It’s a interesting issue. Not sure if he’s on a 2 Pc setup but after he enabled Twitch Vod, when he mutes in the GoXLR, he can still be heard on stream, albeit at a low soft volume. Something is still picking up the mic. We went through a lot whilst they were live but no resolve. Suggested that after he end the stream, enable all 6 audio tracks then enable and disable Twitch VOD. All was fine before he enabled Twitch Vod.

Hey Rufus, I think I figured it out. It had something to do with Nivida broadcast, so I closed it out and I don’t get the super loud static anymore. Still a tiny bit but it’s liveable. Thank you for your help 🙂

No, once he enabled Twitch Vod then muted in the GoXLR, he could still be heard on stream and the mic device in the mixer was detecting audio when it shouldn’t be detecting anything.

Not sure why he enabled Twitch Vod in the first place. Never got around to asking that.

Thanks for confirming. Please log out of Discord and quit Discord. Then log out of the Streamlabs web site and the. clear only the cache in your web browser and then quit the web browser. Then launch Discord and log back in and then launch the web browser, navigate to the Streamlabs web site, log back in, and try again.

Hi, I've recently started using the mod tool from cloudbot to stop emote spam, in the beginning it didn't delete bttv emotes and now it deletes them but not always. Feels like it's about how many of the same emote there are in a message. Is this a bug or how does it work when it comes to extension emotes?

- Twitch VOD Track is a new feature implemented in 1.1.x, which allows users to exclude audio from Twitch VODs (video on demand). 
- The purpose of this feature is to exclude DMCA/Copyright music from your VOD. To enable this feature, first verify you have version 1.1.0 or above, (you can verify your version in the top left of Streamlabs Desktop) if you do not have this version, head over to https://streamlabs.com and download a new installer. 

# To Configure: 
- Settings > Output > Enable "advanced encoder settings” (if in Simple Output Mode) > Enable “Twitch VOD Track (Uses Track 2)”. If you would like to utilize a different track you will need to be in Advanced output mode at the top of your Output settings. 

- Open Advanced Audio Options (settings wheel next to the Streamlabs Desktop mixer). 
- On the right hand side, see tracks 1 through 6 highlighted, if track 2 (default Twitch VOD Track) is highlighted for any audio sources, the audio will go through to the VOD. 
- If another VOD track is used, then that specific track will mute the audio going through to the Twitch VOD.

Odds are that the users who did not reflect a subscription have their subscription set to private. In order for them to be read and display on goals/widgets, the user has to set their subscription privacy to public.

Someone gifted 50 subs at one point on my stream. The membership alert widget was going off announcing each person that now has a membership. But The goal bar didn't move. So I'm not sure that is the cause of my problems that happened today.

Can someone tell me why I cannot stream through Streamlabs Console, but can through Twitch, from my Xbox? I have a year's subscription to Ultra, have set up the overlays and scenes in Streamlabs Console and was able to do it just fine before from my old Xbox. I recently got a new Series S, connected Twitch to my Xbox, but streaming through Streamlabs Console doesn't make me go live on Twitch. If I stream directly to Twitch, I go live, but don't have my overlays.

Hi! Labs is not showing Follows on Events and not alerting them, I know that was a known bug the past week but continues happening and I have friends using the Labs alerts and occurred same for them. With other website is not happening so is not Twitch bug, only happens with Labs. Please, fix it or We would have to change the alerts showing provider, is very unlikely this problem. I have alert box resetted but it is not resolved. If I log out website and then log in fixed with the first 1/2 follows but then breaks again… 😦

@proper sail Did you perhaps export your scenes locally? Unfortunately if you didn't, there would not be a way to recover you data. I would go ahead and create a new account on the platform you want to use and once its set up, log into Streamlabs with it so you can start working on getting your scenes and sources and widgets set up.

No unfortunatly I didn't export it locally, I was relaying on the cloud data.
I already contacted slobs support if they maybe can link the old account data to a new one. I would really be a pain in the ass to recreated everything from scratch.

