Streamlabs Console is not a free service, sorry.

Streamlabs Console is a subscription service. You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.

My stream labs will not stop crashing. A couple days ago I opened stream labs and changed some microphone filters but other than that nothing has changed. I have tried numerous things in order to solve the issue but every time I open it it takes 10 minutes just to load and even when it successfully opens it freezes and crashes as soon as I change scenes. I have tried closing the program through task manager, I have tried restarting my computer, and I just finished uninstalling and reinstalling stream labs entirely just to see if that would fix the issue. It did not. Does anybody have any suggestions or actual fixes for the issue? Any help would be appreciated!

I also had audio problems yesterday in my stream, I use streamlabs console and I’ve been having mic problems since I started my free trial, my mic suddenly opens and closes making it pretty difficult for me to deliver a decent content, I have 300 mb of both upload and download speed I don’t know if this is an internet issue or if it has to do directly with streamlabs

Hello, I don't know if this question has ever been asked before: Is it possible to download a clip (mp4, mp3, gif) that was previously uploaded to Streamlabs' alert page?

I wanted to backup everything but unfortunately I already lost the original files that I used few years ago for my twitch StreamLabs alerts; StreamLabs still has everything I uploaded since then so I wonder if there is a way to transfer those files back again into my computer

So for a while now, there has been this crackling audio sound coming from the elgato card. I've tried poking at a lot of the SLOBS & Elgato settings, unplugging/replugging the elgato & the cords and nothing seems to fix it. If I have the Game Capture HD open instead of SLOBS, I don't hear the crackling. Thoughts?

Hello, I have an issue where my Overlay (Webm added as media) is currently semi-transparent. No colour key applied. Opacity at 100%. The Game Capture behind it is visible. And I've been trying to determine how to make the Overlay not allow the Capture to be visible through except via Colour Key for the viewing window if it's not actually transparent in the webm.

The hiss sound on elgato only comes if the settings are not set correctly and the settings seem to be good. I really dont remember how I removed it as I used to use Elgato back in 2017 😦

It means that when you go to multistream, toggle off TikTok, the one merged in your Streamlabs account. If you want to include TikTok in your multistream, then add it as a destination with the RTMP URL and your stream key. The problem lies in the API at TikTok’s end and we are waiting for them to fix it.

Streamlabs Console is a subscription service. You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

You can try putting all the "pieces" of your stream audio through a mixer app (I use Elgato Wavelink) to check where everything is pointing manually...then push the result through SLOBS.

Maybe not the best solution...but it works for me.

If you choose to capture a specific window, you have to manually select the window being captured. This prevents any other windows from being captured.

There is not. It detects all processes and windows available and allows you to manually select which one you want. Automatic game capture typically works with most games and as soon as a game is launched will load it into the capture. You can always have a transitionary scene which is simply a “loading screen” while you load the next game and get it ready.

Yellow border is apart of Windows 10 capture hook, you can try using DXDGI for capture method within the Window source capture settings

Hello. I have an issue. Mini Feed does not update my activities - i'm trying to stream on YouTube - i have connected with YouTube and still, there isnt any update on the feed.

I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, starting and installing it with "Run as Administrator" setting.

I have tried to log out and log in several times, still no update.

Also, on the Stream Label it does not show my recent subscriber but somehow it manages to update "Total Subscribers Count" 😦

Hi there. I'm playing some specific games and my issue is that in those games, when I play alone I have around 100+FPS. When i stream, however - the fps struggles and just drops down to 60-70 area. There is always going to be a loss of FPS in the games while you are streaming since your computer is doing 2 things at the same time.

Now either the loss is small or big depends on the hardware you are running and what encoder are you using.
