The phones are under different google accounts as I like to keep my politics and streaming separate.... if I purchase ultra, will I have no problems with it being accessible on both my phones and pc? As I game on my pc, livestream on one phone and use the other phone as my comments phone.

Are you using the Game Overlay for that? With the Game Overlay, it just displays information. You can’t interact with the individual elements.

Can you see if you have exclusive control disabled in both your "Playback" and "Recording" tabs, in your Windows Sound settings? To do that:

Right-click your Windows Sound icon > Sounds
Navigate to the Playback tab
Right-click on the device you are using for your speakers > Properties
Go to the Advanced tab and ensure that "Use Exclusive Control" is disabled

You'll want to follow the same steps for the recording tab as well after that

Also make sure in Streamlabs Desktop, at Settings > Audio, your Desktop Audio Device is set to the actual device. Don't use the Default.

When I attempt to do it via the import feature, the folders within scenes are completely disorganized and some of the sources are missing as well. Not sure if there was a way to do it via .json files or some other way. Thanks in advance!

@limpid dragon the Groups feature in obs-studio has multiple known bugs, up to and including permanent scene collection corruption, and shouldn't be used in general, you can use nested scenes instead; that aside, sld is also missing a number of features available in obs-studio, thus limiting what can be imported

Twitch VOD option is only available if you’re logged in with Twitch and ONLY streaming to Twitch. It is not available when multistreaming as technically you are streaming to Streamlabs.

macOS does not have "desktop audio" capture the way we know it on Windows. To accomplish this, you will need third party software such as Blackhole or Loopback (costs $99)

_ Loopback: must choose "mix/aux" device. Cannot choose "desktop audio"

That button has been disabled for a while now and there is no ETA on when it will return. And that's all the information I have on it, sorry. If you're looking for assistance, you might post screen shots of Settings -> Video and Settings -> Output along with your Internet upload speed and what platform you're streaming to and perhaps a community member can make suggeestions for you based on that information.

Recently noticed that one of the softwares I have on stream has it's video and audio played earlier than any other source including my microphone. The software requires admin on start up so I assume it's that. Would starting SLOBS as admin fix this problem?

Hi, I use Streamlabs and OBS Link to get the signal from my elgato by adding an NDI source under streamlabs. Unfortunately to my surprise, when I launched streamlabs the other day I simply noticed that the sources had disappeared and that I could no longer add any, in fact the box no longer even appears.

If it sees NDI installed, then it will present the necessary sources. When the latest update for SLD rolled out, for some, the ability for SLD to see their NDI installation was lost. Reinstalling the NDI usually restores that.

Hey, I was wondering if someone could help me with an issue about PNGTubers

I’m trying to add my partner’s PNGTuber to my stream, and I got it. I’ve figured to set it up through his stream lab, and do a collab cam. But now there’s a black window blocking some of the stream. I’ve done my best to make it as small as possible and put it as out of the way as possible, but it just looks ugly. Is there a better way to do this? Or somehow make it transparent?

Oh. You only needed to remove the connection on Twitch. Based on that error, it seems you may have used that Tiltify account in another integration. I’d reach out to Tiltify on that.

Hello I changed my primary account from youtube to twitch and then relinked everything again and made a user id since I didnt realize I didnt have one. My ultra subscription is kept but I lost all of my scenes, my merch store, my alert box settings, everything except advanced stream settings like bitrate, etc. Is there a way to get my scenes, alerts, merch store, etc restored?

Alright Groovers? Suspect there may be an easy answer for this, but Google is providing me with unhelpful non-answers, so maybe you guys can help.

It there a way of setting up a Scene to use as a template with a variety of sources in (see attached) that I can then duplicate to change around for each individual instance of it? Try as I might I can't get the interface to paste as duplicate (it's always greyed out) and I don't want a reference which changes all instances of the scene I've created when I change one.

In case I'm not being clear, I want something like a "Four Player Game" template which I copy and paste as a new Scene and rename "Monday Night" or whatever, and when I change the latter slightly, it doesn't alter the former. I would think "paste as duplicate" is the thing I want, but it doesn't appear to be actionable.

There's probably something obvious I'm missing, but every day's a school day. Any tips? Cheers!

You solution works great for maintaining the same setup across a variety of other scenes, but it's not quite what I'm after.

i mean you should be able to copy and paste them as references, but i assume you're trying to add extra stuff to the sources that is causing other sources across your scenes to get wonky?

