You need to contact tiktok to find out why they rejected you, or cut off your access. I would assume you got an e-mail notifing you.

Depending on what kind of game you’re playing and how intensive it is. Start with 720p60fps at 4500 bitrate. See how that runs, if it’s a little laggy or you’re dropping frames. Drop to 30fps. See if that smoothed you out. If after the initial if it’s good, you can try and up it to 1080p30fps and see where you’re at. You can try 1080p60fps at 6000 bitrate. However, that’s a rough day for a single rig. Play with it and see what gives you thr best quality and performance.

I could be wrong, but you can’t auto debit from PayPal like you can with a debit/credit card. I believe you can get a PayPal debit card if you want to use PayPal account balance. If you’re using using PayPal as a middleman and it’s pulling directly from your bank account, just use your debit card.

You probably don’t have access to all the transocdes at the time. Happens all the time. This site helps explain. hello! I recently upgraded some gear and am now using Streamlabs Desktop with 2 Blackmagic pocket cinema camera 4K and 1 6K Pro. I am running those through the ATEM Mini Pro ISO. For sound i am using 3 Shure SM57 Mics running through the Rodecaster Pro 2. When streaming i am having a small sync issue with sound and picture. Wondering why my Streamlabs sources "reset" each time I close the app?

For example, I currently have a source called "Tradingview" (red box) which window captures from an app called Tradingview

However each time I close Streamlabs, when I reopen it, the source has reset and now window captures from another app, TextEdit (yellow box)

This is the same for 4-5 app window captures I run in my streams

It's not a huge deal but resetting the sources takes like 1-2 mins each stream, which adds up when I am streaming 3+ times per week

I'm not sure if I'm in the right chat for this but I wanted to try anyhow! I'd been streaming with Streamlabs for a little under a year now, and I've been using Ultra's lovely gift of an extended overlay library (with matching alert widgets) to get my notifications for what's happening on stream.

However, I recently noticed that Twitch still allows you to use alert notifications for Hype Train and such, and I was wondering if I enabled these Twitch alerts with my Streamlabs as a browser source, would they override the alert widgets I already use with my Streamlab overlays? Or can they both coexist beside each other (and even then, do I need to just pick between Streamlabs' notification widgest or Twitch's alerts)?

Any insight any of you could give this new streamer would be genuinely appreciated 💖

Whenever I stream/record while playing Minecraft, the cursor will appear on the stream but not in game. If I were to change the input capture method from game capture to window capture, the cursor appears but now the stream/recording will be stuck on the first frame of me opening the game. From logging in and out, deleting cache, disconnecting and reconnecting, etc.

NOTHING is working, and I am just exhausted at this point. Twitch VOD track only works if your logged in with Twitch and only streaming to Twitch. If you are logged in with your Twitch, log out, wait a minute or two, quit Streamlabs Desktop, wait a minute or two, launch Streamlabs Desktop, and finally log back in.

Having issues logging in/the login button is unresponsive?
Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
2. Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3. Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop

5. Once you've changed this, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and see if the same issue occurs when attempting to log in.

I’m using Streamlabs Console, and when using my iPhone 15 Pro Max’s front camera as a webcam, it consistently gets removed from the stream even though on the editor preview the feed is still there.

I have had this SL Desktop 1.16.7 crash/error message sporadically in the past with no known fix. However, SL has crashed 3x yesterday and 1x this morning with same message. (Even if you click "Yes to continue streaming, the program has crashed). Yesterday, I did a clean install of NVIDIA and later reinstalled SL, however, it crashed again this morning. Any ideas?

If you applied for and were granted for LIVE on Streamlabs, then in Streamlabs Desktop, log out and log back in. You should then be able to go live and don't need to input your stream key. If you applied for and were only granted LIVE on TikTok Studio, then that won't work for Streamlabs.

All you need is a web browser. Log in at the Streamlabs web site with your Twitch and setup your widgets there. You can do that on mobile but sometimes is difficult with the small screens on phones. But it’s doable.

Run the Twitch Test, see the tagged post below. Select all the ingests in your area and choose Medium or Long duration. Short duration will give misleading results.

Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

No, those setting don’t change. If you want to,keep your scenes and sources, be sure to go to the Streamlabs web site, log in with your Twitch and merge your YouTube. Then in Streamlabs Desktop, log out and log in with that same YouTube.

Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.

When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.

The subscriber would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.

The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

Reset Cloudbot on your channel and see if that helps.

👉 IMPORTANT: Do not skip or shorten the waits.

1. Unmod streamlabs
2. Toggle Cloudbot off
3. Wait for at least 10 minutes
4. Toggle Cloudbot back on
5. Mod streamlabs
6. Wait 10 minutes before trying commands

Also try turning off Follower-Only mode. Streamlabs will never follow you so that could be the real issue.

In Streamlabs Desktop, log out, wait a minute, and then log back in.

If you still have issues going live, In Streamlabs Desktop, please go to Settings > Advanced > Network > Bind to IP. If the drop down menu is set to an IP address, change that setting to Default.

