hello! i was just wondering if there's any fix to variation alerts not sending an alert sound on the mobile app

when i test it plays all variation alerts fully on desktop, but on mobile it only sends the picture/text & tts alert; no sound alert

however when i test the basic non-variant alerts it sends the alert to mobile the same as it would on desktop with sound, picture, text, and tts

Some TTS voices will not work on mobile devices. Make sure you're using a named TTS voice, like Brian, and not a country specific voice like Spanish. Also only WAV files are compatible as sounds for alerts.

hmmm i'm not sure because the basic alerts that do send the sound file on mobile are all mp3 files

seems like the only ones that dont play are any variants such as different alerts for 1 month, vs prime, vs $4,20 dono etc etc

and it's not that they don't play completely the picture, text, and tts all work fine there's just no audio alert for them

Hello i just got my husband a new PC to stream with. we are using stream labs but he has a capture card two screens ps5 and the PC itself. the accessories he has is the stream deck microphone n head set. However, for some reason, switching the scene on one device switches it on the other as well. I want my devices to act as two separate devices, with absolutely no syncing going on. Is that possible?

Hey! I'm having issues with my stream connecting to Twitch - I've checked all of the below and they're all fine:

• drivers
• ISP issues/connection
• rebooting system

When I try to stream from Streamlabs Desktop, it has trouble connecting to the Twitch server even after I log out and back in. From what I can tell, it seems like maybe the problem is on Streamlabs side with connectivity.

Anyone able to confirm or have advice?

The microphone can only be physically plugged into one computer at a time.

You'd want the microphone on the PC where your recording or transmitting to the other PC.

Hi I am still having issues with superchats YT being picked up.. someone paid for a sticker and it didnt show.. I logged in and out of OBS and in and it was in recent list.. i manually got it to do the toasts.. then he did another sticker and again it didnt show.. logged in and out and nothing in recent this time.. very odd? anyone had same problems with events not displaying new donations lately with YT

Asking in case anyone here knows: I need to have multiple people live streaming to my YouTube channel simultaneously. It's currently set up as an additional account, but it's not a Brand account, and even if I add additional Managers to the account the option to select that account is not visible in Streamlabs for them. Do I have to convert the account to a Brand account? Will I lose anything in the process? Will it still be as simple to live stream as with the current account?

Replying to myself here. Turns out I already had a brand account but the permissions were managed in YouTube studio. Opting out of managing permissions in YouTube studio allowed me to assign permissions more like google accounts in general, and streaming from multiple devices with different underlying google accounts works after that. However, I thought this would solve the earlier problem of scenes syncing between devices. It looks like this is tied to the YouTube brand account, since the same scene tuned up automagically on the second device. Is there no way to turn this "feature" off?

The problem arises when we stream several volleyball games simultaneously to our channel. We have a scoreboard widget, but the URL is different for each game, so I have set up a scene for each court. If one device selects its appropriate scene, then all others get the same scoreboard...

Either that file isn’t there, or you don’t have permissions for it. Either way, there is a giant thing that says if you’re using streamlabs desktop, it’s built in.

It may also help to remove the space in that executable. Or try running the setup directly from that folder. Also attempt to run as administrator. That message isn’t a download error. Windows is trying to run it.

Streamlabs Console is a paid subscription service.

You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.

Either one of those options will start your 7 day free trial; cancel before the end of that 7 day period to avoid getting charged for the first term you select.

Log out of the Streamlabs web site by clicking your PFP in the upper right and choose Log out.
Then clear the cache in your web browser for all time and entirely quit the web browser.
Then launch the web browser navigate back to the Streamlabs web site, log back, and try again.

If the issue remains and you're using Chrome or Opera, please try again with Microsoft Edge or Firefox if on a PC or Firefox or Safari if on a Mac.

Mine are loading so it doesn't appear to be a Streamlabs issue.

I'm on Windows with Firefox.

@desert briar Sounds like the path your packets take from your cable modem to the Twitch ingest may be having issues. Please run the Twitch Test per the instructions in the next post.

Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

Thank you for confirming! You will want to specifically follow these steps:

1. Go to your Streamlabs Desktop Settings > Stream
2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Stream to custom ingest" (I'll include a screenshot for reference)
3. Enter your stream key + server URL information in the provided field for the destination you want to go live to

After this, when you click "Go Live", it should allow you to go live to the one destination by itself.

