How can I rerun the setup where it pulls all my settings from obs?

I tried to uninstall and reinstall but didnt do the trick.

I prevously installed streamlabs and it pulled settings from obs (old). Now I am looking into more features and would like to pull all the scenes and everything over from obs again.

Also- as a temporary workaround, I've found that you CAN empty the jar via the option found in your Recent Events > Live Actions tab. There's an "empty jar" button there that'll work

STREAMLABS RECENT EVENTS NOT UPDATING (WEBSITE DASHBOARD)

Hi hello! I stream on Twitch with OBS Studio but I use Streamlabs for many things, like Stream Labels, which depends on recent events to update things like most recent subscriber. My last stream did not receive any events update despite they happening, I received few subs. But their names did not show up on the stream, nor in end credits, and the recent events were not listed on streamlabs website dashboard, as if no events happened. I can verify that said events happened and are listed in the Activity Feed on the official Twitch's Dashboard on my account. The follow events are still detected after I did test, it is only twitch sub events that were not picked up by Streamlabs Recent Events. If anyone has idea how to fix this or has additional questions, please reply to this message or send me a direct message, I can text and voice. Thank you much. 🙂

Hello. I no longer want to stream with twitch but both my streamlab accounts are linked. I am moving to Kick. I dont have the funds to set up ultra but as stated i dont want to multi stream. How can i remove twitch from the accounts so i can just stream on kick?

In Streamlabs Desktop go to Settings > Streaming. You will see all of your linked accounts that you can delete or de-activate.

You can try it on the Streamlabs mobile app where it gives you the option to logout of your twitch account and see if it carries over. Also try to un-sync your Streamlabs account on Twitch.

Im having an issue with the hotkey to cover my game screen, i stream rust and i have a hotkey that when i hold g it brings up an image to cover the in game map to counter streamers, but it only works sometimes. when i alt tab to streamlabs on my second monitor it works consistently and then maybe 5 minutes while playing the game the consistency stops and it outright does not work. i tried playing in windowed mode and running as administrator but i havent found a solution yet

I've tried every step Streamlabs suggested me to do about my Streamlabs constantly crashing. Every time I change my camera, delete a scene, or try and update anyting, It just crashes. I cannot do anything inside of streamlabs or it will crash. Every other streaming software works just fine for me. I have reinstalled, updated drivers, ran as administrator. Streamlabs just will not stop crashing for me.

I’d like to multi stream and only have music play on the platform that would let it slide. I was trying to mess with the audio tracks but I’m stuck. Any guide /suggestions? I’ve been able to make the music play while live on twitch and have it disappear on the twitch vod which is great because now I can create clips of the vod but it would be nice to stream to YouTube for example without the music

I do not believe you can split audio like that. You can separate audio tracks for the stream as a whole, but you can’t split between platforms.

I have some problems using streamlabs. When streaming the mic audio is not able to be heard on the live, but the audio indicator is showing that there is an input. And the game audio is being played on the live stream. And when recording, the game audio is being not being recorded, but the mic audio is.

I use the GoXLR for all of my audio, and I have specified the different channels as well.

I didn't understand the long strand of numbers and letters was the 'token' it needed.

so it's not just me? the chatbox widget is broken, it's the only thing I use streamlabs for. All of a sudden it stopped showing up in OBS when building a new scene, and I went through TONS of useless steps (turning off harware acceleration/generating new API code/logging in and out/taking permission and giving it back to streamlabs) etc... and there's no official mention of this anywhere, and since it's not in the "known issues" channel... we can assume they don't even know

I have a question about Multistreaming with Streamlabs Desktop.
I’m using Streamlabs Ultra and have set up my overlays and everything else in Streamlabs Desktop. I’d like to use Multistreaming for Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and vertically for TikTok. My question is: does each output get sent separately, meaning I need upload bandwidth for Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and TikTok individually? Or do I send one or two outputs (vertical and horizontal) to the Streamlabs server, and from there it gets distributed to the different platforms?

Got it, the only other thing I can think if you haven't yet is to manually delete every single Alert Box source from all scenes > add it again > you'll know you've deleted ALL of them if you don't see "Add as existing" as an option.

