Alright, so I use SE for certain platforms, I use TikFinity for TikTok alerts, and I use StreamLabs for the live.space alerts. Problem is, I logged into Streamlabs via my Twitch and now if someone subs I twitch I get like 3 notifications going off.

How can I turn off notifications for all Twitch stuff, but still get the live.space ones via the Oauth Clients connection. Is there a way to do that?

Because live.space isn't it's own connected account, I can't just log out of Twitch and log-in via live space. It's an Oauth connection.

If the bot did not join your server, remove the integration via the Stremalabs web site, log out of the Streamlabs web site by clicking your PFP and choose Log out. Log out of Discord. The return to the Streamlabs web site, log back in, and perform the integration again.

Hello, I'm hoping that someone can help me with this. Whenever I try to use Media Share this problem occurs. It says to launch the widget to make it work. Fine. But when I do that, if it works, the music plays one of a couple of different ways: doubled up and a little delayed on one, playing through the browser but not the widget and silent. Most times it just doesn't work. I've tried signing out and back in. I've tried different browsers. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you fix it? I'm using a Mac and attempting to stream via Streamlabs Desktop if that helps any.

You should be able to set a custom ingest server - you may need to skip initial setup for this though

If you don’t mind me interjecting here, and this might be a completely different issue than what I had but @swift field have you been getting emails from YouTube for recent subscribers?

I’m not sure if you know this, because I didn’t find out until a couples month ago, but if a person has their subscriptions set to private, the person they subscribe to won’t receive any notifications or emails for it from YouTube. The recent events tab won’t show them either. You’ll just see your sub number go up.

So if you haven’t been getting emails from YouTube but your subs are growing, it’s likely most people have it set to private.

I don’t know if that helps at all, but just wanted to let you in case you weren’t aware. 🙂

There’s no way for you remotely to change scenes on your friend’s computer. If they want you to moderate chat, then they should make you a moderator on their stream and you watch the stream like a regular viewer.

download a new installer. the installer on Streamlabs.com is 1.14 and maybe that'll solve your problem

#known-issues . YouTube Chat is just slow and sometimes just doesn't show up. if the other chats (like twitch and other platforms are showing up) it's cause of YouTube's API

I don’t know what happened but my capture card sound stop working the settings are the same but it do not reproduce any sound. On my video capture device the audio output mode is on capture audio only and that’s the only way to listen the sound on my PlayStation without delay

so are you trying to connect Streamlabs Console with your Xbox and stream from there applying themes? you need to have an account here: https://streamlabs.com/console if not yet, and once in there, set up a new project and click on "Overlay Library" on top left. there's multiple themes you can use. Streamlabs Console is available on mobile phone too, it's a browser based app

I've enabled advanced encoder settings. But I don't have the '“Twitch VOD Track (Uses Track 2)”' option. Also now that I've enabled the advanced encoder settings I can no longer see the twitch vod track option in the global mixer settings.

OK now the 'enable twitch VOD track' option is back in the advanced audio settings. But again it just turns itself off if I switch tabs. I can't save it so its enabled. This software is so frustrating this should be a such simple thing to enable

i mostly troubleshoot for folks using obs-studio, and at no point have i ever heard someone have an issue like you're describing, it's always enough to select twitch and reopen settings

if you didn't stream to only twitch last (using multistream w/twitch doesn't work or another service) it won't appear. if you go live to twitch for a second and then stop it, you would see the VOD track again

I've been having issues with my stream quality. When anything on screen moves too fast, the quality dips A LOT. I've set the encoder to my gpu (AMD Ryzen 7900K) and my cpu (i7-13700KF) to run off of, with the bitrate for both at 18k. Well, the problem is I never signed up for it, I never gave them my card info, yet they somehow signed me up for the ultra plan and had been charging me every month for quite a while. I just noticed it a couple nights ago when I saw the statement. I cancelled the plan I never signed up for, and tried contacting them about it. But am just getting automatic emails back that have nothing to do with it. They have a "I didn't know I had a membership" option and was able to confirm with other Twitch streamer's that they didn't know they were signed up either.

That's what freaks me out, is I never did anything like that. I only ever just used the basic free plan, and even stopped using streamlabs cause it was hard on my PC and made my streams lag. The only way they could have gotten my card info was by me connecting my twitch to streamlabs.

Its a conflict between the platforms thats why its not working. You need to get twitch unlinked and then just login with Youtube and it will be fine.

You will have to contact TikTok to request a stream key. They alone approve and grant the the stream keys. Streamlabs can’t do anything about that process. I understand that it’s frustrating to deal with TikTok but that’s the process.

I'm facing issues with Alerts on YouTube. I can't get the alerts to work.
I have been streaming since 2019 and I could say I'm experienced with streaming.

