I have an issue with streaming. I was able to earlier today . i stopped to stream to video issues. when I tried to launch again even though my TikTok wasn't selected said failed TikTok. I then unbound my account then logged out then back in. I am still getting a failed message but there is no text to even tell what's wrong. I have tried rebinding TikTok trying to fully authenticated and stream to but still cant.

Again, this is all done via email. You should have received some emails to the address you put in the form. The subject should contain a ticket number.

Trying this program out again and I have two main issues that I think are pretty big, my. CPU usage seems. pretty high. and when I'll go over to my game to play, my audio visual monitoring starts lagging. I tried recording it seems OK, but I need to have that work correctly. I know these are issued often caused by not starting in administrator mode, but I do that every time.

i was just wondering if someone might know how I can go about this issue I sometimes have, before I go live I check my game is capturing which when I see it is, I go on my starting soon screen and go live then when I'm ready I go onto my live screen, but then the game isn't showing on the capture, I try removing and reinstating the game capture, I try changing it from auto capture to capture a specific window but it still doesn't capture which results in me having to end the stream, close stream labs down, reopen it and go live to which then the game capture picks the game up - does anyone know I can go around this issue? Hi, running Streamlabs on a VM in Boxes on Fedora 40. Trying to setup configuration for selling on whatnot. Whatnot has instruction for OBS involving hosting a websocket server within OBS Studio. I paid for Ultra on Streamlabs, I do not see any options for webserver in Streamlabs, I did see an open source project to support it but not sure if I am heading down the right path here, any advice, ideally I'd like to multi-cast my stream to many outlet but just starting out of the box, whatnot does not seem to be supported. Any advice or suggestions?

I believe that it goes live to whichever broadcast that YouTube deems as "first" on their end, but the broadcast that the bot joins is completely determined by YouTube's API at this time. My apologies!

@stone mortar Roblox added an anti cheat component to their game over a year ago and that broke the ability for game capture to hook into the game. You’ll have to use Window Capture.

1. add a new Window Capture source
2. select Roblox from the window list
3. change the Capture Method to "Windows 10"

On Windows 10, you will see a yellow border around the game which cannot be disabled. This is not visible in your stream and can be ignored.

My gut says to make sure you don’t have your audio set to anything other than Stereo in Razer Synapse and disable all the audio enhancements as well.

That's because your Output Resolution is set for the Portrait (Vertical) orientation. To fix this, click the ⚙️ icon to bring up Settings, then go to Video and then select the correct Output Resolution. For example if its set to 1080x1920, select 1920x1080.

Hi, I want to try multistream twitch and youtube, but it's not allowed to show yt chat on twitch - how can I JUST show my twitch chat with the Chatbox visible on Stream?

There’s no way to filter out just YouTube in Chatbox when multistreaming. The “workaround” is to uncheck the option Show Viewer's Platform Icon. Then there is no way to tell where the chat is coming from.

Normally this is due to the bitrate being higher than what Twitch allows, which is 6000. Sometimes Twitch allows up to 8000 but that’s not guaranteed; sometimes it works and sometimes not.

Then I’d run the Twitch Test, see the next post. Use Medium or Long Duration and choose all the ingests in your region - don’t only choose the city closest to you. Screen shot the results.

Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

Check for high CPU usage. If you’re using software x264 encoding, consider using a faster preset or start using hardware encoding (NVENC/AMD) and this will be less taxing on your CPU to encode the stream.

Well, just look into the twitch chat and look on screen and its easy to say whos not chatting on twitch and who is not. But thanks, at least I know now there is no option. Need to disable chat in stream when I don't want break Twitch ToS i guess.

Hi there! When checking your Twitch chat, I don't see that "Streamlabs" is showing up as a moderator. If you type in "/mod Streamlabs", do you receive a message that Streamlabs is already modded?

Thanks for confirming - it isn't showing up as a moderator in your Twitch viewerlist, so I have some steps for you that will refresh the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch and should hopefully resolve this:

-Unmod Streamlabs from your Twitch chat
-Log out of Streamlabs.com, Streamlabs Desktop (if applicable), and any other Streamlabs product/service that you're signed into
-Go to this page here: https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections > scroll to find the "Streamlabs" connection and click "Disconnect"
-Go to Streamlabs.com and log back in with your Twitch credentials
-Refresh this page: https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections to ensure the Streamlabs connection came back

Once the Streamlabs connection is renewed, are you able to try modding the bot to Twitch again > test the bot to see if that helps?

