Well i mean the stream quality itself

You could have a 4090 and it will chew it up
Its like before it was better, now its worse and one setting that used to be fine now is not, something is cleary wrong and i wonder what and why

Try streaming any other game and see if you have an issue
b-frame setting is just not working at all, no matter what i would stream/record
Googling AMD B frame is a mess of results. It seems AMD only introduced B frames back in Summer 2022 according to what I can find and people claims than this or that number of b frames works best.
I’d say their driver is probably not good at handling them.
I’d recommend two things: submit a support ticket to streamlabs to see if there is an issue with the current build and current AMD drivers
Revert to the older driver until a fix is issued via driver or streamlabs desktop update.
The higher the motion in the game, the lower you want b-frames

Yeah no. Obs devs always recommend lower b-frames and low key frames for high motion games.
B-frames should almost never be above 2

When you had b frames at 4, did you have look ahead enabled?
From the obs KB: bframes: sets the maximum number of concurrent B-frames that x264 can use. B-frames are similar to P-frames, except they can use motion prediction from future frames as well. This can lead to significantly better efficiency in terms of compression ratio.
No idea, i did not change any of the settings, just b-frame to 0 and it fixed those lags
B-frames are essentially “look ahead”
So if you have look ahead enabled, b-frames should be 0

Let’s try changing your encoder from advance to simple and setting the bitrate there. Let’s take a look at what that looks like,
It might not appear with the AMD hardware encoder
Uncheck “advanced encoder settings” box and set the bitrate to what you had it at.

@idle dragon and again, I’d recommend making a ticket to validate it’s a driver issue (pretty sure they have an AMD testing rig somewhere), but also reverting back to the driver you were using. I know it’s inconvenient, but it’s going to make sure that everything is “what it was”. AMD probably broke older hardware trying to support AV1….

You’ll need to log into streamlabs console with your twitch account here: https://streamlabs.com/console using a web browser on a pc
Streamlabs Console is a subscription service. At the Streamlabs Console web site, be sure to go to your Account Settings, scroll to the bottom and select either the Monthly or Annual plan and then fill out your billing details. Streamlabs Console is included in Streamlabs Ultra. If you use have Ultra, then use your Streamlabs ID to log onto Streamlabs Console so it will see your Ultra subscription.

My Stream labs OBS subs, donos, super chat, mini feed, etc. not updating, and im not recieving alerts while im streaming. My stream labels for 'most recent follower' and 'latest donator' are also not updating. I can still test my widgets. It was working perfectly fine until yesterday, and its making it really difficult to engage with my audience.
What ive tried:
Reinstalling streamlabs
Signing out of twitch and streamlabs on the sites and in streamlabs
Unlinking and relinking my twitch on streamlabs
Resetting my stream key on twitch
Deleting all files located in %appdata%\slobs-client\plugin_config\obs-browser
Cleared cache and reset on streamlabs (HOWEVER everytime I try to do this I get the error in the picture)
First, you shouldn't be trying to clear your cache without the help of a support person. This error means that Streamlabs Desktop is still running/open in general though. Also clearing your cache on Streamlabs Desktop would not help you with your alerts. If you need help with this, please submit a ticket at https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/newr so the Streamlabs team can look into seeing if you need help with resetting your alerts
I'm trying to upgrade to Ultra, but keep getting an error connecting to my StreamLabs account. It says I need to be logged in, but I am logged in. Also why would it say it needs to connect my streamlabs account to my Streamlabs account?

hi, i know this is a dumb thing to ask but when i first got my new gpu i was able to record 1440p at 120fps, i only do this because everytime i record at 60 it doesnt look smooth and it does my head in, but recently ive been having issues where now i can no longer do so, im constantly getting 'skipped frames due to encoding lag', i've tried both Obs & Streamlabs OBS, but have found that streamlabs obs takes a bigger hit to my fps than obs does, could this GPU encoding issue be caused by my cpu? i know im already bottlenecking my GPU with my cpu but im not sure why an issue like this would start happening out of the blue when it was working fine before? any help is appreciated 🙂

It doesn't take weeks to hear back from our team. I can't guarantee a time frame, but it definitely shouldn't be that long (typically it's less than 24 hours)

hi, so on my issue before ive made a discovery, both h.264 and AV1 work fine at 1440p 120fps, but HEVC doesnt? i stopped using AV1 as i dont think my editing software supports it as it crashes everytime i import a Av1 file but not a HEVC, what can possibly be causing this?