OK I have got preview test alerts working now.
You HAVE To properly clear ALL cache/cookies for Streamlabs for this.
In Firefox click the padlock icon in the address bar just before the URL then you'll see "Cleak cookies and site data..." then click the "Remove" button. Then close the browser, and open it up again. I don't know about other browsers.

FINALLY. I've fixed it. Please only attempt this at your own risk (and keep a backup copy just incase before attempting)

Make sure OBS/SLD is closed.

Delete the folders "Cache" and "GPU Cache" (make sure to take a copy first just incase)

Restart OBS

2. Hit the Windows key + R

I restarted the computer and now the previous one works and also sends the test alert to obs and when I send the repetition of today's subscription it is not activated in obs /// When I want to repeat the alert of the image that I sent, it does not appear in obs, nothing is heard

I'm having trouble with sound streaming. Source is XBox to Capture card to PC back to capture card then to TV. The sound issues very. Some time not chat, sometimes no game sound. I did have one good stream and I saved those settings and yet I still lose different sounds from the source. All sounds play on the tv. Lost and cant figure out how to fix it. HELP!!!!!!!

That had happened to me. I stopped using SED and logged back in, saved the folder again and the ones from today appeared again.

When I select test variation it is reproduced very well in the obs but when I want to repeat one from the panel where all the alerts sent as BITS or subscriptions are saved, they are not reproduced Image one is the variation test that works and image 2 is the one I want to repeat and that one does not appear in OBS

Hello, good evening, I need some help.

I’ve added many audio files to my Streamlabs chatbot and created commands for each one as well. Is there a way to get all these commands at once so I can share them with others? Since there are so many audio files/commands, I want to create a document with all the commands so people can easily see them and copy/paste to use in the stream. It would take a lot of time to type them one by one into a notepad. Is there any way to export all the commands into a notepad or file?

I have a question about Multistreaming with Streamlabs Desktop.
I’m using Streamlabs Ultra and have set up my overlays and everything else in Streamlabs Desktop. I’d like to use Multistreaming for Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and vertically for TikTok. My question is: does each output get sent separately, meaning I need upload bandwidth for Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and TikTok individually? Or do I send one or two outputs (vertical and horizontal) to the Streamlabs server, and from there it gets distributed to the different platforms?

When I want to test the repetition of the alerts from the place where they show the image there is no action it is not executed in the obs but when I do it from the streamlabs browser the test variation works and when I do the test it sends it to the obs and it works but as I show in the image when I want to Play or repeat that alert It does not appear in obs it does nothing

Hi Everyone!

I have some problems using streamlabs. When streaming the mic audio is not able to be heard on the live, but the audio indicator is showing that there is an input. And the game audio is being played on the live stream. And when recording, the game audio is being not being recorded, but the mic audio is.

I use the GoXLR for all of my audio, and I have specified the different channels as well.

If you right-click on an element in your stream setup, you should see an option that says, "Edit Transform"...
Try editing the "Size" to see if that works for you.

Hi everyone I am trying to use my Elgato Chat Link Pro and trying to switch my audio output to analog on my capture card. When I press properties>configure video, nothing shows up. I see the menu for a second then it goes away. Please help, it is much appreciated.

You change it to analog on the elgato software. At least thats what i had to do.

I did change it there first, but you also have to enable analog audio in streamlabs and the menu just will not pop up for me no matter what, it's even crashed my streamlabs multiple times

@tawdry sand All of that is already set, I get no audio capture from my game, and when I click on the CONFIGURE VIDEO button it shows up for 1 second then goes away. My task manager also spikes to 100% when trying to click on it. Just annoying that I can see the menu pop up but then it goes away instantly. I have tried so many option at this point and thinking of just upgrading to the new cards but it seems like more of a streamlabs issue.

I downloaded streamlabs which appeared to work fine before the UI Update for android devices
I have a tab s9 ultra and its now giving me a message saying that streamlabs is not optimised for android devices and all input functionality maybe slow or non functional which is the case for me. So when i stream and i click on an app and try using the screen all touch input doesnt work

2. Its not capturing any screen info at all.
3. Its also not capturing sound i am playing from the tablet, only through the mic.

