivers, restarted and checked with/without the game. valorant runs great till i try to game capture, and streamlabs runs great even tho it freezes val. Any ideas? I enjoyed streaming really wanted to make it a habit?
Can you try the steps below to see if they help?
First, please delete your game capture and quit Streamlabs Desktop.

I'm trying to setup cloud sync, but I cannot get my overlay to sync after the first time.
I set it up on my PC and logged in on my laptop, after logging in my overlay showed up.
But, if I add a small 200KB video file on my PC to test the sync function, my PC doesn't seem to sync it to the cloud and it doesn't show up on my laptop, is anyone able to offer some advice?

I would make sure on your PC that you quit Strreamlabs Desktop and then wait a minute before launching it on your laptop. Its not a system where is actively keeps scene collections in sync whilst you have two different computers active at the same time.

Please click the ⚙️ icon for Settings, then go to Advanced > "Force GPU as render device" and see if turning that setting on/off. That should resolve your issue.

Please go into the Layout Editor and screen shot the whole Streamlabs Desktop application window please.

One bottleneck is that if I launched OBS on my laptop before the sync was done it would undo what I did on my PC.

Odd. Please quit Streamlabs Desktop, go to the Streamlabs web site and download a fresh installer and run the installer as administrator. At the end of the installer, don't let it launch Streamlabs Desktop but rather just quit the installer. No need to uninstall Streamlabs Desktop first. Then reboot your PC and after it comes back up, launch Streamlabs Desktop and let me know how it goes.

Yes, I did. I was streaming 30 minutes ago. I had to log in again everywhere because of the password reset on Twitch. Then I wanted to restart the stream via streamlabs console and then it didn't work anymore
You should be able to log out of the Streamlabs Console web site and log back in with your Twitch. I would suggest, on your console, switch the destination back over to Twitch (may need to relogin there) and see if you can go live after that - if okay there, switch the destination back to Streamlabs and try again.

Just log into the Streamlabs Console web site with a web browser. You can do this via your phone but sometimes the smaller screen can make it difficult to see and navigate.

Hey I recently tried to uninstall the SL plugin (I honestly don't need it atm) but it's still appearing in the upper menu so idk if I did it wrong. Been having stream audio issues and wanted to see if removing the add-on would fix it but I think it's still there
At Settings > Advanced > Video, make sure following are set the Color Format set to NV12, the YUV Color Space set to Rec. 709, and the YUV Color Range set to Limited. The error you showed is due to,one of those being changed.

Hello! When setting up a scene from the mobile app, the scene format does not match the entire screen. In the end, the viewers have two black bands on the right and left as if the image format was too small. How can I fix this problem please?

Hi guys. my alerts have been lagging my game for the past 4 months or so (existing alerts that worked ok before that) and I was hoping for a fix but so far it hasn't been resolved so I was going to try delete the browser cache from %appdata%/obs-studio/plugin_config/obs-browser/cache folder.
The question is, does this delete/remove/change/reset anything in streamlabs desktop? I know using the in-program one is a reset but was hoping deleting the folder was an actual cache clear not a reset. TIA.
I think whenever I added the streamlabs plugin, it caused horrible audio problems for me in a way I could only describe it as "it added an invisible noise reduction filter to the game audio" because my game's audio sounds like choppy crap but when there's spoken dialogue in the game, it sounds fine (until regular gameplay continues). Been playing Spyro Reignighted and it's basically been doing that for the entire playthrough: exploring the world sounds like crap, but when I go talk to a character, the audio comes in clearly until there's no more talking
I have a problem with multistream to twitch,yt, and tiktok. For whatever reason twitch will appear with no video, YT will sometimes green screen and say "interlaced video not supported" and tiktok just seems to work. I have tested this by doing multi rtmp outputs on OBS and have had no issues. When interfacing with streamlabs either on the app or with the OBS plug in to manage a multistream the problem occurs. I would appreciate help as the only real reason I use Ultra right now is for multistream...
CHAT-widget doesn't work in my OBS
I tried EVERYTHING:
- Delete browser scene and add it again copying widget and refreshing the cash
- Deleted CSS
- Check widget just in browser (not in OBS) - it works in browser!
- Reisntall OBS (without deleting scenes)
and many other things. It doesnt work! - Log out and log in again to streamlabs
- I install Streamlabs Plugin for OBS nad add widget there to OBS, it was added to OBS as "Chat Box" source aaaand it doesn't work too, through the Streamlabs!
I can see messages from chat on Twitch in widget when i turn it on from dashboard, i can see messages from chat when i copy and paste widget url in browser. Another interesting thing that alerts are working good
BUT I CANT see messages via OBS, when i paste url in browser source. Help please

idk if there will be a compatibility issue, but you CAN export your scenes onto a json file from the top menu under "Scene Collection" and then save that file on a USB or something. Then you import it on the new device

Hello - I have an issue with gameplay recording whereby if I record short clips (<1 min), they're smooth, but if I record longer ones, they get stuttering (the entire file; so it's not like it gets worse towards the end, but if it's a longer file, it's more stuttery, if it's a shorter one, it's smooth. Tested with recording the same part of the game. Gameplay is butter smooth)

Audio update: it WAS the Streamlabs plugin that ruined my audio
Like you can't simply just uninstall the plugin, you also have to delete the files in the Program Files and Program Files x86 folders. Bam, my audio stopped sounding like crusty shit. Maybe the laptop isn't strong enough, but it certainly caused huge problems

hi ive been using OBS for streaming and using the streamlabs alert box for my alerts, i copy the link and add it as a browser source on OBS, and they show up when I test them on the website and on OBS, but when I stream and someone actually follows/subs/etc, the alerts don't show. is there a fix for that?