Hey, try to relog from twich and then reconect twitch to streamlabs, also delete cache under settings-get support tab. Keep in mind that it might delete all the scenes and other stuff you have set up.

Twitch VOD track is only available if you logged in with Twitch and only streaming to Twitch. If you're multistreaming, the Twitch VOD Track isn't available.

To try and resolve this, please log out of Streamlabs Desktop, wait a minute, and then log back in with your Twitch.

On my laptop I have Streamlabs OBS, and I recently downloaded Streamlabs desktop on my desktop obviously.

When I finally figured out how to open my Scene or whatever it was called with my old setup, nothing actually appeared on the screen but it appears on my laptop

You have to log into the same account. When you do that, Scene Collections which are your Scenes and Sources are restored from the cloud. Sometimes Streamlabs Desktop will leave the default Scene Collection active. Click the down arrow next to the Scene Collection name and see if your Scene Collections are there.

Those sources are Image Sources. Did you copy the actual file reference in the source to the other PC? If not, then Streamlabs Desktop won't be able to find it and thus won't display anything for that source.

These sources are Images Soures. They point to a file on the lcoal file system. Have you copied that image file from you laptop to the desltop PC and placed in the same path where it exists on the laptop?

The built in Streamlabels Widgets works based on the account you're logged in with. If you're wanting labels for both YouTube and Twitch, I'd suggest downloading the standalone Streamlabels app and using that with Twitch.

That means the API took longer than 2 seconds to respond. This is hard to troubleshoot unless you're in control of the remote site.

The bot responding as Streamlabs means you're using Cloudbot. Cloudbot won't wait longer than 2 seconds for a response.

I already used my webcam on my other scenes, and on the new scene it’s available for use but all that appears on it is a black screen. Paypal Plus is for being able to accept payments from outside of paypal to your paypal account from people who dont have a paypal account. @zenith escarp as far as i know, streamlabs desktop has no means of recovering from scene collection getting corrupted; everything gets backed up automatically, including the empty scene collection that replaces the one that got corrupted
if you were using obs-studio, that'd be less of an issue, as settings can be backed up manually as much as you want

Hi guys, hoping I could get some help. I'm running an Elgato HD60 S+ and trying to stream/record from my PS5. The video works fine, but the audio isn't working? These are the settings I have (see img)
Please note that if I change "Capture Audio Only" under audio output mode to output desktop audio, the audio does playback, albeit with a delay. It should be noted that using Elgato 4k Capture Utility, ths audio delay is not present. Would be great if someone knows a solution, thanks 💖

I made a YouTube Subscriber Goal, and when I use the YT Sub test in the alert box, the goal increases by 1. However, if I send a Twitch Follower test, it also increases by 1. Since it's a YouTube goal, I didn't want Twitch followers to count. When I refresh the page or the source, it seems like the Twitch followers are added again. For example, if I send 5 Twitch follow tests, it will add 5 to the goal, and after refreshing, the goal will be at 10. Could this be because I also have another YouTube Subscriber Goal from a different theme open at the same time? Am I doing something wrong?

The "acting like it's a fresh restart" is due to certain background processes not closing properly. First, please close Streamlabs Desktop.

Then open your task manager. Please press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" on your keyboard to bring up your Task Manager.
Please select "More Details" at the bottom if you don't see the percentages of resources used.

Hey if anyone can help me I having some major issues, every time I stream on my PC my stream is super laggy and freezes up for long periods of time and when I end the stream the vod is actually just cut off at where ever the first freeze happened. (So for example my last stream was two hours but the vod is only 1 minute long) I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling stream labs and that hasn’t worked and I also know it isn’t the internet connection cuz I moved and got new internet and that didn’t fix the issues. If anyone knows how to fix this issue that would be amazing because I have a big event I was wanting to stream this weekend and at the moment I have no way to stream it

The data, scenes and sources and configuration, isn’t shared between Streamlabs Desktop and Streamlabs Console. Streamlabs Desktop is free as it’s built from the open source of OBS Studio. Streamlabs Console isn’t built from the OBS Studio source and requires more resources so therefore it’s a subscription.

If you don’t have a capture card, there’s not much you can do with the Desktop version and your Xbox unless you want to stream non Xbox content from the PC.

Hi there! This is usually due to a couple of things:

1. Your bitrate (Settings > Output) is higher than 6,000 - if you're going live to Twitch, using a bitrate higher than 6,000 may not allow you to connect.
2. You are using a Color Format that isn't compatible with Twitch (Settings > Advanced > Video). The one in my screenshot (I'll attach to this message) is what I would recommend for Twitch as it's "default".

