Hi, I added the credits widget and it doesn't appear on the screen. If I click on the "test credits" button it does appear but then when I change the scene and come back they don't appear anymore. What could be happening to me? Thank you very much.

And make sure Roll Credits on page load is enabled so that it is automatically run when you switch scenes. With that disabled, you have to manually roll the credits via the Live Events page on your Recent Events page https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents

right click game capture > click properties > select Capture foreground window with hotkey

then save and close that window

I followed the tutorials for setting up Collab Cam. I added four "sources" so each of my cohosts can have their own "window", and I sent them the join link. They joined via the link but I do not see how to add them on my livestream!!

1: i play on Xbox. I use stream labs console through fire fox. I’ve paid for ultra. Regardless of turning on the toggle to mirror my stream labs theme, my alerts don’t look like my ultra theme. So I’ve settled with the console themes. The alerts don’t look like my themes and the chat box refuses to show up on my stream.

2: on the stream labs console website, my scenes inconsistently work. I will have three scenes: gameplay, starting soon, & thanks for watching. I can switch between two scenes but the third one will glitch and flash in between my gameplay scene and the chosen scene I’m trying to have visible.

I’m pretty frustrated after paying so much money for a subscription.

Additionally, I have created a new project without messing with any settings to see if the scenes would work. Initially the scenes worked perfectly fine and I was very excited. The next day, without having touched or changed anything, I went to stream and the glitches were back. One scene transitioned & worked well but the third scene would flicker from gameplay to the scene image. Also, none of my alerts or the chat box have ever worked regardless of adding them to the scene.

Streamlabs Desktop launching as if it is a fresh/like it's the first time using it?
The "acting like it's a fresh restart" is due to certain background processes not closing properly. First, please close Streamlabs Desktop.

Then open your task manager. Please press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" on your keyboard to bring up your Task Manager.
Please select "More Details" at the bottom if you don't see the percentages of resources used.

Check for any running programs called "Streamlabs," "Electron," or "Obs64". If you find either of these processes running, please right-click and end the process. https://gyazo.com/d6b9babb076875ee5889983b532948e1

Then, reopen Streamlabs Desktop. This should resolve it but if it doesn't please submit a ticket at https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and our team would be able to assist you further.

I am trying to tinker with the chat box properties while I am stream. The first time I open the properties, the properties tab opens and I can edit stuff. The second time I open it, it refuses to load. How would I be able to access the properties tab the second time without having to restart SLOBS? Is this a memory leak?

I see a few reported the same issue I was having with the collab cam. I got it to work once, then when i tried to use it again without changing settings and it doesn't work again. I can get my cohost and guest to join, but their audio doesnt feed through into my streamlabs stream. they hear each other, but not heard on youtube where it's streaming. I checked the settings for communications (do nothing) and changed the source audio to monitor and output... anyone have suggestions or open to help me test?

What exactly are you not sure about?

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
  2. Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  3. Find the default apps section and quit Streamlabs Desktop
  4. Change your default browser to a new browser. For example, if you're currently on Chrome, you'll want to change it to Edge or Firefox.
  5. Once you've changed this, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and see if the same issue occurs when attempting to log in.

I would quit Streamlabs Desktop. Then go to the Streamlabs web site, download a fresh installer and run the installer as administrator. No need to uninstall first. At the end of the installer, don't let it launch Streamlabs Desktop, but rather quit the installer, reboot your PC and then launch Streamlabs Desktop as administrator once the PC is back up and see how it goes.

yes. it took a few minutes, but commands started working in the horizontal stream. after verifying commands were working, I started a completely brand new vertical live stream and cloudbot went to that live stream, commands stopped working in the horizontal stream

Having issues with Streamlabs Desktop not capturing and just getting a black screen?

  • After you've added your capture source, the "game" may require to be focused before it will be captured in Streamlabs Desktop.
  • This means you will want to start interacting with the "game" for about 5-20 seconds before it will be detected.
  • Also try running Streamlabs Desktop as admin and if using Game Capture, try using the "Capture Specific Window" option.