As of February this year, Vegas did not have AV1 support. That being said, you should be able to transcode using something like Handbrake to get them into a format compatible with Vegas.
Okay i genuinely need help, for a while my chat worked just fin but the past like 3 times ive tried to stream the chat just doesnt show, ive logged in and out counless times and ive even resorted to even just completely deleting everything and just focusing on the shat, nothing, and online i cant get any help??!

- in the chatbox widget settings, can you reset the cache of the widget in the editor?

@neon crow so i quickly tried with Streamlabs OBS and the recording stopped itself and came up with a recording error "System error message: Encoder NVIDIA NVENC HEVC (FFmpeg) is taking too long to encode (timeout: 5 seconds)
Logged out and in, and pressed the refresh cache button, and yet nothing is coming up when things are messaged in chat
That’s beyond what I know. I’d definitely ask in the obs discord if you’re using obs. It also may be worth creating a ticket here as well so someone can investigate further and hopefully identify a solution. Hello, so I downloaded Streamlabs 10 minutes ago and configured everything up but then it chose the scale of the wrong monitor so the starting soon and be right back are scaled for my other monitor and I dont know how to put the scale of my other monitor
You should be able to set the base canvas settings in settings under the Video section.
I did that but then it looks like this

the screen scale is fine but the ending soon, be right back canvas stay the same
Right click on the affected sources, Transform, and then Fit to Screen

yes, resolve actually starts the rendering process but at some point always goes to 0 frames per second and doesn't pick it up again
i wonder what the selective recording does to the file that it can't render it, but can render all other mp4s and even streamlabs recordings that aren't selective

So I’m on stream labs console, the browser I’m using is google chrome. I’ve added an alert box component and put it as the top layer. I selected use stream labs setting, however when I test it nothing shows up and no alerts come up on stream
If they’re opening up in other video players, then DaVinci Resolve has an issue. You may need to check for updates or reach out to their support.
Lemme ask about this one to see if there’s a quick fix. Can I have you try the same test in Firefox?

I follow the steps to import nightbot and it says that Nightbot task queued and should be ready in a couple of minutes. It never progresses beyond that, and if you refresh it gives you the import option again

sigh again connection lost then no sound to my stream ONCE again this is ongoing issue for not just me but many others @wispy latch what is happening? is this cos we arent on premium services? really annoying as i have filed a request for support on this a few times & its happening once again now in fact x6 attempts to stream all lost connection for 2-3secs then no sounds to my stream

Can you make sure you sign out of your dashboard and back in with your streamlabs ID? Once you do that you should see your ultra subscription.
Hey how do I add my streamlabs console membership to my streamlabs app it won't let me put overlays which is included in that membership but it wants me to get ultra. Also my alerts and blerps which are linked to my twitch aren't connecting to streamlabs I have a widget code but no way to put it in a box on both streamlabs app and browser site

twitch this is ongoing battle for months now never had any issues at all but now it seems that its out there in community happening more often now to point its not even worth me trying to stream as i drop connection from obs then loses all my sounds to stream

Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.
Can you have more than one alert box for streamlabs console? That link did not help me unfortunately I had already gone through that before resorting here for advice but I read thru it again just in case