Any ideas when an update is happening

Hoping someone can help. I use streamlabs to go live on Facebook, Youtube, and Twitch at the same time, and up until a week ago, everything worked fine. Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

I am currently having issues with my code that I created for a custom Alert Box and I was wondering if someone here could give me a hand 😅
I am using HTML and CSS to create a particle effect and the issue I am having is that it can only be done once and then I have to reload the page to activate it again, which is rather annoying if someone follows for instance. I have multiple Youtube channels. I want to have blended chat with a multistream to twitch, pairing each secondary channel, but Streamlabs doesn't seem to recognize that I am the same person with multiple YouTube channels. Can someone help?

1. If I log in on a secondary channel, my streamlabs changes to the unpaid version (I have paid and regularly multistream to twitch and my Youtube main channel in the past with integrated chat).

2. I can put in my secondary YT after logging in with my main, but cannot stream only to the secondary. I must also stream to Twitch if I want it to broadcast to the secondary YT channel.

3. Even though Main YT and Twitch chats integrate, Streamlabs doesn't recognize secondary YT chat and I have to open it in a browser window instead of reading integrated chat.

I got an issue with using chatbot. it doens't work normaly now, since the update.
when I want to use it, it doenst replay. And when viewers trie to use it, it doenst replay. Before the updates ther whas nothing wrong and now nothing works. I asked some streamers who used it what i needed to do, but the people who still use it don't have the same issue I have. someone told me to generate a new token. but then i get the next problem. i got redirected to streamlabs site and it says: "Invalid Code".
Is ther someone who can help me with this. i tried almost everything. even tried to delete al my soudns and commands and put them in again new and fresh. But still keep the same problem. commands in my chat dont connect to my streamlabs chat bot.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Q: how do you view both Vertical and Horizontal YouTube chats at once for the same channel? Speech-to-text only picks up one of the YT streams randomly so I can hear it which I want, but I cannot see the text. Then the stream that I cannot hear the text I can see. It is hard to interact with people when I am sim racing and rely on the speech-to-text.

I have to use a sperate speech chat for TikTok and which I only had to use one for TT, YT, Twitch, and FB.

Hi there! It currently isn't possible to pull YouTube chats from two separate streams at this time (at least via Streamlabs Desktop) - I'm sorry about that! It would only be able to pull from one of the two broadcasts, and YouTube's API determine's which chat it will pull from.

Hello! Im having an issue where my alert gif is looping infinitely. I have 2 stream setups, one at home and one at my studio both logged into the same account. The one at home (the first one i setup) the alert preforms correctly. Plays for 8 seconds then fades out. On my studio pc setup the exact same way, the alert gif loops infinitely, but the text goes away after the 8 seconds.

are you logged in or did you add the youtube stream via RTMP? When i add via RTMP i have to pull the youtube stream up and do popout chat, if im logged in it usually works in multistream, did you try and refresh the stream chat in the multistream chat area?

I have both YouTube and Twitch tied to my slobs dashboard account

Twitch goes live directly via OBS. YT goes live via RTMP with an OBS plugin

Both streams work fine. Half the time slobs doesn't show YT chat in the chatbox

Hello, I have a problem, I added some sounds that I use during a live at specific moments. I realized that when I change scenes, they are all activated. There is no way to only activate them when I press the keys that I configured.

In the #1173605643484139591 there is an article on a chat overlay so you can see chat. I’d highly recommend a cheap 2nd monitor to monitor stream and char. You can snag a 24-27 dirt cheap these days.

Tarkov is a high resources usage game, and a “good pc” is subjective. Most streamers who want to stream high quality 1080p60fps at 6000 bitrate on twitch are using 2 PCs to stream (gaming PC and streaming PC connected via capture card. That way your gaming PC is only having to game, not encode and stream as well. Drop your fps to 30 and that should help a lot.

If you don’t have a button for Twitch, you likely have recording only mode enabled.

Settings > General > Uncheck the "Disable Livestreaming Features"

Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
2. Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3. Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop

5. Once you've changed this, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and see if the same issue occurs when attempting to log in.
