You have an Nvidia GPU? Use the Nvidia Control Panel and turn off any Anti Aliasing options.

Those options sound really nice in theory but they do cause problems like yours.

We are working with Songtradr to correct any mistake like this when it happens. Please submit a ticket (https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and contact [e-mail] with the following information:

• Email address (the one used on your Streamlabs account)
• YouTube or Twitch channel URL
• Link to the video experiencing a claim

With this we and Songtradr can make sure your channel is whitelisted, and Songtradr will work as quickly as possible to resolve the copyright issue.

Their turnaround time for releasing a claim is up to 4 hours on a weekday and 48 hours on the weekend.

Let me clarify. I've managed to create two accounts, both with ultra subs. One of them is off my email. The other is off of what was supposed to be a different email, but is not a valid email address which is the one my Youtube has gotten linked to. But I'm not seeing a way to edit/change the email address. I don't know how I've managed to keep this working while technically using both accounts (Not intended), but as of now the app will not sign in.

I already made a ticket through the website, but I wanted to mention here as well.

I just made a Streamlabs ID account to access some features, and once I logged in, all my scenes were deleted completely. I tried logging out, and back in with my Twitch account like I was previously, but nothing returned.

Ive been using this software for better part of a decade and had multiple libraries of scenes dedicated to a bunch of different audio/video setups. Is all of that gone for good now?

Ive done it using a Stream Deck, where the button was programmed, connected to the sound file using the Stream Deck software. Theres a preset function for it.

Yeah, it should work. The Elgato software just uses whatever media file you attach to the button function I think.

I have the settings all done, testing alerts works offline okay, via the app AND from Streamlabs home menus...but when I get follows live on stream, no alerts. I am using a GTX 1060TX and what is important to maintain zero lag is to also maintain the framerate as well as the bitrate. I am set to 2500 bitrate, 30frames a second, and am multistreaming almost losslessly on two platforms at the same time. use CBR rate control and Nvidia h.264 encoder. You can adjust from there

Looks good...you can do a 2-5 min test stream then erase the recordings from the stream platform when you have reviewed it, btw...so you can keep refining your settings. Best of luck, sir. salutes

Good question...I ALWAYS do a cold reboot to entirely refresh all memory caches before streaming.

Actually with a 2600 rate on a 1660 should have been fine; try lowering your framerate to 30fps. And maybe try updating your GPU drivers, and restarting your machine before streaming - lag is mostly caused by buffer underruns when they are full and not refreshing

If you're logged into the Streamlabs Console web site, log out, restart the whole web browser (don't just open a new tab or window), and then log back into the Streamlabs Console. Sounds like there is an issue with your plugin. I'd see if there is a newer version of the plugin and if not, consider uninstalling the plugin and see if Streamlabs Desktop will launch successfully.

I'd double check your Add/Remove Settings in Windows and see if you have anything that says Reaper or KVR Audio. Definitely seems like you do have a plugin installed.

The "acting like it's a fresh restart" is due to certain background processes not closing properly. First, please close Streamlabs Desktop.

Then open your task manager. Please press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" on your keyboard to bring up your Task Manager.
Please select "More Details" at the bottom if you don't see the percentages of resources used.

Yes! I use my Xbox to stream to play and I hit the steam lab go live on Xbox. & I use streamlabs projects to add my overlays, stream banner and ect.

I was using OBS but deleted everything from there and paid for the streamlabs I loved them way better

Hi guys i need some help. I was streaming earlier today and my stream kept jumping every few seconds while others watched. It looked fine to me on SL OBS itself but when I opened up microsoft edge I could see what the chat meant.

I tried lowering my bitrate and it didnt fix it, I also restarted my laptop and xbox etc and it didnt fix the issue either. I also restarted the stream quite a few times. This is the first time this has happened and iv changed no settings at all since my last stream.

Im not the smartest with computer tech can anybody talk me through how to try fix it? It was happening even when I was streaming Oldschool Runescape through window capture so its nothing to do with my capture card or xbox

Hey everyone! I recently set up stream label widgets to track my latest follower and latest subscriber on twitch, but I noticed that after getting 2 resubs last stream, the labels did not update. I checked to make sure the "show resubs" checkbox was selected, but still nothing. I went to my streamlabs dashboard/"recent events" in my browser and noticed that neither subscription is showing in the events list there either, even though they're visible on my twitch dashboard. the source of your screen capture is the same screen as streamlabs, so that is causing a feedback loop. You need to select another source for streamlabs.

ok, swap files are how the processor and memory move packets of data around, and a swap file section on your hard drive is an allocated temporary dump for packets of data. The more space you give it, the more swap files your processor and memory can utilise

it could be a miscommunication between your app and your PC

it does mean you will have to log out of streamlabs first and reestablish your stream keys and such...but it will probably fix the issue.

I have an issue when streaming to twitch, involving video and audio sync. Sometimes the audio can be synced for an hour, then will fall behind the video by a second. Or the audio can be ahead or behind by up to two seconds the moment the stream is started. I've tried streaming by both being logged into twitch, as well as setting up a custom RTMP server with my twitch stream key and URL selected.