Note: Some games will simply not work with Game Capture and will require the use of Window Capture or Display Capture.

Yes, I understand however the email associated with the tip is an obfuscated email. i tried by myself to refund a tip i've made with paypal as well and never received the money back so it may be blocked on the obfuscated email.

Hello! I uninstalled and reinstalled the streamlabs desktop app and I'm still in version 1.17.0. I see people on the help videos using a later version but the installation from SL is the same version that I'm using. I really just want to be able to put discord as a source and have it pick up the voices of the people that I'm chatting with. The version the help videos are using have a button where you can add an app but 1.17.0 doesnt.

Let's try refreshing the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch.

  1. Log out of the Streamlabs web site on every device you access it: Click your PFP and choose Log out.

  2. If you use Streamlabs Console, log out of the Streamlabs Console web site as well using the same method.

  3. If you use the standalone Streamlabels application, log out of that.

  4. Log out in Streamlabs Desktop (see next post on how to do that).

  5. Follow this guide: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account. Just follow the section for Twitch.

  6. Navigate back to the Streamlabs web site and log in with your Twitch. This re-establishes the connection. You can verify this by going back to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections, scrolling down to Other Connections and examine the Streamlabs connection. It should say "Connected a few minutes ago" other short period of time.

Hello! I'm having a problem with Streamlabs Alerts- specifically despite having uploaded my own sounds for events such as raids, subscriber, etc., the default sound continues to play alongside the new sound. Can you elaborate on 'not connecting'? If you only changed your passwords, then just logging out and back in within Streamlabs Desktop should have resolved the issue.

I would go here https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections and scroll down to the Other Connections section and look at your Streamlabs connection. If you ran the Disconnect Service steps I gave you earlier, the Streamlabs connection will say something like 'Connected x hours ago.'

The the recording should be in the folder you specified. Unless, perhaps, there was an issue like you ran out of disk space, or if that's a mapped drive (network drive), that mapping was somehow unavailable or disconnected.

Hey there! As far as Ultra features go, Ultra themes and multi-streaming are two of the biggest features, and you can use our overlays for any platform, as well as multi-stream to Kick using Streamlabs tools. Currently, alerts, chat, widgets, Cloudbot, and any API-related features will not be supported for Kick, however. Additionally, Crossclip (which is included with Streamlabs Ultra) supports Kick clips, so you should be able to use that tool in order to make mobile-friendly clips if you'd like.

I hope that answers your question, but if I can expand on this at all or clarify anything, please let me know!

Vertical recording isn't available in Streamlabs Desktop just yet - I'm sorry about that! You can record vertically while using OBS Studio with the Streamlabs plugin, but this would limit you to one stream if you plan on streaming + recording at the same time (Dual Output isn't available in the Streamlabs plugin just yet).

Additionally, there is a virtual camera available in Streamlabs Desktop, as well as OBS Studio while using the Streamlabs plugin if you decide to go that route. Got it, thanks so much for clarifying! Yes, this is definitely possible. We have a "selective recording" option in Streamlabs Desktop that allows you to hide certain sources from your recording. In your case, you would just want to hide all of your sources except your game capture source! I have set up the loyalty store for my streams on YouTube.. and when testing it out today, my viewers were unable to redeem anything using chat (they were able via the store though). Additionally, they were unable to check their point balance using !points.

Yes, I have redeem in chat enabled for my items, and yes I turned it off for 10 minutes and on again. I've followed all the guides and am not sure what else to try 😵 Thanks for any help!

if someone can help me that would be great ... i open stream labs and all i get is the loading bar so i do the appdata and delete everything and then run as admin it will open up like its a fresh start . i can see the scenes and all that but then when i go to log in all that happens is loading until i have to force close. i have gotten no where and dont know what to do to get it back up and running

I have test the same settings on desktop version and it work great. So I think the problem is on Android app.