You can, but there should be no need for multiples

watching videos there its just odd how when it reconnects i lost all sounds to stream like my mic goes game sounds go to blerps sound alerts all vanish
hi everyone, I have some issues with the recent events tab on streamlabs.com, it just wont update and since it doesnt update the alerts wont show up in my stream. I stream on twitch and have recently changed my username for twich and I think it might be the source of the problem. anyone had this issue or knows a fix?
You have an issue with your upstream connection to twitch. Watching videos uses downstream, streaming uses upstream. The issue is most likely related to one of four things:
- You’re running firewall software that’s blocking your upload.
- You’re using a VPN that doesn’t support fast enough upload speed.
- Your home network isn’t allowing you to upload to twitch at a rate that works
- Your ISP is not allowing you to stream to twitch.
Based on the Twitch Test, it appears to be an issue with your ISP.

Few friends of mine just ran that twitch’s test thing you suggested theirs all came back as failures to 🤔 plus I spoken to other streamers friends uK USA based & they have experienced same issues as me nobody knows what going on we all are stream labs users none are premium services

Hi everyone! I was hoping to get some advice overcoming some setup hurdles I'm having due to the kind of content I want to stream and how my house is laid out. I want to stream retro consoles and I have a room in my house where they are all setup. It is a small room only big enough for the consoles, a couch and the CRT I'll be playing them on. My desktop PC which will be used to stream the content from is in a different room which is a decent distance away. For the microphone and consoles audio and video out I've found a very good working solutions, a Extron MAV 62 Video/S-Video and Audio Matrix Switcher and some very long cables (100ft). I know I can remotely control Streamlabs desktop from the app on my phone but it doesn't sound like it has a lot of features at the moment. Also, I'll be using a VTuber avatar along with a Stream Deck. The Stream Deck is USB and USB won't work the distance I'll be needing to run the cables (100ft). I can't bring the PC into the room with the consoles because there is no room and the PC is needed in its current location for work and other tasks. I can't move the consoles into the room with the PC because there is no room for the CRT so I would have to try to play through the Streamlabs preview which has too much delay. With all that considered here are the problems I'm trying to overcome:
- monitor and control chat from the room with the consoles
- use my Stream Deck from the room with the consoles
- control my VTuber avatar from the room with consoles
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I have a major issue on Streamlabs.
My issue is the following:
When I connect to Streamlabs, my list of "Recent Events" (Follow, subs...) this one has not been up to date for 1 month.
I tried to log out several times.
The feed of the follows is not up to date on the site and on streamlabs OBS.
However, the list of "Recent Events" on the Streamelements site is up to date, and it's been more than 6 years since I last modified this site.
I searched google for solutions but couldn't find anything.
I cleared the cache but it didn't change anything.
I reinstalled the StreamLabs OBS app and it didn't change anything.
On the Streamlabs site it is not up to date either.
PS: I think this problem happened since I changed my handle on Twitch. But I don't see why that would be a problem.
As I said, I disconnected and reconnected several times.
I ask you for help please.

Hi I had application audio capture beta, I had to format and restart. I installed the latest SLOBS and its no longer there. any advice how I can get it back as I really enjoyed that feature.

20-series and later have dedicated encoding chips. You probably won’t get 1080p60, but might be able to pull off 1080p30 or 720p60

So the date says the receipts is April 24 is really April 23 so I’m really confused
Ever since I did a 24hr stream, my stream labs has been crashing, and having major frame drops. This issue has been going on for about a week now, and tried all the sugested tips to help with stream lag, and yet it still an issue. Everything else works fine with no lag, but the second i try to stream streamlabs has a stroke.
I have an issue with my streamlabs obs. My chat will NOT show up on my screen. My alerts will make a sound, but the graphic does not show up. I have removed the element and recreated them all twice. I'm at a loss as to what to do next
My streamlabs desktop version is 1.12.5 I can't seem to find the control to check for updates to see if that is an issue and most of the web searches I find tell me to go to locations that just don't seem to be present on my set up

Both, The chat doesn't show AND the alerts are not showing, though the sound does work on that. Chat shows in the side panel, just not in the chat box on the video

A friend just helped me fix it. The layer was wrong they were BEHIND the Game capture because they were below it on the list.