Currently we're using zoom to capture faces of players in an game, but the order in which people enter, which machine they're on (and therefore webcam) or indeed which players it is can change from game to game and so needs tweaking around each time.

Yes, Streamlabs Console is a paid subscription service. You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.

I used to use hardware encoding but now when I use that option the gameplay lags but the audio is fine. If I switch to software the gameplay is great but the audio cuts off every minute and a half. hello everyone, im somewhat new to streamlabs, have used it in the past... a little bit along side OBS... anyways, havent used either in a few years actually and i switched from PlayStation to Xbox (not really by choice) however that's irrelevant.. the thing im wondering, im trying to stream from my xbox series s to streamlabs, and i keep getting a notification "you need to link a subscription to your account to use selected broadcast destination" i just recently got the free trial version of streamlabs console, connected to twitch... still get that notification. What's up everyone. I use Streamlabs Desktop on Mac for work, and with the recent 1.14.0 release the NDI Source feature has disappeared. I've updated the NDI plugin and Runtime, and restarted several times. But I still can't add an NDI Source. I can see my NDI cameras with the NDI Toolkit, but for some reason Streamlabs won't let me add any kind of NDI source. Even Sources in my previously created scenes bring up the Audio source box when I double click on them. Has anyone else seen this issue? Or know how to fix it? It's killing me at work.

Normally you would go to Settings > Video and swap the values in the Output Resolution field. Note that if you’re logged in with TikTok, it will force the portrait resolution rather than he landscape resolution since that’s what TikTok expects.

Browser sources can only have one URL. You can’t put multiple URL’s in a single browser source. mkv has different timestamp precision than mp4/mov, and that issue "carries over" when remuxing to mp4, technically making your video VFR
some video editors do indeed have major issues with that - but that usually amounts to a/v desync, not to a crash
try recording fragmented mp4 or fragmented mov, see if that doesn't crash

You need to disconnect Streamlabs.

the render delay filter stores entire uncompressed frames in vram; if you run out, you'll usually have performance issues, i have yet to see someone with visual glitches;
might also be a bad/corrupt driver install, DDU is worth a try

@upper frost it's not a true overlay but a borderless window, but yes, check the overlay tab in the settings menu
this will not work in true fullscreen games and will disable any performance/latency benefits of dxgi flip model games

Monitor with mute output option allows you to hear the audio on your speakers, but it mutes it going out to the stream. reason why - to reduce the possibility of echoing if you already have desktop audio capture enabled so it doesn't get sent to the stream on top of what you already have

hey, guys. ive tried with obs, but i still havent had any luck. streamlabs seems to have a little better luck, but the issue im having is that audio is captured through my razer ripsaw that i just bought yesterday. 16gb ram and all that. Are there any plans, or roadmap for Streamlabs to enable AV1 streaming?

been using Streamlabs for years and yesterday some new forced update broke it entirely giving error "didnt find procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory in library C:\Program Files\Streamlabs OBS\Streamlabs OBS.exe "

Tried reinstal and instal older versions but it is downloading latest version afterwards regardless version I chose

This happen probably because I'm using win 8.1 and they prolly drop support there

Are they out of their mind or what?

Why there are 0 complaints around regarding this?
Can anyone help or how can I reach Streamlabs technical support?

Please refrain from telling me to upgrade to Win 10, that won't happen.

how can I make the streamlabs OBS camera appear on OmeTv???

before I used OBS and with a trick closing all cameras from the device manager and then opening the virtual camera the computer recognized the virtual camera as a normal camera and displayed the virtual camera with a different name, but after a obs update doesn't work.

Now with SLOBS is there any solution to do it?

You need to go to the youtube studio > Settings > Community to add streamlabs there under standard moderators. just copy paste the youtube channel link for streamlabs

Just a heads up for everyone, I guess there was a new update today because I had to connect my Streamlabs account back to my Twitch account. Sat there waiting for 20 minutes for it to load a page offering to sign up for the FREE or PRIME Streamlabs "membership" programs... this was my screen for almost half an hour before it loaded back to my normal scene viewer and editor panels.

hello, so I have a Corsair K100 RGB with 6 dedicated macrokeys. they are also compatible with Elgato stream deck software. I want to use one of those keys to start streaming, but I can't rebind it in the settings. I have set it to stream in the elgato software aswell, but it doesn't start my stream.