well i have my alert box connected as a browser source on obs, and when i test them to make sure they work they do show up just fine. but when i am ACTUALLY streaming and someone follows or subs, the alerts don't show up. im just confused bc testing it works but during stream it doesn't
@primal schooner verify the browser source for alerts isn't occluded by other sources; in obs-studio, sources placed higher in the Sources dock are drawn on top of sources below them

i dont rly have a way to test real alerts, but when i streamed last night i had a few follows and i checked every time i saw them follow, but the alert didnt show nor did I hear the alert sound

i dont believe so because going to my dashboard on streamlabs it does show the correct stream info, like my stream title, peak/avg viewers, etc

During that process, did you create a Streamlabs ID? That process should have instructed you on how to set up your 2FA. Usually that’s done through an authentication app, like Authy.

Let's try clearing your client folder.
First go through all the Settings and with make notes about them or screen shot them so you can apply them again. The steps below will make the Streamlabs Desktop forget all its settings.
- Reboot your computer. When it comes back up, don't try and launch Streamlabs Desktop.
- Copy:
%appdata%then press the Windows Key on your keyboard, Press CTRL + V then press Enter. - This will put you into your roaming folder, scroll down until you see slobs-client
- Rename it to _slobs-client to have a backup.
- This will act as if you deleted your local Streamlabs data.
- Launch Streamlabs Desktop as Administrator when launching.
This will act as if this is a brand-new install of Streamlabs Desktop. All of your settings will still be in the _slobs-client folder, so we can always go back to access it, but this is to troubleshoot.
Now create a few sources and see if you can remove them. Let me know how it goes.

I tried it on C: where stream labels atomatic installed the files, and other m.2 drive. I also tried to copy my backup txt. files, but streamlabels isnt choosing them, so it doesnt update then
When using your back up files, does it just not see the folder or will it not let you select that folder?
I choose the folder with backup files, (txt.), but stream labels does not show them in that window. only when I open that folder manualy

Has anyone here been able to achieve a consistent sub second latency via WHIP streaming?
I want to hide my map in rust but the delay isn't long enough and it still shows the map and if I set the game capture to disappear and re appear thr streamlabs has issues reconnecting to the game

Correct, yes! If you use the Dual Output feature, however, it would be sending out two separate broadcasts (one vertical and one horizontal), so that will weigh more heavily on your network.

Hello, I recently noticed a bandwidth problem that I did not have before. My configuration has not changed and I have not changed my Ethernet installation. I lose almost 60% of my bandwidth by streaming (with any game). This problem occurs when I'm on OBS or Streamlabs but not TikTok Studio

Hello, I'm streaming to twitch and youtube and I'm trying to add a stream label to show my session twitch sub count but it is showing only the count for Youtube subscribers. Is there a way to change the {count} to exlude the Youtube subscriber count and only detect the Twitch subscriber count?

A streamer I mod for is having an issue where Streamlabs doesnt seem to see any of the new subs or bits or any events.
We have tried logging in and out of the website. And also tried to disconnect streamlabs from the Twitch website and then relinking it. Both of those did not help.
Is there something else that we could try?
Edit to add some more info:
The recent events on the website shows events from a month ago. However we have had many subs and bits since then.
And to add on to that, subs and bits were being recognized till about 6-7 days ago. As all the alerts were working. However since yesterday the alerts stopped working and seems like its not able to see the new events.
I have been trying to figure out how to play/stream games through the PC and see my chat from Steam Labs OBS on my phone. I have the app, but have absolutely no idea what to do from there. May I please have very detailed help on this?

Refreshing the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch will resolve this.
NOTE 👉 This disconnect process will not go back and capture events that were missed. Events are sent over the API only once and if they are missed, they are missed forever. Going forward from once you reconnected by logging back in, Streamlabs should capture events from Twitch.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience there! This sometimes happens if you are logging out/in with a TikTok account, but either way, you should be able to go into your Streamlabs Settings > Video and adjust your resolution to look like mine (in this screenshot):

Is it possible to use the Streamlabs API (like https://dev.streamlabs.com/reference/points) without creating a application in Streamlabs? I want to use my personal API Access Token (which can be found under Settings > API Settings > API Tokens > Your API Access Token) to access this endpoint. No need to share it with other account.

Are you using Streamlabs Desktop? If so, select the source, right click on it, and choose Fit to Screen.

So I was trying to stream a game on twitch. It is a mobile game because I don't have a PC. The microphone wasn't working unless I was in the stream preview on twitch. So I downloaded streamlabs and the microphone works every single time but I'm having issues with the aspect ratio. I have the app on auto rotate. I have the scene that I need that's just a default I didn't edit one. The problem is it streams my game as like a very small box on the screen and then there's a bunch of black screen bordering it. It worked perfectly fine the first time but I can't get it to change. I've tried to go in all kinds of settings and I don't know what to do.

Did you change your name on Twitch?
Log out of the Streamlabs web site by clicking your PFP in the upper right and choose Log out. Do this on every device you access the site with.

Clear the cache for all time in your web brower and quit the web browser.
Log out of Streamlabs Desktop. Do this on every device you access the application with.
Quit Streamlabs Desktop.

Quit Streamlabels.
Launch Streamlabs Desktop and log in with your Twitch.