Been using streamlabs mobile for over 3 years now for IRL streaming. on youtube. Found the best version of the app to be 1.5.91-96. is an older version however has camera settings in it for exposure and autofocus that the new versions got rid of.

a month ago, a problem has been occuring where on these old versions, when logging into my Youtube account, i go through all the prompts to log in, and at the last click it goes back to the beginning account log in screen. It only happens for Youtube, as i created a Twitch account to see if it did the same and it did not.

There is no access to log into my streamlabs account directly on this version of the app, or else i would try that route too. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey y'all, i have a kind of bizarre issue. I recently did a charity stream and was unable to log into stremalabs charity, instead being met with this error message, which occurs on multiple devices (two computers and a phone). I am able to log into stremlabs itself but not streamlabs charity. Additionally, any charity donations did not go through alertbox during the stream (even though they worked how i set them up and tested a few days prior), whereas other notifications (subscribers, super chats) did work on alertbox. If anyone has any idea what might be causing this, I'd really appreciate it.

Having issues logging in/the login button is unresponsive?
Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
2. Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3. Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop

I have an issue when streaming to twitch from streamlabs mobile, involving video and audio sync. Sometimes the audio can be synced for an hour, then will fall behind the video by a second. Or the audio can be ahead or behind by up to two seconds the moment the stream is started. I've tried streaming by both being logged into twitch, as well as setting up a custom RTMP server with my twitch stream key and URL selected.

Hardware:
Phone: iPhone 15 Pro Max
iOS: 17.4

Steamlabs streaming settings:
Resolution: 1080p
Framerate: 60fps

Hello, I am having a problem with Streamlabs being extremely slow. It takes about 5 minutes to launch (stays on the loading splash for 4 minutes), then the UI is freezing up constantly. The preview window that has a bg animation is doing one frame every 15 seconds - It's basically unusable. I have been using streamlabs on this machine without issue for months, so it's not a hardware specs issue (2x Ten-Core Intel Xeon E5-2470v2, 128GB DDR3, WD Black NVMe, RTX 4060). The CPU/Disk IO do not appear to be burdened.

I've reinstalled Streamlabs thrice, and cleared out appdata twice to no avail.

You can try a reset of Media Share:

1. Turn off Cloudbot.
2. Disable Media Share Widget.
3. Remove Media Share Browser source.

Was that a widget theme or overlay? If it’s no longer in the store, then you won’t be able to download it again. If you had it set up as part of a scene collection, you might be able to switch to that scene collection to use it.

Im trying to set up a charity event through Streamlabs Charity
Now all the settings for that end are done, and i made my first donation to test everything, but the donations to said charity arent being picked up by the alertbot
Within the dashboard, i made sure the intergration is linked to the charity, and the alerts are enabled in the Alert Box settings under "Twitch Charity Donations"

At first it only showed in my chat, but thats gone now
It showed in my eventlog in Streamlabs Desktop, but that one is also dissapeared

All other donations do go through

My application audio capture(BETA) doesnt work properly. Its set up perfectly with the guide and all to split all my audio(YT/Spotify/gamesounds. i have to select an Exe. Programme for all audio splits. For example its Spotify.exe - and then the songname. Thats works. But out of nowhere it sometimes just doesnt recognize a new song played from spotifiy, in the same audio capture. This goes exactly the same for youtube aswell. Its very annoying it doesnt automaticly just recognizes a new song, in the same application. Is there a fix for this?

Hi. I'm really new but I've spent an entire afternoon trying to figure out something with streamlabs music. Can someone shed some insight for me?

Does the streamlabs music app work via the microphone capturing the music? This is how it seems to be working on my laptop, but this isn't ideal for a number of reasons. One is that my internal speakers are busted and my plug-in speakers are faced away from the laptop when I'm set up. The second is that I don't always want to listen to the lofi while I'm doing it. Three, I don't actually want the internal microphone to be in use when I stream, I just want the beats coming through for whoever wants to watch, as they probably don't want to hear my heavy breathing.

How can I mute my internal mic without basically ruining the music? It feels like I'm missing a huge trick but every article I've read just says 'just hit play and let 'er rip' but the rip isn't ripping.

Also, every 'official' and unofficial article around this seems to advise against adding it as a source. I really don't know what to do.

So I had rebranded and several aspects of Streamlabs will not let me update to the new name I am using. I stopped streaming for a while due to tech difficulties on my end and now they are fixed so revisiting this issue. Does anyone know how to change the website name? Can the Streamlabs ID be updated yet? If these are not able to change, is it feasible to disconnect all my platforms and what not to recreate with my new branding from scratch and is it possible to have the old account deleted. Not an optimal solution but it would get the job done I guess. Just my Ultra sub would be the most annoying part. Sorry if this is too much.

Sounds like you’re having issues with the resolution fields. The Base Resolution should be set to the same resolution as your monitor. The Output Resolution should be set to the resolution you want your stream.

This is also common: If you’ve logged in with TikTok, the Output Resolution is forced in Portrait due the requirements of TikTok. If you’re now streaming to another platform, you’d have to go to Settings > Video and swap the values in the Output Resolution field.