Problem : Sub alerts (and everything else) is not working. Triple checked everything.
Tried OBS, SLOBS.

Test alerts works fine on both accounts and on both OBS and SLOBS. I don't see any follow events on the recent events list (on SLOBS website) as well.

hello gamers, ive been having an issue with giveaways on my streams for the past few days, most people can enter them with the chat command as usual, but a growing number of seemingly random viewers cannot enter the giveaways hosted by the bot.

i believe the people who cant enter have never been able to enter, when they type the command they get no response from the bot which as you can see usually says a confirmation message when someone successfully enter the giveaway. No matter how many times they type the command it doesnt work, and I double check that their name has not been entered. i have tried pausing and restarting as well as cancelling and restarting the whole giveaway. the viewers have tried different browsers and most seem to be using twitch on PC not mobile.

Again, most viewers are able to enter with no problems and I have had no problems at all for months doing these giveaways. Its just started in the past few days. any ideas?

The $ syntax is for Chatbot the {} syntax is for Cloudbot.
If the streamer is using Cloudbot, then try this: !addcommand drink The drink counter is currently {count drinks}.

If you’ve already added a command called drink, the streamer might need to go to their Cloudbot dashboard and delete that command before you can add it. Feel free to modify the text but the important part is {count drinks}. That starts a counter named drinks and increments it by one each time the command is executed.

After downgrowned my Streamlabs OBS version to 1.14.0, not Autoupdated again to new version(btw, new version of Streamlabs OBS on current date 24.11.2023 which? 1.15.0?), i do not know why... But, when i finish cleaned cash on my PC by special programs, and was doing reconnected of my internet, then again autoupdate of Streamlabs OBS begin works, and i again got same problem... So, this problem in window of error, for me saids this:
"Streamlabs OBS.exe Entry point not found.
The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located in the library KERNEL32.dll."

This because my Windows 7? Or i just not have somewhich of .dll?

Streamlabs Console is a paid subscription service. You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Okay those settings should be fine but please uncheck this setting. That setting may be letting YouTube output a lowered resolution in order to make the stream more widely available.

Okay, I'll test my XP12 shortly.

The goal here is that I should be able to stream for at least 7-11 hours without the stream and/or XP12 overloading.

I also need to make sure that I allocate part of the CPU and RAM towards Navigraph and IVAO Pilot Client as well.

I won't do a super long stream, just a simple cold/dark to ready to start should be enough.

i am completely unable to reorder my sources in the source selector. Clicking and dragging doesn't work at all. None of the sources are locked and I'm on version 1.15.1. The last thing ive tried is using the "Manage Dual Output Scene" setting in the scene collections tab but when i press convert I get the error "The active scene collection is not a dual output scene collection. This is happening on both my gaming and my streaming pc so I dont believe that its a hardware issue

Try this:

Quit Streamlabs Desktop.
Go to the Windows Device Manager, find the Web Cam and remove the device there and then unplug it from the PC.
Reboot the PC.
Once the PC is fully back up, plug the Web Cam back in and let Windows detect it and set it up.
Launch Streamlabs Desktop and see if anything has changed.

Today, the update broke my working SLOBS.

It crashes instantly on opening, with message "The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll".

The latest working version on Windows 7 is 1.14.0. You must start it without Internet to prevent update, then you can turn it on again with a net switch program from Softpedia. Perhaps a solution can be found to prevent it from updating to the version that crashes until it's fixed.

This version is still available on the main website, but if it's changed you can find it on UpToDown. Cheers. 🙂

@desert briar you're trying to encode a 10bit pixel format on an encoder that only does 8bit, switch to a supported encoder(settings>output) or a supported pixel format (settings>advanced)

Refreshing the connection between Streamlabs and Facebook is a good troubleshooting step. Please follow the steps in this guide: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account

Remember log out means log out, just don't quit Streamlabs Desktop (see the next post on how to log out/log in). Also log out of the Streamlabs web site by clicking your PFP in the upper right corner of the web site and choose Log out.

Once you've completed the guide, go back to the Streamlabs web site and log in with your Facebook to re-establish the connection. Then go here and select the Facebook Page you want to use https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/facebookpages.

Finally, launch Streamlabs Desktop, log back in there and you should be able to go live.

In Streamlabs Desktop, go to Settings ⚙️ > Advanced > Network > Bind to IP and select the TCP/IP address of your computer, usually starts with 192.168 or 10.10. Then click Done to save the settings.

Sorry, you can't use Twitch Sound Alerts with Streamlabs Console as Streamlans Console doesn't have Browser Sources.

Are you asking about the overlays from the Streamlabs Theme Store? Those are only compatible with Streamlabs Desktop.
