But I’m not the developer nor do I know how the DB is configured. So definitely put in a ticket and include screen shots as well showing your Loyalty system configuration, a screen shot showing the points of one particular user, a screen shot of that person winning the gamble and then a screen shot of that user’s points.

Having issues logging in/the login button is unresponsive?
Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
2. Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3. Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop
4. Change your default browser to a new browser. For example, if you're currently on Chrome, you'll want to change it to Edge or Firefox. (Screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/48ZdLCQCgi8D)
5. Once you've changed this, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and see if the same issue occurs when attempting to log in.

How to remove Black Bars from your stream

• In Windows Display Settings, you would need to make sure you have a 16:9 monitor resolution (Typically 1920x1080)
• In the game you're playing, you would want the render resolution to be 16:9 as well. (Basically matching info from above)
• In Streamlabs Desktop > Settings > Video > Base Resolution, that would also need to be 16:9 resolution (Same as above)

If any of those things are not being done, then your stream is not going to be true 16:9 and your game will have black bars.

• You can select the capture source in your sources list > right click it > transform > fit/stretch to screen, should help```

Yeah, that’s risky. I would not recommend that plus that uses the streamer’s upload bandwidth as well potentially causing dropped frames.

You could try using Streamlabs Chatbot with the web socket if you just want commands to hide/unhide sources, etc.

The streamer would have download, install and configure that though. Plus it’s something else that would need to be running during streams.

Yes, it requires the streamer account and a bot account. I wouldn’t use your account as the bot account. Definitely make an account that no one actually uses interactively.

Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

Did you add those components when you set up your scene at the Streamlabs Console web site? There’s also a toggle to use the widget settings from Streamlabs. Make sure that’s toggled on if you’re configuring your widgets on the main Streamlabs web site.

Yes, we have no widget integration for TikTok. Just the ability to go live if you’ve been granted a stream key from TikTok.

Are you trying to use a specific Twitch ingest? If so, then pick Streaming Services, pick Twitch, then choose the specific ingest and plug in your stream key.

@charred jolt if you're hosting your own rtmp server, this is where you'd put its address; the "stream key" is appended (i.e. if the url is rtmp://localhost:1935/live/ and the stream key is test, the full output url would be rtmp://localhost:1935/live/test, so you could view that in a video player that supports rtmp video)

Hello, I'm now desperately looking for help because OBS Studio just isn't running smoothly for me and goes down from 60 to 30 FPS every few minutes and then back to 60 FPS after a bit, but it keeps coming back. Now I switched to Streamlabs OBS and my problem seems to be solved there. But now unfortunately there is the problem that I want to stream in 16:9 (horizontal) for Twitch and 9:16 (vertical) for TikTok. Since I don't have a TikTok Stream key, I can only stream vertically in TikTok Live Studio. Therefore I have to have a virtual cam in Streamlabs OBS that can output the vertical scene. Unfortunately, the virtual cam only sends the horizontal scene and you cannot set it to the vertical scene.

I would be very grateful for help or a solution. For days I've just been looking for solutions

I believe the virtual cam doesn’t work with the vertical layout so there may not be a resolution. I’m checking further.

Okay, thank you for continuing to check. As a test, I already tried changing the horizontal scene from 1920x1080 to 720x1280, i.e. the main scene. That worked and it also worked vertically at TikTok Live Studio. But I couldn't change the vertical scene from 720x1280 to 1920x1080 (it's fixed / cannot be adjusted). That would otherwise have been my idea but unfortunately it doesn't work either.

Exactly that is my problem. I hope that the option can be added so that you can at least switch from the main scene horizontally to vertically. or that there will be an extra virtual cam.

Hello, streamlabs cloudbot isn't paying out the winnings when using !gamble. It takes the points when someone loses but doesn't give out winnings. I have tried turning it off and on. Any solution?

Seeing this same issue. Twitch cheers are being taken twice, resulting in two back-to-back alerts. And it isn't a source issue, Stream Labels even shows the event twice. Only cheers, not subs or anything else.

Hey there! Having some issues with audio and i've exhausted all i know so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm attempting to have my mic through a rodecaster pro and audio from the same rodecaster pro come through on streamlabs. The mixer within streamlabs is picking them both up, however, they are picking them up on the same channel in the mixer (Mic/Aux). They are seperated on the rodecaster pro and after changing the audio monitoring, i can't seem to get them isolated from one another in streamlabs.

Maybe it's something to do with the multichannel option for the rodecaster? Because when i select the multichannel option, despite what audio monitoring i put it on, I only hear buzzing.

Like i said before, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are logged I with your Twitch and when you get to the Confirm & Go Live window, toggle off all the other platforms.

If you are logged in with your Twitch, log out, restart Streamlabs Desktop, and then log back in.

Looks like you may have incorrectly set either or both the Base Resolution and/or the Output Resolution. It looks like you're logged in with YouTube but have you at all logged in with your TikTok?