If the drop down menu is set to Default, change it to the IP address of your computer, usually starts with 192.168 or 10.10. After that, click Done to save the settings and then restart Streamlabs Desktop and see if you can go live.

Okay, shut down your computer. Then pull the power cable from your cable modem and leave it unplugged for at least 5 minutes. Then plug the power cable back in and let the cable mode come fully up. Then boot your computer and try to go live again after double checking the Bind to IP address.

Please try this:

Delete that video capture source from each scenes where it’s used and quit Streamlabs Desktop.
Go to Windows Device Manager, locate the Camera device, right click on it, and choose Uninstall device.
Unplug the camera from your system and reboot the PC.
Once the PC is back up, plug in the camera and let Windows detect it and set it up.
Launch Streamlabs Desktop as administrator and then add the Video Capture Device source back.

If you still have issues, try these steps again but move the camera to a different USB port. Don’t use a USB Hub.

I suggest you use a combination of applications , to be able to capture every single word on every stream on your main screen (NOT OBS) , so you can better read the chat instead of having to constantly look at the side

There was some talk earlier that you needed to have a certain number of followers before you were approved. If you are already affiliate on Twitch with a following there, you can bypass the 1000 followers on TikTok (don’t really know how, you have to research it). There is also talk of an age limit, you must be at least 16-18 (depending on your country).

Also, aren't new chatboxes supposed to be unique per scene collection? I'm changing my chatbox, a completetly new one, in one scene collection but it seems to change it (size and theme) on every scene collection. How do i stop this from happening?

Toggle the add new source toggle. Otherwise you’re just copying the existing one.

It doesn't solve the issue. I created a fully new one, pressed the new source toggle, but both the new and old one looked the same, but i think i know what just did.

It seemed like when i was in here and chose another widget theme that it solved it. So if i have all of these scene collections and widget themes and lock them to another one the changes seem to stick. To make a new scene collection quickly i usually duplicate the old one, and then make a unique new widget theme (i like to make the alerts themed to the game).

Now if that's actually the solution i dont know, but it seems to work for now.

Yeah i just tested it. For me right now it's locked to the widget themes i made. If i change to say from Default with the boxed theme to Sonic that doesn't have that on it's chat box, they are independent and different with the theme, size of the text etc

Hello all, hoping to get some help. I am trying to merge my youtube account with SL, but I am getting "youtube account is already merged to a another Account. Please unmerged the account and try again". I went into my google account and removed SL to effectively reset it, but when I try to merge again I get the same error. I am looking to see if someone can help me with trying to set up a capture card. I am able to hook it up to my Xbox and run obs and have audio from Xbox come to the stream and still be able to talk to people on Xbox. I got the capture card from TikTok shop to try it out and I am able to get the display running but for audio I was able to get the Xbox audio to go to obs but I was not able to talk to my friends in the party on Xbox because my headphones were plugged into the capture card to get audio to obs. I have a strange issue: Sometimes alerts will be triggered two times in a row but ONLY Donations!
Not at the same time and not as an echo. I only have 1 source active.
As soon as the alert ends, the same alert will just be played again.

Even in the Streamlabs Bot in the Chat the alert will pop up 2x

I've tried to google and fix the issue by myself unfortunately without any results.

You may have already seen this error window in another language. I can no longer launch StreamlabsOBS. I have uninstalled it, deleted the slobs folders in appdata. I've recreated a Streamlabs account, I can launch StreamLabs by logging in with this new ID. Hello hello! i am currently having an issue. whenever i start streaming my mouse and keyboard start to act up, whenever i am moving in a game with wasd and i try to look around the mouse starts freezing and barely moving, also when if i am holding down the keyboard and i tried to look around the keyboard kind of sticks, an example would be me moving forward with w and when i let go my character keeps on moving. its not that is lagging though, everyone around me is moving regularly. it also happens in multiple games, it has happened in the finals and in phasmophobia. i have changed from a wireless mouse to a wired mouse but the problem still happened. has anyone else encountered this?

sooo i got one of those cheap "cantlink" capture cards cuz i wanted to save my gaming pc performance through a dual pc streaming setup.

The issue is if i go directly via hdmi to the streaming pc via clone screens, there is screen tearing due to a mismatch between my 165hz monitor and the probably 30fps capture card (advertising said 60 but who knows).

One solution i found online was to extend the display instead of clone, then have obs open on the gaming pc as well n use the full screen projector preview. this works.

The issue is now that extending my display seems to like half my games fps compared to cloning...

any ideas?

I've been having this issue for a few weeks, it happens every once in a while. I've done all of the troubleshooting tips regarding crashes while streaming(running as an admin, reinstalling Streamlabs, and all of the fixes on the support site.) However, Streamlabs keeps crashing while streaming even playing games that don't take a lot of GPU or CPU resources. The stream usually goes to about the 1 hour/hour and a half mark then crashes.