When you reconnect do you lose sounds to stream? As I am also getting random disconnects but I lose sounds like my mic & game sounds im about the same time frame as you no reason given in error notifications either 🤷♂️ it’s also not just me there’s quite a few out there as well

@neon crow yes I am using a capture card, I can hear all audio, except voice overs during cutscenes and dialogue. I am not sure if it's my capture card or my settings. And I am using a PS4 Slim

@neon crow yes corect, naration duing a cutscene, and voice dialogue during a conversation option. It's just the voice, the background music is still playing. I tested this on Witcher 3 and DA Inquisition and same issue

i use streamlabs too, and the problem is same with this
your screenshot shows that the program is crashing. If it's happening with Streamlabs Desktop too then probably is a driver issue. You should try troubleshooting with this: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/streamlabs-desktop-crash-troubleshooting-guide But if you're still having issues then it's probably something outside of either software causing it

After Stream I saw we got 8 new followers and no one triggered an alert. After a lot of wrong alerts with wrong delay and so on I think I will switch to another portal. So much problems. 😕

Because there are OAuth tokens and API sent from Twitch/Facebook/YouTube/Etc to Streamlabs. You would also need to log in with Streamelements for example for the same thing
And anyone with an idea why the text is delayed randomly and why the sound often plays double (one starting 1-2 sec later). Sounds really bad

99.9% of the time an echo or a delay is caused by a setting that is wonky.

Something is not right here guys I’m trying to login with my Twitch account in Streamlabs but it is saying please verify email with Zendesk and there’s nothing to do with Streamlabs. I looked it up. And I never got an email from Zendesk to verify it.

it should pop up with the sign screen here if you're not
try incognito mode. That shouldn't be happening for you as you should be logging in directly with Streamlabs and not within zendesk itself

hi, I know OBS has a problem with conflicting "game capture" and/or "screen capture"sources where recording two "game captures" can result in either or both to freeze. ie frozen recording of one "game capture" but the other works fine. Does Steamlabs have the same issue? Thanks
anyway, I have a severe problem that I think I need a big web ticket for, but i thought i'd drop a line here first.
Basically my driver crashes when I have too much going on (i.e., VLC, 2 games open, YT open). I've tried several DDU clean installs and old driver versions dating back to Feb. It only occurs when Slabs is running. I can run as many games and videos as I want if I don't open Slabs
the last ticket you had was about window capture not working, not a lot of troubleshooting was done so if yo'ure sitll having that issue you can share more about what's going on here
I know but they gave me a bunch of things to do like disabling hardware acceleration and I wanted to play around with that and refer to where all the settings were
- Run Streamlabs Desktop as administrator (right-click Streamlabs Desktop > run as administrator)
- Install the C++ files in this guide here: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/microsoft-visual-c-redistributables-2022-needed-for-streamlabs-desktop
- Allow Streamlabs Desktop through your Firewall: https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/how-to-open-your-windows-firewall

Is it possible to have different resolutions for both Recording and streaming ?
I'm on 1440P for base resolution, want to stream in 720p but record in 1440P.
I've set different bitrates for both sections in Video, but in "Output" I can't manage to select a different resolution.
I tried in Video to put a different resolution in Output resolution, which makes the stream to go to this selected one.
Basically either I stream in 1440P but my network doesn't follow up, or 720P and the record is ugly despite setting bitrate to 18000.
Couldn't find also neither here or on the FAQ some tips, so Help would be appreciated 🙂

i relogged and i am at the pc now
and the tests give randoms echoes
think i got it. "control sound with obs" have to be acitvated and then u can mute the sound of the alert. doesnt make sence for me as an audio engineer, but ok, so i activated it and muted, so the echoes are gone. but i really dont get why i should activate some to mute it to prevent echoes...
That's because you have monitoring set up that would cause echoes. Doing it that way allows you to control the alertbox audio separately from your overall desktop audio
most people don't have audio setups that they would need to do this
alerts appear to be working fine too now
if you do have any issues with alerts just check to see if they're showing up in your recent events list. If they aren't, it's an account connection issue. if they are and they aren't sounding, then it's typically a settings issue but we're happy to always look into these things.