If you have Streamlabs Desktop installed, make sure its not running. The install VLC. The launch Streamlabs Desktop and it should show the VLC source.

The Media Share Widget isn't directly available in Streamlabns Mobile on iOS, not sure about the Android version.

You should be able to add it though by copying the Media Share Widget URL from here https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/mediashare and then add it to your scene by tapping Add a custom item, then tap Add a URL, and then paste in the Media Share Widget URL. And click Add at teh bottom.

I'd go with Window Capture instead. VLC really isn't designed for that.

That's because your Output Resolution is set for the Portrait (Vertical) orientation. To fix this, click the ⚙️ icon to bring up Settings, then go to Video and then select the correct Output Resolution. For example if its set to 1080x1920, select 1920x1080.

I keep getting the issue "Failed to Connect to Streaming Server, Please Check Internet Connection." My Twitch Bandwidth Test comes back fine. I've found I can manage to stream to specific servers using custom ingest but not when the server select is set to Auto. If anyone has any information regarding the issue and anything I could do to fix it that would be appreciated. Thanks! I'm based in Ontario, Canada if that has any relevance.

@topaz coyote "auto" picks the server with the lowest ping, with no regard to connection quality or stability, so if you're having such issues, either pick a different server manually (as you already have), or call your ISP about this

@topaz coyote osu can be a bit unreliable with game capture in fullscreen mode if you alt-tab out of it; if you have a second display, you might want to keep streamlabs desktop on it to make sure it's still being captured, and if not, windowed mode won't have this issue but it'd incur some input latency

i am trying to stream to just Kick i turned off dual output but it will not let me turn off tiktok. no matter what i do everytime i toggle it to off it toggles right back on. as you can see by my screenshot i didnt know stream labs had their own approval process so im waiting on confirmation. I’m not live, I got a elgato and am when I record on streamlabs (and when I tried streaming) my footage is skipping frames and looks like it’s from 1950. My Mac is I7, it’s steaming from playstation 5. I’m new to streamlabs, what is causing this? My CPU running streamlabs is 40% so that shouldn’t be the problem.

I'm currently using Streamlabs to record some sessions over teams, with NVIDIA Broadcast turned on,
Whenever i open streamlabs, then nvidia broadcast(My webcam doesn't work in teams and nvidia broadcast tells me that something else(Streamlabs) is using my webcam feed, which is why it doesn't seem to work.
I had no problem with this earlier, but as soon as i made a scene in Slobs with my webcam on, it hasn't worked since.
I have removed that now, but hasn't seemed to fixed the issue.

So my question is, have anyone seen this before or know of a fix?
And secondly is there a way in Slobs for me to change the webcam source or simply disable webcam in slobs ?

G'day all, I'm having an issue with the plug-in for obs. The problem is mainly with facebook notifications. Sometimes i get the sound and alert in streamlabs Recent events but most of the time i'm not getting anything. I have cleared cache, signed back in to everything. Was more a suggestion than anything else. It’s also extremely frustrating that we can’t customise layouts for talk studio. What we are doing requires a level of customisation.

Also an ability to put soundbites in and play them like a soundboard would be great. Streamyard does both of those things, surely it couldn’t be too hard to add those things?

It would make the experience in talk studio, as we are doing a talk show, much much smoother. Now, this wouldn’t be an issue if streamlabs desktop just worked but I’ve now been sitting here for maybe 5 hours, with the desktop app fundamentally unable to 1. Recognise that the game audio and microphone are seperate tracks and not disable one to get the other one isolated. Which means, I’d assume, that browser audio would also get mixed up in this mess without being able to isolate and 2. Give the collab cam user access to see and hear what’s on the screen.

Akin to that of talk studio guest spots.

If you guys make these changes all problems would be fixed. It’s very specific but with an expanding market and moving away from traditional media, might be time to level up the talk studio portion of the streaming thing 🤷🏽‍♀️ just a suggestion.

We will keep using it regardless because your package is actually affordable unlike streamyard, now

But basically, because we can’t do what we need on talk studio we’ve had to go to the desktop app, which is great for the customisability part but at this point, we can only do a small portion of what we require and that’s a little bit irksome.

You can’t use a camera in multiple places. Hence the error. However, I believe streamlabs has a virtual camera feature you can enable and use (I don’t remember where it is, you will have to hunt it down). You set your normal camera up in streamlabs. Then in teams, you choose the virtual camera. That allows your camera image to be used in multiple applications.