On day 4 of when I select video source it goes into infinte loading and I have to task close it. All all streaming software works fine

Please try this:

Delete that video capture source from each scenes where it’s used and quit Streamlabs Desktop.
Go to Windows Device Manager, locate the Camera device, right click on it, and choose Uninstall device.
Unplug the camera from your system and reboot the PC.
Once the PC is back up, plug in the camera and let Windows detect it and set it up.
Launch Streamlabs Desktop as administrator and then add the Video Capture Device source back.

If you still have issues, try these steps again but move the camera to a different USB port. Don’t use a USB Hub.

Hi guys how is it going I have become an afilliate today, so today was my first stream as a affiliate. However until yesterday I wasn't having any issues with my AlertBox, I started noticing in my Twitch event list that I had 3 new follows and 1 new Sub and it never played on my live. I see that on Twitch Event List it says Queued and when I see my StreamLab Recent Event List iut never show these 4 new events. I tried restarting OBS, login out of Streamlabs on both OBS and on the website and nothing.... it wont update StreamLabs Event List. Hey, can I use alerts specifically from the desktop version on my mobile version? Nothing online is helpful. The alerts are on the web browser dashboard but they aren't the same on mobile.

Also, my twitch alerts don't work on mobile and some of them are channel point sounds. How can I get these to work? There is nothing on mobile to let me add browser urls through widgets or alerts

Hi! I am just starting out as a content creator and been trying to setup a tip-page via Streamlabs. However, the link redirects to me a somewhat blank page. I have it setup and linked to Paypal, an alternative (secondary) email address. What am I doing wrong here? The donation info shows up for a bit then disappears and I get this blank page in return

Some YouTube subscriptions won't show due to privacy settings on the viewer's account.

When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.

The subscriber would need to set their subscriptions to public in YouTube's privacy settings https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy BEFORE clicking the subscribe button.

The setting on your channel (the streamer) doesn't matter.

Hello, I just bought a HD60 X (external card) from Elgato and using a single computer to stream. I was using an internal one but due to buying a new GPU it covers over the PCIe slot where it was originally at. I have the capture card going into the GPU and into the “IN” part then mirroring within Nvidia Control Panel side. The signal is found but when viewing it either in the Elgato program or Streamlabs it is fine but when I start recording and view it, it is really blurry. Any thoughts or anyone that could assist me or seeing what I am doing wrong.

What resolution do you record at, also what bit rate do you have the recordings set too?

Base - 2560x1440 (Which is my monitor resolution)
Output - 1280x780 but as well tried 1920x1080.
Downscaled Filter - I tried all three
FPS - tried 30 and 60

I would bring up the bit rate to 4500 to 5000, try sending it to 1080, at 30 frames the second, then post your results here.

Most the pro streamers use 10,000 bits, but they also have the internet connection for it

Also there systems have the resources for it, but here it looks like if you keep it around the 4000-6000 bit rate. You should be good

Also, I would do a test stream to make sure your internet connection is capable of streaming at that rate

If you have a Nvidia GPU, you could use its encoder, that would help with some frames skipping if that happens on the stream frequently, (I have been told this, I can’t test it because I use a M1Pro Mac), but other than that, usually software encoding works just fine.

Not sure if to ask here or #1173605643484139591 . However I have a fairly wide monitor that’s a 3440x1440p.

I have my streamlabs set to screen capture that monitor however I’ve noticed that the screen capture doesn’t pick up the entire screen when I play games. If I want it to get the whole game I have to reduce the size of the screen capture which then results in a small capture for viewers to see and big black bars above and below the game.

Is there anyway I can fix this so it picks up the entire game across the whole screen and not just a part of it?

You should be able to add the chat box feature to both sides of your screen. But I do not believe you can adjust how the text looks.

So go to your main scene, and on where it says the chat bar, click on the lock button to unlock, and then it should pop up a adjustment window that will allow you to move a set of bars, diagonally, vertically, or horizontally to make the chat bigger or smaller, or adjust its placement on the screen itself.

Your mileage may vary, depending on where you’re wanting to send the audio, but I do recommend getting VB cable if you want a super easy set up, or if you want more control over the virtual cable, I recommend getting black hole.

YouTube premium doesn’t change that portion of YouTube, it’s that a lot of accounts that subscribe to you have their settings set to where it’s visible.

As long as you’ve got it from the official website, you should be fine, but to double check, run it antivirus scan through Windows defender or whatever you use, to make sure that he didn’t install extra packages besides the driver itself.

How to remove Black Bars from your stream

• In Windows Display Settings, you would need to make sure you have a 16:9 monitor resolution (Typically 1920x1080)
• In the game you're playing, you would want the render resolution to be 16:9 as well. (Basically matching info from above)
• In Streamlabs Desktop > Settings > Video > Base Resolution, that would also need to be 16:9 resolution (Same as above)

If any of those things are not being done, then your stream is not going to be true 16:9 and your game will have black bars.

• You can select the capture source in your sources list > right click it > transform > fit/stretch to screen, should help```

Go to YouTube Studio https://studio.youtube.com/, click Settings (lower left), then Channel, then Feature eligibility, check each of the three sections there. You should at least have a verified email address and phone number.