Hi guys! I wondered if anyone has had issues with streamlabs not updating their recent followers? mine hasnt updated in 5 days now, despite having gone from 32-55 followers in that time. Ive been trying to troubleshoot it. So far I have :

• logged out and in,
• deleted and re-set up my stream labels,
• reinstalled stream labels,
• reinstalled SLOBS,

My google-fu is failing me on this one, and I have been unable to find any information about a fix online. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In Streamlabs Desktop, go to Settings -> Audio and set the Desktop Audio device to your headset. If the headset has an attached mic, you should be able to use that by setting that device at Mic/Aux.

I would check your default apps in Windows. If your default web browser is Google Chrome, change it anything else like Microsoft Edge or Firefox. Good Chrome has been know to cause weird issues with logging in.

I have what I think is a pretty decent running laptop and logitech webcam, and am trying to set up live streaming where people can see me on the webcam as well as the screen (financial websites, excel, etc). No mobile, just using my laptop. However, I feel disorientated re: streamlab's multiple links. Is there a direct guide as to what I need to do to be able to stream live online w/my webcam on the lower left (or right) of the screen and then display excel, firefox, word, etc. as the main screen? do I have to upgrade to ultra? Do I need external software? Again, my apologies for the questions. SL appears to be very interesting, but it presents too disorienting info, and I'd like a more customized pathway, especially if I'm not looking to do twitch, FB, etc.

You can do that with Display Capture and then add a Video Capture source for your web cam. Just be careful with what you show on screen. You could use Window Capture for the individual applications if your only going to have them full screen when you're working with them.

You're using Voicemeeter or something similar to split your audio? We can't give support for Voicemeeter directly. I would make sure you have the virtual cables connecting that source for Sound Alerts to the device you expect to hear them.

So to switch platforms to YouTube or Facebook, inside the streamlabs desktop settings window there is an option to log out at the bottom left of the settings window. Signing in with your platform of choice in the settings will then enable you to switch platforms and stream there

Please run this twitch test tool to find out the best server (https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest). Be sure to run the test for either Medium or Long, as short won't give you the most accurate results and be sure to select your region from the listed options (if the regions are not applicable to you, please select 5-6 servers that are near you). You're looking for at least a quality of 84.
Once you've found a good server go to Settings > Stream > Stream to custom ingest and you can manually select your server.

Chatbot is only available for Windows and works only with Twitch and YouTube.

By default, Cloudbot doesn't have a variable for a random chatter. There maybe an API call you can use but I have no idea what that UIRL would be, sorry.

Hello, looking for some assistance. I've been using SLOBS for about 6 months now, woke up this morning and went to launch and start my stream and I was logged out of both Twitch and Streamlabs. Logged into Twitch, went to connect streamlabs and its saying no account existed with my email and it forced me to sign up for a new one. All of my scenes, settings, etc. are gone. Any ideas? I've tried reinstalling, etc. there doesn't appear to be any import data because... I guess streamlabs randomly deleted my account?

Streamlabs Ultra is a subscription (paid monthly or annual) with a lot of benefits, you can learn more about Streamlabs Ultra here https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/is-streamlabs-ultra-worth-it. Streamlabs Ultra includes Streamlabs Console (no separate subscription required). Though using Streamlabs Console, you're limited to the overlays that are built into Streamlabs Console.

If you want more control over streaming from a console, you'd need a capture card, which is of course an expense. You can learn more about streaming from consoles here https://streamlabs.com/content-hub/post/is-streamlabs-ultra-worth-it. With this option, you'd want to use Streamlabs Desktop and thus you'd have access to all the available overlays and widget themes we have available.

IT all depends on how you have your setup. From what I remember from your OP, you have a laptop and a PS4. How do you have the two connected?

I believe you'd need to have the headset connected to the PS4 in this case since you're not using a capture card. The PS4 is where the audio would be originating. I don't have a console so I can't test this setup.

Its all part of the same issue. You can try turning off Browser Hardware Acceleration in Streamlabs Desktop (Settings -> Advanced -> Sources) to see if that helps.