I suggest using a separate audio source for your music. The Capture Application Audio BETA source in Streamlabs lets you select a specific link or application to which you can control the audio settings separately from the rest of your audio.

Make sure you have this option unchecked.
Note that if you're streaming to Kick and you last stream had 3 viewers or less, Kick will drop your resolution to 720p and there is no workaround or fix for that.

Remove all webcam layers from all scenes. Also in the webcam settings there is a deactivate button. I had at one point 2 webcam layers (for who knows why) in a scene that took me a few to find. That may also be the case.

Twitch also doesn’t have transcodes available all the time if you’re not a partner or affiliate. Especially during peak times. You may be streaming at 1080, but viewers may only be able to view in 720 at times. It’s a Twitch thing to help with server and encoding loads on their side.

To fix skipped frames: Check for high CPU usage. If you’re using software x264 encoding, consider using a faster preset or start using hardware encoding (NVENC/AMD) and this will be less taxing on your CPU to encode the stream.

Streamlabs wouldn't be able to do anything about that. That's all on YouTube. You can apparently turn that off, by clicking the Customization tab when you're editing the event for your next live stream in YouTube Studio.

Make sure you're launching Streamlabs Desktop as administrator. I'm not able to duplicate the issue at my end. I'm not sure why its not working for you.

My next suggestion would be to create a new Scene Collection (not just a new Scene), and in the new Scene Collection, just add the Application Audio Capture (BETA) source and see how it goes.

Please also, in Streamlabs Desktop, go to Settings > Get Support and click the Upload Diagnostic Report button. It will then copy the code for the report to your clipboard. Include this code in the body of your ticket.

The internet shows it’s a 5th generation processor. Probably 8gb memory, and no dedicated gpu. It’s pretty dated. Decent for basic stuff, but you’re going to struggle streaming with it. You could drop your settings to 720p30fps and you might smooth out.

Not per se, but I'd would log out of the Streamlabs web site by clicking your PFP inthe upper right corner and choose Log out. Then clear the cache in your web browser for all time, restart the whole web browser (don't just open a new tab or window), and try again. If you're using Chrome or Opera, try with Microsoft Edge or Firefox.

I've been struggling with an issue that I don't know why it's happening, and haven't been able to find a solution for quite a while. In the Streamlabs website, the audio sounds perfectly clear during testing, but on OBS/during stream, it sounds faded, like someone's turned down the volume by a bit. It's not gamebreaking, but it is quite vexing that sometimes it'll sound perfectly fine and sometimes sound like someone's decided to cut my volume in half.

That can happen when you control the audio via OBS. Not much you can do about it other than adjusting the volume of that source in the Mixer.

You can get a 10th or 11th gen i7 and a minimum 2xxx series gpu for probably under 500 these days. Will keep you good for a while. Especially since you’re using a capture card. Takes 1/2
the load off that rig.

I just reinstalled my Stream Deck after a while, and for 2 days in a row now, when I wake up my computer in the morning, I'm coming in to open tabs asking to log in.

Remove your Streamlabs account from the Stream Deck application. Completely quit the Stream Deck application (it should no longer appear in the System Tray). Wait a few minutes. Launch the Stream Deck application and add your Streamlabs account back.

I just got a new mic setup everything, but when streaming/recording the game volume recorded is reduced whenever I start speaking into the mic. It's like it is trying to cut off any other sounds. Did I mess something up in setting the mic up or maybe include a setting I shouldn't have?

Hey guys I’m having an issue when streaming, my sound randomly goes off and the only way to get it back is to reset streamlabs and the whole stream.

I’m using “macOS screen capture module”, and it gets all sound of my laptop with no latency.

I’m streaming my DAW, Pro Tools, and I need to monitor it with no latency as I’m recording vocals live with various effects like autotune.

I’m on sequoia, I have a Mac M1 64GB ram. I used to work with Audio Hijack and Loopback but now they all induce latency since I’ve switched from OBS to streamlabs.

Im trying to stream to TikTok from Mac and it seems streamlabs is my only alternative, so I’m really stuck here with this random sound issue.

The only way to stream to TikTok via Streamlabs Mobile would be to obtain a stream key from TikTok directly. I'm unsure if they are still providing those for users, but that is currently the only option at this time. My apologies about that!

