Thats right @gritty isle my headphones show up as speakers (high definition audio device), and I have that in the sound settings and I also checked to make sure its set as the default device in system sounds, which I guess is essentially the same thing

THEN

To connect back, just go back to the Streamlabs web site and log in with your Twitch. That will re-establish the connection.

Having issues with Streamlabs Desktop not capturing and just getting a black screen?

You would log in Streamlabs Desktop with your Twitch. Also make sure that the Chatbox Widget is at the top of your source list, otherwise its hidden underneath other sources. If its already at the top of the list, go to Settings > Advanced > Sources and uncheck Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration, click Done, and restart Streamlabs Desktop and test again.

That’s a tough call for sure. I don’t do TikTok so I’m not sure of their requirements. I’d at least switch the Output Resolution to 1280x720 and set your bitrate to 6000.

Hi, i am a Mod for a IRL Streamer which has some audio/video sync issues. Stuff i know so far
Phone: Iphone 15
App: Up-To-Date
Stream starts fine but whenever something is changed it puts out a massive delay

• Phone flipped -> Audio 2-3 sec behind Video
• Microphone attached -> Audio 2-3 sec behind Video
• Software Stabilization active -> Video 1-3 Sec behind Audio
  Restarting the Stream after a Change does Sync both up again but seems more like a workaround then a fix.
  Anyone had issues like these and know how to fix it?
  Reinstalling didnt help.

i found a workaround of the issue with the virtual webcam if you create a source video capture device and select your camera it will activate the webcam+frame to work least it is one way to make it work for windows 11

you can than delete the created source and it will keep the webcam+frame camera and you will have your camera up on your stream

Ive got an interesting question for everyone here. Im streaming Microsoft Flight Simulator currently. However, i jst came to the realization that though I can hear all of my audio coming from the game, my stream cant hear the air traffic control. Same thing with Call of Duty too, they can hear the game but no one else talking. I recently had to enable "Spatial Sound" could this be causing the issue?

So if you start with 1000 points
Bet 500 (now you have 500)
Win 500 times 1 = 500
You now have 1000 (500 + 500)

If you want the points to increase, you need to have the multiplier to 2 or higher

Let’s clear the OBS browser cache. Here are those browser cache clear steps:

1. Quit Streamlabs Desktop
2. Hit windows key + R
3. Paste this and hit enter %appdata%/slobs-client/plugin_config/obs-browser
4. Delete the cache folder
5. Start up Streamlabs Desktop again

This just acts the same as if you were to clear your browser cache- no settings will be lost

Interesting. When you cleared the OBS Browser cache earlier, this should have been resolved as well. There’s an option in the browser source to refresh the cache when the scene becomes active. Please check that option and if you have the other option checked, shutdown source when not active checked, uncheck that. Evening everyone. Quick question. Has anyone had any trouble with Stream Labels recently? Whenever I start mine, it's just a blank white screen. Doesn't show any notifications at all.

Quit Streamlabels.
Download a fresh installer here: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/streamlabels.
Run the installer as administrator.
After the installer is completed, reboot your PC.
Once your PC is back up, Streamlabels should launch as expected.

But now, for example, if someone gives away subs, whether one or more, I would like it to say: “name gives away (number of) subs”.

Make sure that the Chatbox Widget is higher in the Source list than any capture method. Make sure that Custom HTML/CSS is disabled. Finally, in Streamlabs Desktop, go to Settings > Advanced > Sources and uncheck Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration, click Done to save the settings, restart Streamlabs Desktop and test again. If YouTube, note that the Chatbox Widget only works if you are live with a Public stream; it won’t work with Private or Unlisted streams and there is still an outstanding #known-issues affecting the Chatbox Widget when used with YouTube: #known-issues message

Are you trying to use the camera attached to your desktop PC with Streamlabs Console? The camera would have to be moved to the Xbox itself in order for it to be auto detected and used on stream.

I have already set this variant, but now if someone gives away two subs, for example, I get a total of three notifications. After doing so, please go to step 2 and select your camera device settings and select your webcam, then confirm you can see yourself on Windows.
 