Please go to Settings -> Video and check the Base Resolution and Output Resolution. If they are something like 1080x1920, swap them around to 1920x1080.

The Base Resolution should be whatever the resolution of your monitor is set an the Output Resolution should be wat ever you want your stream or recording to be.

Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
2. Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3. Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop

Cn I see a screen shot of Settings -> Game Overlay. Once you toggle it on, it should just instantly appear. I've never heard of it taking 10 minutes for the game overlay to appear on screen.

Yes, that's the frustrating part. That is the page that TikTok told us to refer people to. Streamlabs has no input or control over their process for contacting or for the approval of stream keys.

Okay, let's try this... Reboot your PC, go an grab a fresh Streamlabs Desktop installer. Run the installer as administrator and let it install over your existing installation - no need to uninstall Streamlabs Desktop first. At the end of the installer don't let it launch Streamlabs Desktop but rather quit the installer, reboot your PC and then try again.

It's strange, but when i go through this guide, nothing changes. The recent subscriber label never shows up. I'm sure I'm doing everything according to the guide.
1.Log out of the streamlabs site
2. On Twitch, remove streamlabs from connections
3.Log out of streamlabs desktop
4. Return to the streamlabs website, reload the widgets on the live action tab.
5.Login to streamlabs desktop.

Yes, because when Discord is minimized, Streamlabs Desktop is no longer able to capture its output. This is just the way Windows functions. You'd have to keep Discord in the foreground. Don't minimize or tab out of it.

Is anyone else experiencing fluxuating bitrate when streaming to twitch lately? I'll have some streams, up to 12 hours, be perfect, then others the streams drop, restart within seconds, with no "disconnect protection" (which lasts up to 90 seconds). Last night I was playing a game for 3 hours, then the bitrate was going from 2k to 10k, even down to 0, and all over. I had to stop stream. In 5 years i have never had it this bad and this frequent which has been about 2-3 months. Like I said, some days, even weeks of streams are perfect, then others are just random. I have always used the "auto" server to connect to, but after the issues I tried a few high rated ones and still experience the same bitrate issues. I have always had it set to 6,500. I dont want to hear "thats too high", when I've been streaming that way for 5 years. Any other possible causes?

Having issues logging in/the login button is unresponsive?
Your default browser in Windows is causing issues with logging into Streamlabs Desktop. The login popup relies on the default browser set in Windows, so you won't be able to log in if it's blocked. Follow these steps to fix it:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard or go bottom left and click the Windows logo.
2. Search for "default apps". It may be different in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3. Find the default apps section and close Streamlabs Desktop
4. Change your default browser to a new browser. For example, if you're currently on Chrome, you'll want to change it to Edge or Firefox. (Screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/48ZdLCQCgi8D)
5. Once you've changed this, reopen Streamlabs Desktop and see if the same issue occurs when attempting to log in.

Hello. I'm currently looking into setting up Desktop Streamlabs so it can host YouTube Shorts Livestreams.
I've been able to change the custom base resolution to 1080x1920 in the settings -> video
Sadly YouTube still wouldn't detect this as a shorts stream when I host it.

Check your sources and make sure you don't have multiple sources for the Alert Box. Like maybe you added the Alert Box as a widget and then as a browser source. Also double check that the alert duration matches the length of the audio.

I had the same issue, but I had my reward multipliers set to 1, so it just returned the original points to the person, you need them to be 2 or higher for them to gain points

6000 is a bit much, are you trying to stream in 1440p? 2500 to 3000 is enough for 720p

I am using streamlabs console and love it! I just added a camera and I’m trying to choose between two different cameras. I noticed one flips the camera and the other doesn’t. How can I adjust so they are flipped the same direction so better comparison?

hey guys im having some extremely frustrating issues with streamlabs desktop. i did some settings testing last night before streaming and had my stream up on another monitor and adjusted my audio to where it sounded good. then i streamed for multiple hours and i didnt listen to any copyrighted music whatsoever, and my entire vod is muted but not hit with any copyright warning. idk wtf is going on and ive been watching youtube guides on how to get your audio sounding really good but evrytime i follow one of those guides (adding gain and noise suppression to audio channels) i end up with muted vods but like i said my streams have audio.

has anyone else experienced this and have any solution?

i actually fixed this last night. in streamlabs go to settings>advanced>sources>uncheck "enable browser source hardware acceleration(requires restart)" and log out and log back in

you may have to close stremlabs before logging back in as well

I changed my Twitch Name and my YouTube Name. If you did this as well, or even if you did do this.

In Streamlabs.com Dashboard. Go to Settings and Accounts. Unmerge your Twitch account. Then Reconnect it. Once this is done. Go into Streamlabs desktop and sign out. Shut down Streamlabs, reopen it, and sign it back, and it should be fixed.

And just like that everything fixed