There isn’t just 1 answer to that. It’s very dependent on your system setup and specs, internet speeds. Single or multi rig steaming. There are some excellent articles on #1173605643484139591 for streamlabs desktop to give you a good guideline.

I can't change anything in my elgato settings in streamlabs. I right click it in my sources, go to properties, and the "configure video" button doesn't work. I've been trying everything I can think of for over an hour and can't get anywhere. Sometimes (very rarely) the window will appear for a split second and then immediately close by itself. The capture card is otherwise working perfectly fine within streamlabs and everywhere else, but I can't change my input source or anything on that configure window. Desperately need help here

You can use the application audio to set a different volume to the spotify. Just reduce the voluime on the spotify to about -35db and leave your mic to -15db and you should be good to go.

Most streaming platforms don’t allow you to stream at 1440 unless you’re a partner. You’ve got a good rig, I’d start your settings for streaming at 1080p30fps and see how it feels and looks. If irs smooth, up it to 1080p60fps. If it’s not as smooth as you like drop to 720p60fps.

Hi. Maybe someone had same problem. Sometimes I am streaming WOT on Youtube and Tiktok, and have skiipped frames on Streamlabs. Game seems become very hard on streaming, because I had no problems with that. Ii have Ryzen 7 5800x3d, RTX 4070 Super, 16GB of RAM.
Tryed to put more bitrate, set up lower preset. But still cant stream on two platforms at a time. Wiith other games everything is ok, streaming and no problems, just with WOT

Try setting a max FPS cap in WOT. Skipped frames means that your CPU is overloaded and can't keep up encoding the stream.

You can also try setting process priority to high under Settings -> advanced in SL Desktop and making sure you run it as administrator.

If you tell the game to run with uncapped frame, you're telling the CPU to use all power it has to maximize frames in the game. Doesn't matter if it's the best CPU on the market, if it's told to use all available resources for the game, it will have a hard time doing something else at the same time.

That's why cpu priority can help, to ensure it has enough resources for SL D first and then the game second.

Other games might max out your GPU before CPU and have some spare CPU resources which could be why they work without issues.

Streamlabs won't play through desktop audio when trying to test mic or blerp audio. Other applications will register audio through streamlabs but only because they're external to streamlabs. I've tried restarting my PC and software and ensured that nothing is muted but nothing works.

That would be a local DNS issue, meaning your ISP is not letting you connect to the website from your router/modem. You can try resetting your LAN adapters and flushing your DNS. This information can be found online.

Beyond that you may just have to wait until the issue clears itself, as it wouldn't be a direct Streamlabs issue

This wouldn't be a direct Streamlabs issue and it was more of a suggestion, you can google "reset LAN adapters" and "flush dns" to find informatiion on this.

Or you can wait it out and try another time of the day or tomorrow, as its likely a temporary issue on your ISPs servers.

Hey I multi stream to twitch and youtube but recently I reached affiliate and I dont want to stop streaming to youtube or remove chatbox from screen.
Is there a way to remove just the youtube chat from screen?

And I have my tip page set up by streamlabs with my PayPal connected as business paypal and all but I don't see the tips on my paypal account.
I have talked to them and they said there is no restrictions or problem with my paypal account.
Now I do have to note that when those payments occurred I set up the paypal link on my personal tab and not business and I saw that credit card is not working on that.

For the removal of the chat just for youtube, multi stream works by sending your signal to the streamlabs servers and then the servers send the same signal to different platforms, so the only way for you to do custom sources to different platforms is by using the vertical output, in the vertical output you can select or de-select sources.

ISSUE: I have this set so if I were to stream to only Twitch this I can remove my Music from being recorded to the VoD. However I am now streaming to both Twitch and Tiktok and this no longer works. It compresses both outputs and Twitch records the music to my VoDs causing them to become muted by their system to prevent copyright issues. Can something be done to fix this?

Yeah, when you multicast, this is what the Advanced Audio setting change to.

SLOBS just forces all audio into a single output, but Tiktok doesnt have a record option I believe so technically SLOBs should not being doing this at all.