Then you'll need to confirm no other applications are currently using your webcam. Please go to Streamlabs Console website after Streamlabs Console and access the project you intend to use your webcam with. 
 
Please then delete your webcam layer and add it back. If you get the same error with system denied permission, please delete the webcam layer one more time.

Once the page reloads, please try enabling the camera and microphone for Streamlabs Console. Then you can try adding your webcam again to Streamlabs Console.

wanting to add to this if it helps, i think the issue for the error might be browser sources? as soon as i got my overlays opened (with this trick), none of my browser sources worked. once i deleted them, streamlabs desktop opened up without the error on my main monitor. i can add browser sources back but nothing happens when i put the source code in.

Hello, SO I've been having an ongoing issues with my "Green Screen Scenes"

I have a Scene set up with various Greenscreens (about 20) and then on my main scenes i use my Stream Deck to run a Macro to mute/unmute them, as desired to play a meme or other effect.

The Issue is that it will play .5s- 1s of the video file it looks at, then cut and then replay the video file. I have already tried deleting all Cashe, updated Driver, BIOS, Chipset and even tried re-making the scene to see if mine was broken for some reason. I Am not at a loss for what to do...please help

I tried to add sounds to my alerts and since then they have been impossible to modify. I actually completely deleted all my scenes and removed all my widgets in an attempt to "reset" and I am STILL somehow coming up with an old alert that shouldn't even be a source anymore.

Can you try the steps below to see if they help?

First, please delete your game capture and close Streamlabs Desktop.
Then go to the search in windows (🔎) and search this file path: C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook and then click on the folder that pops up.

Once you have done that you will see a bunch of files. If you can ignore those for a second and click on the program data folder (link: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/918160373264306206/918162974265466911/unknown.png?width=960&height=538). Then you should see the obs-studio-hook folder there and highlighted. Go ahead and delete the folder.

Now go ahead restart your PC and then right click Streamlabs Desktop and run as administrator. Then add a new game capture and see if that works for you.

I was recording with Streamlabs the other day when my PC shut down due to electricity issues. Since that made Streamlabs abruptly stop the recording it didn't save or process the video file which is now completely inaccessible. Does by chance anyone know a way to restore that video? I get the 0xc00d36c4 code for damaged files when trying to open it.

Hi guys. I have a nightmare today with Streamlabs. First it wouldnt let me stream to twitch through restream (always usually works) So, i paid the £20 per month for "Ultra" but my viewers have said the stream has stuttuered no matter how many changes I have made.. You’re welcome. There’s not an ETA on ticket replies, sorry. This issue in particular is likely requiring the developers to look through the code to find the problem and then code a fix and test it. Unfortunately that can be a time consuming and slow process. Apologies that is taking a while to get resolved.

What kind of scripting is available for the Cloudbot? Are you using the Twitch VOD track? If so, make sure that for any audio you want included in the VOD, that you have track 2 (or what ever track number you have selected, by default it’s 2) is enabled for that source.

- Twitch VOD Track is a new feature implemented in 1.1.x, which allows users to exclude audio from Twitch VODs (video on demand). 
- The purpose of this feature is to exclude DMCA/Copyright music from your VOD. To enable this feature, first verify you have version 1.1.0 or above, (you can verify your version in the top left of Streamlabs Desktop) if you do not have this version, head over to https://streamlabs.com and download a new installer. 

# To Configure: 
- Settings > Output > Enable "advanced encoder settings” (if in Simple Output Mode) > Enable “Twitch VOD Track (Uses Track 2)”. If you would like to utilize a different track you will need to be in Advanced output mode at the top of your Output settings. 

- Open Advanced Audio Options (settings wheel next to the Streamlabs Desktop mixer). 
- On the right hand side, see tracks 1 through 6 highlighted, if track 2 (default Twitch VOD Track) is highlighted for any audio sources, the audio will go through to the VOD. 
- If another VOD track is used, then that specific track will mute the audio going through to the Twitch VOD. 

Make sure to only use the Twitch VOD track for any audio that should go to the Twitch VOD. To exclude a source from the VOD, ensure the configured VOD track is not enabled.```