I don't know if this is normal. But when I'm in game. I can't see the chat. The chat appears fine on stream and on the editor page on streamlabs. But not there in game. I think it could be a problem with full screen. Or streamlabs just doesn't have on-screen chat.

Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.

When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.

The subscriber would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.

The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

Thanks. But I fixed it. You have to go into the Streamlabs main properties and delete ALL of the Twitch Soundtrack files if you’ve ever had it on your computer.

Hi, I'm new here to Discord but hoping someone can help me out.

Some quick background, I do IT for living and know my way around Windows, etc.

I'm a paid Ultra Member and have a ticket with Support but feel as though it's really not going anywhere... which is why I figured I'd try my luck here.

I started experiencing an issue where Stream Labs OBS Desktop does not start the Updater and does not download any of my Scenes Overlays. In fact, I lost them all... especially when the Support person had me clear out Cache. Now, I have nothing.

I've tried every step Support advised and nothing worked so far... they talked about restoring things manually but can't restore it all.

I've even taken things a step further with my own attempts to troubleshoot this where I've completely disabled the Windows Firewall entirely and although I don't have an Anti-Virus installed, I disabled the option in Windows completely as well... still nothing! I even tried uninstalling SLOBS using Revo Uninstaller and then installed the latest version again, still nothing.

Thankfully, I have a 2nd workstation computer where I was able to launch SLOBS successfully with the Updater working where it did download all of my overlays. I am able to export some of them but not all, sometimes it just spins and does nothing.

I'm very frustrated and upset as I've been a paid member for the past 3 years but feel as though I'm not getting the support I need.

Does anyone here know or can advise me on what to do to correct the Updater? It simply does not load when I launch SLOBS. Note, as local user and admin. I thought maybe my Windows profile was corrupt. I tried another user account as well, no luck there either.

I'm wondering/thinking it could be a separate executable? How does it work? What are the dependencies?

I'd ultimately like to get SLOBS working properly again on my main PC with all of my scene overlays of course.

Any help or advice is appreciated, thank you all for your time.

I just tried installing the latest version 1.17.0 on another desktop workstation ... never logged in with my account or had any installation of Stream Labs there either, ever... it did not launch the Updater on that fresh install

Dear Streamlabs Discord Community,

I'm sorry to bother you, I came here because I have an issue with my videogame capture through my Elgato 4K60S+ and I'm hoping to get some help with it.

When I launch the "Game Caputre Utility" (the Elgato App), the sound is glitchy and the image freezes sometimes, so I decided to use directly my Elgato as a source in Streamlabs because the video is cleaner.
The issue is that there is no sound coming out in Streamlabs from the Video Capture Device (but there is sound coming out of the Elgato Capture Utility when I launch it).
I don't know what to do and how to get it right, because when I started streaming 3 years ago, this was not an issue, but recently, it's not working anymore.
Do you guys have any idea on how I can fix it ?
I can send you screen capture and anything you might need.

No, the audio bars aren't moving.
The only thing that makes them move is if I put on the surveilliance, then it's moving along mith my microphone detection, but not the game.

i would delete all of your capture card sources in streamlabs. then I would close out of all elgato stuff (like check the task manager). If you also run elgato sound capture (the software) that can make things a little weird. But after you're done that try relaunching streamlabs and re-adding your capture card

This is common when channels become Affiliate. Its due to more data coming over the API, like subs, bits, etc.

Refreshing the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch will resolve this.

NOTE >>> This disconnect process will not go back and capture events that were missed. Events are sent over the API only once and if they are missed, they are missed forever. Going forward from once you reconnected by logging back in, Streamlabs should capture events from Twitch.

  1. Log out of the Streamlabs web site on every device you access it: Click your PFP and choose Log out.

  2. If you use Streamlabs Console, log out of the Streamlabs Console web site as well using the same method.

  3. If you use the standalone Streamlabels application, log out of that.

  4. Log out in Streamlabs Desktop (see next post on how to do that).

  5. Follow this guide: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account. Just follow the section for Twitch.

  6. Navigate back to the Streamlabs web site and log in with your Twitch. This re-establishes the connection. You can verify this by going back to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections, scrolling down to Other Connections and examine the Streamlabs connection. It should say "Connected a few minutes ago" other short period of time.