On newer consoles (PS4/PS5, Xbox series S/X) in order to capture party chat you need something like an elgato chat link cable to grab the audio. The short answer: yes.
Long answer: yes you can however it won’t have a significant impact because a second GPU cuts the PCI lanes in half, cutting the performance of each GPU. You’re better off buying a bigger badder GPU like a 4080 or 4090 which has dedicated encoding chips and enough “oomph” to not see a significant impact on performance.

I thought it would be similar to Treatstream as their integration for their alert shows in the alert box

I've looked into that and the browser source option doesn't give much open for customization of the font,text size etc. The Streamlabs integration that they use will reflect when i test it but it shows up as the default text over image and theres no way to edit it. It's just confusing because they say to customize it in the "Streamlabs Panel"

Hello guys, i've got a problem of Streamlabs, my game is droped fps much .. How should i fix it?

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: RTX 3060 12gb oc

If i close Streamlabs, then its everything fine, but if i turn on Streamlabs, then i've got drop many fps

I would set the monitor refresh rate to a multiple of 60. Then cap the in game FPS to that amount. And in Streamlabs Desktop, set the FPS (Settings -> Video) to the same value. This reduces the load on your GPU.

Then go with 120. Anything higher is really not useful. Streaming games is a compromise.

Just keep them multiples of 60.

So im getting told i need to connect a subscription to my account when tryna stream from xbox and i have my accounts connected can anyone help me figure this out? Nothin online or i wouldnt be here lol

Here are a few other suggestions that may help:

• Please do a custom clean install of your graphics diver following these steps exactly. If you have GeForce Experience open that and download the latest driver. • If you happen to have an AMD graphics card, - please follow this link and consider doing a clean install of your graphics card driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
• Grab a fresh installer from Streamlabs.com and reinstall the program.
• Right click Streamlabs OBS and choose to run it an administrator
• Disable Game Bar https://prnt.sc/s6f4rx & Game Mode https://prnt.sc/s6f3wm in Windows
• Lowering your encoder settings or changing encoders in Streamlabs OBS (Settings > Output > Encoder)
• Look to see if there are any Windows updates available.
• Make an entirely new scene collection and be conservative when adding your sources.
• Try lowering your in-game settings to all low.

Yes, Streamlabs Console is a subscription service. You'll need to enter your billing details. Streamlabs Console is included in Streamlabs Ultra, if you have that.

its not, I just looked. I have subs and donation set up in streamlabs console, I am going over to streamlabs website and hitting the test button and nothing happens on the twitch screeen

Use new one if you have a 2070 or lower, use the other one (not new) if you have a 3070 or 4xxx series card.

No worries. Switch that around. You can go to the Recent Events page on the main Streamlabs site https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/recentevents and replay an alert once you've got the Alert Box added. Just click the rotating arrows to replay an alert.

You can use to display single events, like the last follower, last donation, last subscriber, etc.

i made a really cool custom alert thing and had it working fine. i used it's URL in SE Live (yes, sorry , i have to use it for reasons) but i have since changed computers and i cant find it.** where do i find the custom alerts we've made?**

Not sure if this is what you need, but you can find your Streamlabs Alert Box here: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/alertbox I'm guessing you're wanting the Widget URL which can be found at the top of the page. Remember, that Widget URL is confidential. Treat it like the PIN number for your ATM card.

V2 was sunset about two years ago. Data from that test was used to improved the regular Alert Box.

The data is all stored in Streamlabs. If you install Streamlabs Desktop on another PC, just be sure to sign into it using the same account you use on the other PC.

Hey guys. One quick question. I am using SLOBS to stream on Twitch and for some reason my Mini Feed is not showing new followers or subs for the past month or two, why is that?

I tried logging out on SLOBS and logging in again but that didn't help

This was a known issue (since resolved) from back on April 1st. Please follow, in order, the steps in this post: <#known-issues message>

Note this will not go back and capture any events that were missed. You'll need to get a new follow once you've completed those steps.

I would try this:

Go to the End Credit Widget page: https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/credits
Uncheck the Moderators option.
Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.
Wait a few minutes.
Check the Moderators option.
Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.

If you are still missing the moderators during the next End Credits roll on your next stream, please put in a ticket so the team can investigate.
