Having a problem where an echo is being heard on your stream?```

've streamed at 1080p so far. However, I launched a live stream just now and am stuck at 720p.
My resolution is 1920x1080 so my stream should be 1080p. I have 10KBPS so I can easily do it. Can you help me please ?

I've seen a few people reporting this with Kick and we're not sure why. I'd suggest that at Settings -> Output unchecking Enforce streaming service encoder settings. Me personally I noticed Kick yesterday having all sort of issues.

Your output resolution is higher than your base resolution. You can't upscale it like that.

We suggest switching to the NVENC encoder (not the new one) then when going live, make sure to uncheck use optimized encoder settings.

Hello everyone! I was streaming to kick yesterday playing mw2. I was streaming in 1080p60 and it was giving the option to viewers to watch it that way. While I was playing I got some kind of codec error from streamlabs and a directx error from mw2. I don’t remember exactly what they both said but it make my pc freeze and my game and stream crashed. After that I started my stream back up and now it doesn’t give viewers (or myself when I go to watch my stream to see the quality) the option to watch in 1080p60. Does anyone know what my issue could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You can't disable in multistream the platform you've logged in with. If you're logged in with Twitch, you can't disable Twitch. If you want to disable Twitch in multistreaming, you'd have to log in with another platform you have merged in your Streamlabs account.

it’s the same output device across everything, my Corsair HS80 headphones - what do you mean by restart windows? if you mean to restart my PC, it’s been broken for around a week now since I changed my twitch username (not sure if that’s a coincidence or not?) and my PC has been restarted many times since then

If you've changed your name on Twitch, you need to log out of Streamlabs Desktop and the Streamlabs web site, quit Streamlabs Desktop, clear the cache in your web browser and quit the web browser, and then finally launch Streamlabs Desktop and log in with your new Twitch name. I'd take care of that first before diagnosing audio issues.

ive done this, it picks up my mic input fine and i have no issues with streaming apart from this audio - it’s only the 1 part of it that doesn’t work

Okay, so you are using the Twitch VOD option to mute sources in your VOD. Please click the ⚙️ in the Mixer for the Earphone device and choose Properties and then screen shot the Advanced Audio Settings window that comes up.

Okay, I don't see that you're muting any audio sources so please uncheck the Twitch VOD option then go to Settings -> Output -> Recording and enable all 6 audio tracks then go back to the Adavanced Audio Settings and uncheck and then check again Track 6 on each audio source.

Click the Playback tab and/or Recording tab and right-click your microphone/headphones and click Properties. No need to change your Primary. Twitch requires a verified email address and 2FA. Its likely Twich asking for the 2FA and not Streamlabs. Only if you logged in with your Streamlabs ID (which you don't have setup) you Streamlabs ask you for a 2FA.

macOS does not have "desktop audio" capture the way we know it on Windows. To accomplish this, you will need third party software such as Blackhole or Loopback (costs $99)

Hello, I was receiving support yesterday from @gritty isle and I am still having an ongoing issue on Stream labs when trying to authorize Tiktok. No matter what I do it just wont let me log in. I did a minor fix, removing the customer service number from my PayPal, removing the PayPal account all together, logging out of streamlabs, disconnecting my account from streamlabs and then reconnected everything and it worked again.

You have to contact TikTok and if the approve your request, they will grant you a stream key. I understand trying to contact TikTok is not intuitive and laborious but that is the only process they have in place at this time. Streamlabs isn't involved in any way in this process.

As games become more graphically intense, the resources required to run them means less resources on a GPU for encoding. That being said, it could be that your encoder settings need to be tweaked in order to get a better stream quality. I’d recommend 720p60 as the majority of viewers on Twitch are not watching 1080p60 fullscreen. They’re watching in a 720p embedded frame, and a 720p60 stream with better settings will look way better than a 1080p60 stream on a taxed GPU

Also note that if you run the hd60 pro, you can mirror your DisplayPort to the HDMI out so you get a nice clean signal and no performance hit (fps loss) from running it through the HD60 Pro. You will need to cap at 60fps because it’s an HD60, but it will give you the 1080 and allow you to leverage your monitor correctly (assuming monitor drivers are installed)

Thank you for the response. I was running 936p60 (1664x936). I just had dilemmas setting up just with game capture which was giving me a somewhat blurry stream and this was on the 720p60 (I do snips of the stream for data purposes). This was when I was playing Wow which was very strange. I will go back to 720p60 (1280x760) which is fine and turn the bitrate down. I was not dropping any at 6k bitrate. These where my settings before changing.

Okay, yeah I will give that a shot on either quality or performance settings to see a difference. The only issue I have next is I will have to keep changing scenes as before when the game is capture, if there is no game playing it puts a picture for a placeholder holder. Any idea how to make that happen? If not no worries, just looking for a simple solution.

Yeah, 6000 bitrate will set you up to 1080p so 6k should be good for the resolution you’re using. You can experiment and see where that sweet spot is with the quality settings

Streamlabs Console is a subscription service. You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Streamlabs Console is also included in our Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If you're using Streamlabs Console this way, please make sure you set up your Streamlabs ID then log into the Streamlabs Console with your Streamlabs ID rather than your Twitch.