  7. 👉 IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the guide, go back to the Streamlabs web site https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents, click the Live Actions tab, scroll all the way to the bottom and click the Reload Widgets button.

Hey all, made the switch to Streamlabs from Prism and have enjoyed it while streaming from PC. When I stream from console I was using Lightstream but since I have Ultra I wanted to consolidate into Streamlabs Console as well. One thing as I am doing setup that I have noticed is I am not finding the option to use 3rd party browser links to services not built into Streamlabs, for example utilizing Blerp to have custom sounds triggered/show up when I am streaming from my xbox. Is there a way to do this that I am not finding?

Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.

When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.

The subscriber would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.

The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

Previously when I stopped in here, the Dashboard wasn’t showing anything. I thought someone said they were going to put it in the known issues but haven’t seen anything. Shortly after posting, it did start working (sort of), but as you can see it hasn’t updated since 10/30/24. So, still not working. I have done all the log out/log in/check connections stuff. Nothing. Any updates on this issue?

both twitch and youtube but bandwidth is fine and im streaming to youtube at 3 times the bitrate and there's no problem, it just does it randomly and I have done speedtests on like a bunch of servers and I've tried selecting like 20 twitch servers and it just happens anyway even though my upload is 150-400mb

and even at like 2600 bitrate it does it when the problem appears, i switch servers but it starts doing the same thing usually on the other server after a little while like the connection goes to red from green but it REALLY doesnt seem to be my connection

Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

Hello, I have encountering small little issue with twitch bots lately and I am currently using streamlabs cloudbot. And the issue is that well when someone follows me and chatted in my chat and for some odd reason streamelements timeout every message and now i feel quilty. And also when I go live from Streamlabs is jot saying I am live instead it just says me Snortzy is live right now come watch if that make sense? How do I fix this?

  • The streamlabs chat box says that you can always show chat messages if it is enabled.

  • The normal limit you can choose is 200s, which I have disabled because I have ‘always show chat messages’ enabled.

  • But the messages disappear exactly after 5 minutes. Does anyone else have this problem?

Streamlabs Console allows users to go live directly from their Xbox > Twitch, but it currently does not have any integration with the Streamlabs Desktop application.

Not through Streamlabs Console unfortunately. 😦 I'm very sorry about that as I do wish I had a better answer for you! We only have support for Twitch streaming on Streamlabs Console at the moment with hopes that we will have more platforms added in the future.

You're very welcome, of course! I do see your ticket in our queue - the email/ticket system is slower for response as you are assigned to one tech agent, but if you do decide to keep your Ultra subscription, you can always reach out for live support in one of two ways:

  1. Here in Discord! If you go to this pag here: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/settings/integrations and click "Link" next to Discord, you can link your "Ultra" roles and access our #vip-support channel.
  2. On Streamlabs.com on most pages of the dashboard, you can check the lower-righthand corner, and you should see an icon for you to click to start a live chat.

Of course we try to keep these live chats open as close to 24/7 as possible, but there are some rare occasions (short-staffing, weekly meetings, etc.) that we may have it temporarily closed.

My apologies again that I didn't have better news regarding Streamlabs Console! Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your patience! It looks like this is not possible with Cloudbot unless you can set it up using the "readapi" variable. 🤔 I'm not too familiar with pastebin/mystbin, but you could see if that may allow you to accomplish what you're looking for.

Alternatively, you can check out the Streamlabs Chatbot which has a lot more capability in terms of API/scripts/features in general. You could ask in the Chatbot Discord server, as well, to see if they can give you insight to the Chatbot capabilities for that kind of feature.