Hi, is there any known issues for connecting to Youtube through the login option? It was connected and working, signed out to sign into Twitch, but when I click on either Twitch or Youtube to connect to that account, nothing happens, Facebook works. That was a an issue back on April 1st which has now been resolved. Please follow exactly the steps in this post <#known-issues message>.
Note this will not go back and capture any event that was missed. You'll need a new event (new follow, not unfollow/refollow) for verification. If you can't get one after completing those steps, let me know.
Thanks for the reply, i did all this back at the start of april and it worked for quite a bit, till it didnt. Someone from here then "refreshed" my alertbox, while i was streaming and did a test-follow which worked after that. Now it doesnt again. Ill go through this steps again before my next stream.
Sounds like we might have to hard reset the alert box then. If you've followed the steps and still follow alerts don't come though, this is what we need to do. Typically refreshing the widgets while live may work, often its only a short term fix it seems.

I believe that the replay buffer follows any use of the Selective Recording options you have set in any scene. So for example, if you don't want the Alert Box in the the Replay Buffer, toggle Alert Box to show only on stream.

No, worries at all! Actually i was thinking the same thing but it appears that isn't how it works. I have the game set to stream/record both and the other sources to stream only but it picks up everything in the replay/clip.

Runescape source is the game its set to both stream/record the other 3 are set to stream only. The second picture is a brand new clip but it shows all sources in the clip.
It seems that Instant Replay is being used as a source on stream and the other sources are set to stream only as well so on stream, you'd see them all. If you look at the clip outside of Streamlabs Desktop, just from Windows itself by double clicking on the file, it should be just the clip without the overlay elements.
I logged out of SLOBS Desktop. I logged out of the Web-Dashboard and cleared my browser cache. My channel name on twitch is the same as here.

Yeah i'm misinterpreting something here for sure, when i set it to "only visible on recording" it does not show it on the clip or the stream. When i have it set it to "visible on stream and recording" and "only visible on stream" both show them on stream and recording.

Okay I think we sussed it. In your case, set your Game Capture to both Stream and Record then go to Settings -> Output -> Replay Buffer and uncheck the option Use stream output.

Hello! When I fullscreen my minecraft while streaming in fullscreen my cursor dissapears. This makes the game really annoying to play. It seems to be connected to another application "veadotube mini" which I use for my little PNGtuber. As if I close it the cursor reappears. If this has a fix that would be much appreciated!

Hi there, I'm having an issue with donations through streamlabs. Whenever I receive a donation from the tip page provided by streamlabs it is marked as an order on paypal and the funds are being held. I contacted paypal support and they said I had to change it to be a donation link. I'm not sure how to do that on streamlabs or if it's even possible. I don't want to have to use a donation link from paypal as I want the alerts to pop up on stream. I am using a paypal business account.

Streamlabs Console is a subscription service. You would need to log into the Streamlabs Console site, click your PFP in the upper right, choose Account Settings, then scroll down and choose either the Monthly or Annual plan.

Ok I got mine working
So to get my cloudbot working, here is what I did. I had to log out of streamlabs desktop, set my cloudbot name, then for kicks I toggled cloudbot off and back on, then I went and logged back into streamlabs desktop with my streamlabs ID and selected Twitch as my platform. Once I went to type in chat it had my sign in, and as soon as I signed into chat the bot had the custom name

Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

I believe it was removed in OBS 28 because it was a terrible experience for mac users. They moved to Window capture instead, which should allow you to capture a specific window, and select the game from the dropdown list if you want.