Alert Box settings are stored in your Streamlabs account and not in your local cache files. It not recommended to clear you cache unless directed to do so by a staff member or a volunteer.

All good!! Like I said, only a handful of things to configure. I've been using OBS for a long time, and only just migrated over to Streamlabs, which is why clearing the cache wasn't as big of a deal to me

You don't need to clear the cache to reimport from OBS Studio. All you need to do is remove the existing Scene Collection(s) and then import from OBS Studio again. And ideally, you didn't need to change your Primary platform either. All you needed to do was to log in the Streamlabs web site with your Twitch and then merge your YouTube. Then in Streamlabs Desktop, log out and log in with the same YouTube. Then all your Scene Collections and Widget settings would still be available.

I scheduled a stream in YouTube Studio, but it's not appearing in my events in Streamlabs after I hit "Go Live." I tried unliking my Streamlabs account to my YouTube, removing Streamlabs persimmons and everything from my Google account, and then re-linking Streamlabs.

My scheduled streams still didn't show up. I created a new event in YouTube Studio, and it showed up. But even that one wouldn't show up after I restarted Streamlabs.

How do I fix this? It's frustrating and unreliable.

hello all i now have a 2 pc system and wanting to get back into hell let loose but the only way you can play that game and stream is with a map overlay so even ever that map in open you have to hide it with something.

The "acting like it's a fresh restart" is due to certain background processes not closing properly. First, please close Streamlabs Desktop.

Then open your task manager. Please press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" on your keyboard to bring up your Task Manager.
Please select "More Details" at the bottom if you don't see the percentages of resources used.

Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.

When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.

The subscriber would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.

The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

I think I might have fixed it. I'm not to Sure about alerts but I can See the follows in the Feed again. I did a few Things so Not Sure which worked.
I've deleted the Cache in Streamlabs Desktop, login again in twitch from streamlabs Desktop and in twitch itself is an option to add streamlabs. Its Importen that You make the connection at the top selection.

hi guys, my webcam/vtubercam is not showing and whenever i try to go to settings not only de settings windows keeps loading, the whole streamlabs interface freezes... I can keep streaming, but cant clic on anything... I already tried erasing that specific cam from all scenes... using/modifying the settings while off-stream... having no other app even loading the cam, erasing streamlabs cache... rainstalling streamlabs... uninstalling and erasing every single streamlabs file... but whenever i open streamlabs, and try to add a new capture source, the moment the settings window appears, it keeps loading and nothing on streamlabs is clickable anymore

Can you elaborate that? You don't stream to a monitor. If you're asking which monitor to show on stream, you do that in the properties of the Display Capture.

I would probably remove all your camera sources, wait a few minutes, quit Streamlabs Desktop, wait a few minutes, launch Streamlabs Desktop, wait a minute, then add the Video Capture sources back, making sure to toggle on Add a new source before adding the source in another scene.

Let's refresh the connection between Streamlabs and Twitch. Follow the steps below in order; don't skip steps and don't perform them out of order.

First, log out of Streamlabs and Streamlabs Console web site on every device you access it with. Click your PFP in the upper right and choose Log out.
Second, follow this guide: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account. Just follow the section for Twitch.
Third, launch your web browser, navigate back to the Streamlabs web site and log back in with your Twitch. This re-establishes the connection.

Note this will not recover events that were missed. They are only sent over the API once. It will update with the next new follower.

3. Press Upload Diagnostic Report

Yes, you'll need another never ever followed you follow. An unfollow/refollow won't trigger an alert; that's done to prevent someone from spamming your alerts.

I'd also consider only using Streamlabs or Streamelements. I've seen that sometimes when both are used, they can interfere with each other.

Can someone help me with either of these issues? [Cloudbot and Re-Authentication]

Whenever I try to re-activate the Cloudbot, the dashboards prompts me with: "Please /mod Streamlabs in your chat before enabling the bot."
I have Streamlabs as a mod in my Chat, I renewed the Stream Key as well.

Also Streamlabs notified me to re-authenticate my Twitch account: Please re-authenticate your Twitch account by September 9th to ensure uninterrupted use of Cloudbot. On that day, we'll be migrating servers, which will disconnect the bot from your channel if the necessary Twitch permissions aren't in place.

Think I did it. Logged out and logged back in, was asked to grant permission again. Now "Activate Cloudbot" slider actually moved and stayed in active state.