Hi, I'm having trouble even streaming at all: everytime I try to go live it hits me with "Could not access the specified channel or stream key. Please log out and back in to refresh your credentials. If the problem persists, there may be a problem connecting to the server."

I've logged out, logged back in, disconnected my twitch and reconnected and none of that worked.

Is Talk Studio a better option than Desktop?
How can my cohosts see and respond to the chat in Desktop? Or is that only available in Talk Studio?

Hey, please don't ping those not actively assisting you! I was recording some content and stopped to see who pinged me.

Please try this:

Delete that video capture source from each scenes where it’s used and quit Streamlabs Desktop.
Go to Windows Device Manager, locate the Camera device, right click on it, and choose Uninstall device.
Unplug the camera from your system and reboot the PC.
Once the PC is back up, plug in the camera and let Windows detect it and set it up.
Launch Streamlabs Desktop as administrator and then add the Video Capture Device source back.

If you still have issues, try these steps again but move the camera to a different USB port. Don’t use a USB Hub.

I've followed every tutorial and the problem persists. I even deleted StreamLabs and downloaded OBS to see if it was a program/software issue but I had the same problem. Hi, I've started having a problem recently where my stream kind of stutter-steps. I've tried clearing up memory on my PC and physically cleaning my PC and it still happens. I'm not very well educated on any of this stuff I just stream casually for my friends so I just don't even really know where to start. If you watch my full VoD's you see it a lot but in this Highlight you can see an example of what I'm talking about at around 40 seconds and it happens multiple other times throughout the highlight. You may need to switch ingest servers. Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

Hi everyone, I am having an issue with no sound being played on my Twitch recordings. This is common when channels become Affiliate. Its due to more data coming over the API, like subs, bits, etc.

Refreshing the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch will resolve this.

NOTE >>> This disconnect process will not go back and capture events that were missed. Events are sent over the API only once and if they are missed, they are missed forever. Going forward from once you reconnected by logging back in, Streamlabs should capture events from Twitch.

  1. Log out of the Streamlabs web site on every device you access it: Click your PFP and choose Log out.

  2. If you use Streamlabs Console, log out of the Streamlabs Console web site as well using the same method.

  3. If you use the standalone Streamlabels application, log out of that.

  4. Log out in Streamlabs Desktop (see next post on how to do that).

  5. Follow this guide: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account. Just follow the section for Twitch.

  6. Navigate back to the Streamlabs web site and log in with your Twitch. This re-establishes the connection. You can verify this by going back to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections, scrolling down to Other Connections and examine the Streamlabs connection. It should say "Connected a few minutes ago" other short period of time.

  7. 👉 IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the guide, go back to the Streamlabs web site https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents, click the Live Actions tab, scroll all the way to the bottom and click the Reload Widgets button.

  8. Log back in to all the other Streamlabs products you use.

I'd double check a few settings... In Streamlabs Desktop, go to Settings > Video. There you want to make sure the Base (Canvas) Resolution is set t the same resolution as your monitor. The Output Resolution should be set to the resolution you want the stream to be, I'd suggest 1280x720.

Then you want to select your sources, right click on each, choose Reset Transformation, and then choose Center on Screen. For you capture source (Game Capture, Display Capture, etc.), choose Fit to Screen.

I'm having trouble with Cloudbot with it not doing the timer, haven't actually tried commands because I want to make sure it works before trying a command.

Streamlabs is set as moderator for my YouTube account. Though the Streamlabs' chat display says "sign in" which when clicked just brings up the chat in the web browser, not sure that matters for this but thought I bring it up.

So I come here bearing a question:
I know the Media Share widget is a thing doable through Streamlabs OBS.
But what about with regular OBS? I tried adding it as a Custom Browser Dock using my private Widget URL, but it shows as only a white box.
Is this method not supported? Tried with OBS 30.2.3/latest with the latest Streamlabs plugin for OBS installed. I have Media Share itself enabled in my Streamlabs dashboard.