Never ever ever had issues with my bitrate till tonight. Makes me want to quit I troubleshot everything I know to do even lowered my bitrate to 1000 and still didn't fix it and I didn't even stream any game. My internet is perfect. Any thoughts?

The problem: Mic audio perfect. Load any game and Mic audio instantly gets lowered to a whisper.
What Ive done to fix it: Was streaming fine a few days ago. Now im having an issue with my Mic that Ive been troubleshooting for the last 2 hours and no luck. I even went as far as recreating my entire stream in SLABS, (my main stream on OBS) and still cant figure this out. Ive tried removing all filters as well as changing mics.

I’ve made some extra follow tabs on alert box, but when I do a test follow it only shows first one, even though I’ve set variation switch to very often. Is this just the test follow thing? Or am I doing something wrong?
Test always show the main alert. In order to test the variations you can replay a follow from your recent events or use the test button for the specific variation.

This issue has probably been solved, but for anyone experiencing this issue, just close Stream Labs and reopen it as an Administrator (If you don't know how to do that, just click on the program and press 'Run as Administrator')

I'd make sure that you have the Fade Out method selected otherwise your alerts will stay on the screen.

Had to wipe computer and now when I login to dashboard w a couple of my social media accounts it doesnt recognize my Ultra subscription. Also, on the dashboard it shows kick is connected but on the desktop it doesnt show up when I try to go live on the desktop. Ugh. Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

The Quality for the Houston ingest is just over what is needed. So I'd use a custom ingest for Twitch and select the Houston ingest.

Valorant anti-cheat prevents game capture or window capture. You need to run display capture for Valorant

I couldn't say, sorry. If you reach out to them, I'd make sure they understand that you're live streaming to Twitch and are having a low quality connection to the Twitch ingest. Most ISP hear the word 'stream', and think you're just trying to watch Netflix.

It’s not my URL I don’t think
That's the URL for the Clips you've made. To get the URL for a Clip, you'd need to click on the Clip, then click the Twitch logo, then it opens the clip in a new browser tab or window and from there you can get the URL for that particular clip.
You likely have an incomplete alert variation for the alert you're working with. Scroll down to the bottom of the page an open the Alert Variation section and if you have any there, click Disable them and then test your alert again or reply an past alert.

For your follower alert issue, this was a known issue back on April 1st that was resolved. Please follow exactly the steps in this post <#known-issues message>
Note that this will not go back and capture any events that were missed. You'll need a completely new follow for verification; let me know and I can follow if you want. Also an unfollow/refollow won't work either.

Are you currently live? You can't change the bitrate if you're live.
Possible the Payments Team hasn't reached your ticket yet. Give it another few days and if you don't get a response, let us know and we can have them check to make sure the ticket is still in the queue.

I know just even if I set the bitrate to 8000 it only comes out 6000 on twitch
Then uncheck the option 'Enforce streaming service encoder settings' if you have it checked as that is what is changing your settings because 6000 is what Twitch recommends. Remember though, bitrates higher than 6000, especially 8000 are reserved for Partners only and sometimes Affiliates.

Switch the Layout from Standard to Condensed.
The problem: Mic audio perfect. Load any game and Mic audio instantly gets lowered to a whisper. Mic volume gets lowered by over 50%
What Ive done to fix it: Was streaming fine a few days ago. Now im having an issue with my Mic that Ive been troubleshooting for the last 2 hours and no luck. I even went as far as recreating my entire stream in SLABS, (my main stream on OBS) and still cant figure this out. Ive tried removing all filters as well as changing mics.
Uninstalling Logitech ghub fixes this problem, most likely an EQ setting. However, I would like to use Ghub for better mic quality and have been trying to find the setting in Ghub thats causing this issue. Can anyone assist here?