@tawdry robin if you can manage 1440p60 without issues, i'd say that's "good enough" for youtube streaming, you can use the "variable resolution" stream key from youtube and stream at up to 51 Mbps or 80% of your advertised upload speed, whichever is lower

the whole reason i even started on this chase for better stream quality was my last stream had alot of issues on it. and after i got it more or less fixed it was skipping some frames here and there(and it wasnt notifying me) till one of the people watching let me know and its just kinda sent me off on a hunt for the best quality i can get out of a stream and the smoothest. quality

I need help.
We are currently exploring livestream solutions and have been able to implement a delay in our broadcasts. However, we are facing a challenge: while we can create a delay, we are unable to edit or make adjustments when issues occur during the livestream before it reaches the audience.

We are looking for a solution that would allow us to edit or intervene in the live stream during the delay period, so we can fix or manage any issues in real time before the broadcast goes live to viewers.

Could you please advise if OBS offers any features or plugins that would enable this level of control? We are particularly interested in knowing if there is a way to edit or modify the stream during the delay window to ensure a smoother and more controlled broadcast experience.

Live streaming doesn’t work like that. Delay is for stopping people from stream sniping and things like that, not for editing mid-stream, then pushing out to the world. No matter the delay, the streaming software will push whatever is being broadcast. You’re going to need a more advanced setup with a machine in the middle to edit, then a machine to capture the edited output and stream it. Live streaming is live. Also be advised your viewers will be behind that delay and your chat will be X minutes behind your streamer. Audience interaction becomes very difficult.

I don't know, but I think SRT latency does what you seek. I know SRTLA does.

As I understand SRT allows to set a latency value say 4000ms to allow for dropped packets and retransmission. For your use case, this 4 second buffer would give you a window to "kill" the broadcast as if you end the SRT feed it will dump the buffered content.

To achieve this you can run two OBS instances where obs 1 creates the program and streams SRT to OBS 2 that converts to RTMP for delivery to the platform.

This is not a bad solution, but perhaps not the best! Good luck on your venture 👍🥳

I found this from about a month ago.

Error 403 is displayed when the streaming platform (Twitch, Youtube, etc) are not allowing you to go live from your account. This can happen for various reasons, depending on stream destination.

Please check with the site you are streaming to and make sure your account is in good standing. If it is, you may be experiencing this issue due to the following reasons:

• ⁠You are logging in with the wrong account - log back out and then log in again, making sure to use the correct account you want to stream to.
• ⁠The network connection you're using is not stable enough to stream from, try using WiFi if possible.
• ⁠The app may be corrupted, which in that case, I'd simply suggest reinstalling the app to resolve that issue.
• ⁠Ensure you have live streaming enabled if on YouTube.

Hey everyone! So I recently switched over to Streamlabs from OBS and I'm loving the experience with it when streaming to Twitch. My issue is for some reason when I use the dual output or even try to stream just to TikTok, my bitrate will not stay stable at all and disconnects every 20-30 seconds.. Im not sure what to make of this since I have no problem streaming for hours to Twitch. Any suggestions?

some games for me doesnt get captured by " Game Capture " for some reason

I've found other people have this issue and I've tried the troubleshooting steps but not having luck. When I stream games there's no issue with the audio. When I record my music program (ableton) I get the underwater audio issue. I have a Focusrite external audio interface and I've made sure that all the sound settings (KHz, Buffer Size, etc) match up between Ableton, Streamlabs, and the Focusrite. Despite that the issue persists. Should I assume the issue is laying somewhere within Ableton's audio settings since it's the only program with the underwater audio issue?

Streamlabs Console is a paid subscription service.

You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.

Either one of those options will start your 7 day free trial; cancel before the end of that 7 day period to avoid getting charged for the first term you select.

Doesn't streamlabs desktop work anywhere else? It stopped during the stream, and since then I've restarted it in vain, it thinks I'm live, even though it indicates that the stream hasn't actually started yet. Live works with a different program.

At least on twitch, when a streaming application closes, the steam can sometimes stay live. You can log into your twitch creator dashboard and end your stream there. Then get your streamlabs up again and restart your stream.

Hello, I'm trying to add my second monitor as a source, but StreamLabs does not seem to be working. I'm on a Mac so I'm using the MACOS screen capture otion, but after I select it it won't even let me click the add source button to choose a monitor. I've also tried this with the normal Display Capture option and the same thing happens.

Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?

(I've been able to add all other types of sources such as capture card, mic, alert box etc without issue.)

It would make sense that if you don't have permission to access that feature, then it wouldn't load it. Both Display and Screen capture need that permission so if both are the only sources not working, it would make sense that is the cause.