Hi all, i have an issue. I just started streaming, where a friend of mine did a small donation to test if it works on my stream, and showed up, but it doesn't. Everything is just fine, alert is okay, when i test the alert it works. So when someone else donates, it doesn't work at all. Please help.

Would anyone have any idea, towards what might be causing dropped frames to some points extreme enough to cause net disconnect? I'm just about at my wits end, trying figure this issue out. Whenever I've tried stream these last two months, I drop frames like crazy, and at certain points my internet connection just outright tanks. I cannot for the life of me find ANY logical reason for this, after many tests and checks. I'm still not sure it's my rig itself. And furthermore, I doubt it would be for it to lose internet connection entirely. So, at this point, I'm just at an absolute loss and unsure where go from here. I'm gunna keep trying troubleshoot, though. I've replaced my router and modem. I've done (repeated) dianostics upon my rig. And even checked with internet company. And it only seems occur when I stream. My rigs hefty enough to handle it, even for being a little on the older side.

Do you perhaps have Unlimited Alert Moderation Delay enabled? If so, disable that setting.

Please go here https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/alertbox and if you have Unlimited Alert Moderation Delay enabled, disabled it then click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

Also go here https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents and make sure your alerts are not paused. If this icon is a play button, your alerts were paused.

Stopped the stream changed setting restarted streamlabs and started a new stream from scratch

Paying for premium, and our weekly scheduled stream tonight is off schedule again due to the program crashing. We have several different people in different countries who have attempted (SEPERATE TIMEs) and the program crashes on every build, running different internets, on a minimum of i9 11k processors 4070 ti 64 gb ram 2 tb ssd space etc etc

Streamlabs Console is a paid subscription service.

You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.

Either one of those options will start your 7 day free trial; cancel before the end of that 7 day period to avoid getting charged for the first term you select.

Hi, I can't seem to find my issue so hear goes.

Everything up and running. Logged into Streamlabs via YouTube (Desktop & Website). When logged in everything looks good. Shows Mini feed & Chatbox BUT it does not connect my stream itself to YouTube. If i log out and connect via the URL and Stream Key. Stream works but then I lose the Mini Feed & Chatbox. Pretty frustrating.

The guide for adding desktop chatbot to a Discord server appears to be out-of-date or missing information, as I am getting an error 'installation type not supported for this application' when trying to join the bot to the discord server.

Any help would be much appreciated

I have OBS set to minimize on start up but it does what you see in the screenshot.
It undocks all the windows and minimizes only the main window. It's only done this recently.
I believe I have most recent update since I have automatic update on.

My screen is blank and all of the sources and everything else are jumbled up on the right side of the screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Made sure my computer and GPU are updated. Can someone guide me in the right direction to fix this? Thank you!

Hey there! I'm so sorry this is giving you trouble. This particular issue is typically resolved by clearing your Streamlabs Desktop cache. Before doing this, I would recommend going into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings and taking screenshots of your settings as clearing cache will set them back to default/you may want to have those screenshots to refer to later. This includes your Output Settings, Audio Settings, Video Settings, etc.

Once you feel like you're ready, to clear your cache, try going into your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Get Support > "Delete cache and restart".

I am about to go live so I tested minimally. I tried safe which seems to disable (?) the Streamlabs plug in but it still does the same thing. The main window minimizes while the dock panels open and undock. For now the work around is to disable system tray in settings which does not minimize the program on start up.

I wouldn't be able to troubleshoot this issue as much... if un-installing the Streamlabs plugin resolves it, that could be something that needs to be reported back to my development team. If the same issue persists when the plugin is disabled/uninstalled, however, I would recommend reporting to the teams over at OBS directly to see if they have any ideas about the last update causing issues.

I use SLOBS to record YouTube videos. On the videos, there is no artifacting, and it is crisp, clear, 1080p.

On livestreams, the video is shot to hell.

Video bitrate is 3500. Encoder is Software (x264).
Base and output resolution are both 1920x1080.
Downscale filter is Bilinear.
FPS Value is 59.