Hello, on two of my recent streams I had huge drops in upload speed like all the way to 50kbps which even killed my stream today. I've been streaming to the maximum amount of destinations allowed at 792p 6000kbps. Speed tests were showing 20+mbps so is this a streamlabs server issue? When someone makes an account on YouTube, the subscribed channels are private by default. When the person subscribing to you is set to private, Streamlabs cannot see the subscription.

If it’s only Raid alerts that are not working, make sure the Raid alert is enabled and not filtered out. Also make sure that Custom HTML/CSS is disabled on the Raid alert and that you have no Unknown Raid alert variations.

Please run the Twitch Test, see the tagged post below. Select all the ingests in your region and use either Medium or Long duration. Shirt Duraation sounds useful but it will give bad results. Screen shot the a Twitch Test once it’s complete.

Usually this is due to the bitrate being set over the maximum allowed by Twitch, which is 6000.

Since a recent update the volume sliders no longer work as volume sliders. Sound is either on or off. Prior to the last update(s) using the volume sliders in streamlabs allowed us to fade in or fade out music/game and other sounds. This is no longer possible. The sounds are no longer utilizing the sliders. They start off, and sliding the slider does nothing until you release the slider and the sound is just switched on. This negates the ability of utilizing a slider to fade at all. It is broken. Please fix the slider functionality. (2 decades in radio and television (and internet) broadcasting. We know how sliders function for fading).

When you share your screen via Collab cam, there’s a setting to include system audio. It’s not obvious and checked by default. I’m at work and thus without my Streamlabs Desktop installation so I can screen shot it for you.

I would choose the next closest ingest to you. For example if you’re in Atlanta, don’t choose Atlanta but choose say Virginia.

It looks like you already have this sorted, but in the interest of understanding the “why”: if the automatic selection was picking a server that’s close to you, it probably was already picking Dallas. If you’re having a problem streaming to the automatically selected one, @gritty isle was suggesting you find a good one that ISN’T Dallas and pick it for yourself. It doesn’t make sense that you would turn around and pick the same one that was giving you trouble in the first place.

Why is it lately the bitrate keeps spiking to well over the limit we have it set at. For example the bit rate is set at 6000 and is continuously spiking well over 7200 which is seeming to cause both video and audio issues.... Including seeming to cause the streams to crash alltogether.

@Blu As a long time windows user I would suggest upgrading to a larger drive as much of todays programs need much more than 11Gb of wiggle room when updating/downloading/installing to the C drive. Gnerally you should be looking to have more than double the space of the file size you are downloading and extra wiggle room for the install/patching as you have to keep in mind that windows itself uses disk space for paging file and as shared memory etc. Anything less than 500Gb is very smalkl for windows 10 and up and can cause issues with installs, and updates.

Try uninstalling a program or two you are not currently using to free up space, as well as running Disk Cleanup to get rid of any junk and clutter. You could also try a fresh install of streamlabs.

The newest update has introduced a few issues we have noticed and mentioned but are still waiting on responses for. We may do a fresh install this week as well due to the issues we are seeing that have not been responded to or addressed yet. We stream daily and not just for ourselves but for companies that rely on us so these issues dont just affect what we are doing as a content creator, but also our weekly jobs recording and streaming content for others who rely on our skills so sometimes we just have to re install and hope, otherwise recordings and streams get postponed. Currently our bitrate is fluctuating massively and creating unstable stream conditions and we are trying to stream in support of the canadian cancer society, and it is not helping our situation any.

Ok so I have run into that frequently and it is a definite software issue where parts of streamlabs remain running and outputting to literally nowhere even though the software does not appear to be running. WHen this happens you can open task manager and you will see references to "OBS" still showing even though the software is not running. Best course of action is to do a full restart of your machine, and when you are back in windows open task manager to ensure there are no OBS instances. Wait several minutes for the imaginary traffic to clear on the output side of things too (twitch, youtube or whatever) then restart streamlabs. As a rule, whenever I run streamlabs I right click and "Run As Admin".

Sorry folks, I gotta get back to my live stream. Unfortunately I do not stream live to instamemes so I cant help you there. It can take soem time for admins to respond though so hope you all find your issues solved soon

Audio indicators have been an issue for some time, and since the last update or the one prior the sliders no longer function as sliders so we are unable to fade audio in or out, it is either on or off. No functionality at all. Frustrating for someone who has spent more than 2 decades in television and radio broadcasting working with soundboards and sliders 😉 hope they fix it in the next update, or our inevitable reinstall we may try this week fixes it.

Hi there! I’ve been having issues with my streamlabs game capture and live overlay freezing including not switching scenes if I click to “be right back” or something, however on twitch it all is functioning normally and my friends can see everything running fine. Sometimes this will eventually lead to a crash or it’ll keep running on twitch just frozen on my end. It can start to happen at any time during the stream. Would anyone have any advice to this? well i checked faq and cant find anything, considering upgrading to ultra so i can get it fixed but i have no idea if id get an answer faster.