🆘 So I'm not hearing audio from my event alerts or my sound alerts browser source in streamlabs obs. Once I took off "control audio via Streamlabs OBS", then I was able to hear the alerts. But I need to use that option to control the audio within streamlabs for my streams. My viewers can hear but I can't. I also do have monitor and output on so I'm not sure what the problem is. i assume you mean ultra? if you do then you should be able to link your discord and get help in their ultra channel in discord. but subscriptions are normally linked to the account that they were purchased on, not additional accounts (unless there were like family plans like spotify has)

HI I am using the Sub Goal widget to keep track of my subscriber count during a subathon. I gained 45 in one stream, and the counter reflected that number accurately, the next day, the counter went down and I don't understand why/how as this isn't reflected in analytics. Ahhhhh. I see now. You have a few options depending on how you’re setup. If you’re streaming via streamlabs directly from your Xbox. Same #1173605643484139591 just pick console. It goes through the entire setup of linking everything and how to go live. (Be advised, you will need an ultra or console subscription to stream that way). If you’re running your console to your PC via a capture card. The streamlabs desktop articles are for you. If you’re using the built in twitch app on your console, I believe one you set it up, you choose go live from the Xbox menu (it’s been a while since I looked last).

If you’re an ultra subscriber, you can link your discord to it and have access to staff monitored channels (we’re just regular volunteers and community members here). For about a week now my second camera which is my rear camera randomly doesn't work after I shut my PC down. I have to physically unplug the camera from the USB, then shut down stream labs app, then open stream labs back up for it the work . As long as my PC is up and running that camera works but as soon as I shut my PC down for the night and come back to it the next day , I have to redo those same steps. I see, okay! It sounds like the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch isn't working properly, so I'd like to have you try refreshing that connection. To do this:

• Log out of Streamlabs.com, Streamlabs Desktop, and any other Streamlabs product/app that you may be signed into
• Follow the steps in this guide here to remove the Streamlabs connection from Twitch: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account
• Log back into Streamlabs.com with your Twitch credentials
• Refresh the 'Connections' page over on Twitch to ensure the Streamlabs connection came back

Just restarting your PC isn’t going to fix that. You need to ensure that your PC, streamlabs, and whatever game your playing are all using the same output. Disabling the extra erroneous ones is helpful. There also are some good articles in the streamlabs desktop section of #1173605643484139591 that deal with audio, the mixers, and other helpful stuff.

I seem to be having a major problem with streamlabs right now regarding the audio. Before, it used to be an issue with whether or not the audio source(s) were set to monitor or not, but this time it's within windows itself. During my last session, I turned down the audio for streamlabs within windows sound mixer because I was taking a call and I already had it open. However, I had forgotten to turn the volume back up. Now, whenever I restart streamlabs, the volume bar for "OBS64.exe" is set to 1% and is greyed out and cannot be adjusted. I have tried restarting streamlabs, I am running it as an admin, and I have tried my usual solution fixes but this one has me stumped

Hello, i’m setting up a rtmp server and I’ve got a problem. When i trying to stream from my phone to the rtmp server from any wifi network it works but when i’m using mobile data it’s not working at all. I didn’t find any similar case, is this normal or not ?

@ruby thicket try switching output mode to simple in settings>output; nv_enc_err_invalid_param usually means some settings are invalid, such as resolution above 4K with nvenc h264

Yeah, the port 1935 is forwarded to my rtmp server that’s good, if it was not, i won’t be able to connect from another location wifi to my rtmp server, it’s really linked to mobile data usage i think

For about a week now my second camera which is my rear camera randomly doesn't work after I shut my PC down. I have to physically unplug the camera from the USB, then shut down stream labs app, then open stream labs back up for it the work . As long as my PC is up and running that camera works but as soon as I shut my PC down for the night and come back to it the next day , I have to redo those same steps. Any help would be much appreciated !! Like I said earlier, this has only been happening for about a week now. Very frustrating. I'm on version 1.17.0

probably your monitoring device isn't the same as your headset? you can check that in your streamlabs settings > advanced > audio > monitoring device

OK. We do a live stream and had been using streamyard until the price hike. The owner set me up as an administrator so I can run the show if he isn't home. We were hoping we could do the same thing with streamlabs. Thanks for the reply.