I am having the issue where my VODS are not uploading with any audio at all. I have tried following the steps Rufus outlined above on 4/14, but I am still unsuccessful. Please help! This has been happening for all my streams this year.
So you're VODs on Twitch have no audio at all?
Correct. When I am live, everyone can hear me and the game I'm streaming. However, when it uploads as a VOD after I end stream there is 0 audio whatsoever.
I tried enabling Twitch VOD support in the settings and Disabling it, either way there is no sound.
@daring wyvern Click your Start Menu in Windows and type "Change system sounds" and hit enter. Click the Playback tab and/or Recording tab and right-click your microphone/headphones and click Properties. Click the Advanced Tab and uncheck the box for Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device. You should also do this for your microphone/headphones under the respective tab.
Let's check your settings via some screen shots. Please screen shot the following:
- Settings -> Output -> Streaming
- Settings -> Output -> Recording
- Settings -> Audio
- The Advance Audio Settings with your Microphone device opened. To get to these settings, click the ⚙️ icon on the Microphone device in the Mixer and choose Properties then click
>open the Microphone section.
Looks like you have Twitch Soundtrack installed. Please quit Streamlabs Desktop, use the Add/Remove Settings to uninstall Twitch Soundtrack then reboot your PC. Then once you PC is back up,press your Windows key and search %appdata% then open the slobs-plugins folder, then the obs-plugins folder, then you can delete the soundtrack .dll file.
i have purchased multistreaming and i do it to youtube and twitch but when i only want to end my youtube stream when live on both, i have 0 clue how
Once you get Twitch Soundtrack uninstalled. Turn on Twitch VOD then in the Advanced Audio Settings, click track 2 for any source you want in the VOD. Sources not selected won't be heard in the VOD.
That was one issue I tried addressing, however I do not have Twitch Soundtrack installed that I can see.
The DLL is probably hanging around: Press your Windows key and search %appdata% then open the slobs-plugins folder, then the obs-plugins folder, then you can delete the soundtrack .dll file.

That's about as condensed as it can be with the settings that are provided for the Widget. You might be able to play around with some custom HTML or CSS but we don't provide direct support for custom HTML/CSS.
Hello! I have a problem with stream labels, the text doesn't appear when I'm trying to add the label to the scene. Doesn't matter which label or what the text is. It just shows a thin black stripe like on the picture.
In your YouTube Studio, click CREATE then Go Live and then from that next page you should be able to end your stream directly on YouTube.
Do you have any Twitch Soundtrack sources perhaps?
That black strip will show until you get data to fill that label. It won't go back in time and pick up the last event that fits that label.

@past pollen Now click to enable Twitch VOD. Then in Advanced Audio Settings, click on track 2 for any source you want to be in the VOD. OR which ever track you specify in the Twitch VOD option once you enable it.

- Settings > Output > Enable "advanced encoder settings” (if in Simple Output Mode) > Enable “Twitch VOD Track (Uses Track 2)”. If you would like to utilize a different track you will need to be in Advanced output mode at the top of your Output settings.
- Open Advanced Audio Options (settings wheel next to the Streamlabs Desktop mixer).
- On the right hand side, see tracks 1 through 6 highlighted, if track 2 (default Twitch VOD Track) is highlighted for any audio sources, the audio will go through to the VOD.

hellooo after attempting multiple things to fix audio echo nothing worked and I am still dealing with echo again and again. I have tried switching audio monitoring on my mic and desktop yet nothing has worked. Any idea how i can fix this problem? i have been at it for hours now

i did have both turned off, and I am pretty sure my stream wasn't opened in another window
Do you have any audio output capture sources? I'd also make sure to go to Settings -> Audio and specifically selecting your Desktop Audio and Microphone devices rather than leaving it on Default.
yup I just set it to the actual devices but no luck :(( and I don't have any audio output capture sources

The selected audio device is labelled Speakers. I'd select the output device that doesn't route through your voice changer software.
