Heya not sure if streamlabs obs is messing up or my connection, but all of a sudden bitrate dropped heavilyand connection became unstable , streamlabs froze and crashed, 3 times before i could get it to run again properly and continue my stream, all other programs were fine no connection issues , or other devices no connection issues aswell..

Does anyone use Multistream on Streamlabs Ultra? I streamed yesterday on Twitch, Facebook, Trovo and Youtube and only got shown the chat from youtube. How do I also see the other chats?

Hey there! You should be able to see all of the chats in your "multi-stream" tab when live. You should have a tab for the platform you're logged in with, as well as a chat tab for multi-stream for all of the platforms' chats.

That's completely different, chatbot is an actual bot you use to moderate your chat and you can use that bot for functions on Discord

Streaming to your Discord channel via Xbox is different then that entirely

Can someone help?
Trying to setup tips now and only see Credit Card and PayPaloptions.
Credit Card says I can't connect it, because "it's not supported in my country" (I'm in Poland) and PayPal just doesn't want to work for me.
I know there was an option to connect Skrill before, is it no longer possible?
Also is Credit Card connecting is not supported in Poland? It's listed on Stripe's website and I though that Streamlabs uses it to process credit card payments.

I have to say that the quality of the stream is terrible. the image is blurred, checkered. my upload is 25mbps. Hi all. Sorry if this is the wrong channel, but I’ve been racking my brain and scouring the internet for answers for a couple weeks now and can’t seem to find one.

When I go live on Twitch, Streamlabs is set to automatically record my sessions. The recording comes out skipping frames/with lower resolution than my stream, and even when I download the VOD off Twitch I get the same result as the recording from Streamlabs, even though the VOD looks fine if I watch it back on Twitch’s website. I’ve seen instances of other people reporting the same issue, yet no suggestions on how to fix it (except for one thing that didn’t even end up fixing it for me). Has anybody here experienced the same problem and solved it? I’d be so grateful if someone can help me I feel like I’m going crazy

That is the latest version. Streamlabs Desktop checks for updates each time it starts and if there is an update available, it will download and install it. If you're behind this version and your install doesn't seem to be updating, please download a fresh installer from the Streamlabs web site and run the installer as administrator; let it install over your existing installation - you won't lose any of your settings or scenes/sources.

Yea unfortunately it looks like it’s gone. Now there’s something about a “white glove” service for Ultra members. You’ll need to submit a help request online. No glove service for Streamlabs Console subscribers though that I can see. 🤔

Hiya, I use YouTube and streamed yesterday, I gained only 3 subscribers from the stream but none of them showed up on the alertbox widget or in the mini feed nor the recent events on the streamlabs website. How do I fix this? It's only listing the subscribers from 8 months ago but not the ones from my recent streams.

This is due to a privacy setting on YouTube. YouTube users by default have the subscriptions private which means that any subscriptions they make cannot be detected by Streamlabs and thus won’t alert and won’t show up in your mini feed. The viewer would have to make their subscriptions public before subscribing to your channel for the subscription to be detected.

You can see this privacy option here: https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy

Again, it is up to the viewer, not the streamer, to turn off this privacy option BEFORE they subscribe to your channel. Turning it off afterward won't recover the missed event.

For Twitch, yes. Use the Twitch VOD track option. You must be logged in with your Twitch account in order for this option to be available. It is not available for other platforms since they don't have the support for it. If you are logged in with our Twitch and don't see the option, log out of Streamlabs Desktop and then log back in. 👇

Glad I’m not the only one having issues today. That's not a known issue though, we've had no reports of that ongoing from any other users and since it's iteration of Streamlabs Console I haven't seen an issue like that occur. Generally speaking most times if you're having an issue with streaming with SL Console and Twitch then you should try the disconnection guide for the connection itself

Yea they took that away and now the “white glove service” is only available to Streamlabs Ultra subscribers with a linked account to discord. Even though some of us pay for Streamlabs Console, there’s not “white glove service” to be had. I’ve had a ticket in now for 4 days and still having issues.

You’ll notice they didn’t reply to anything I posted about that issue today too. And why they gave white glove service to one subscriber group and not the other is beyond me. The subscriber groups are entirely different so it’s not like a scaled tier. One group is on PC, the other using Console because they don’t have a gaming pc or one suitable to streaming. SL console isn’t even listed as a service to request help for when submitting a ticket. You have to select “other”x

The "endlessly loading" issue tends to be coming from a Vtuber software. Do you have any Vtuber software installed? If so, try uninstalling it > restart your PC and try again.

^^ same here, everything was working fine until yesterday afternoon, now my overlays won’t switch, I have to stop and start stream again for the overlay to change (streamlabs console xbox) as well as my phone camera will not show on stream even tho my browser is showing the camera is active. Also I do pay for this service on a monthly service, so any fix would be greatly appreciated.

No. With multi streaming, effectively you are only streaming to one platform, Streamlabs. We then send your stream to the platforms you have enabled when you go live. It doesn’t require a higher bitrate or more bandwidth.

Live chat support is available for only Ultra members now but not Streamlabs Console members? That’s a poor business choice. We use Streamlabs Console because we don’t have access to gaming PC’s. So on streamlabs console i have a issue that I'm not sure is talked about or not. I have it to where whenever i go live, my game capture goes into a tiny box at the top left of the screen. If i mess around with stuff like changing screens or resolution settings on the console itself for a couple of minutes it will eventually go back to the correct position that i want it in. And no. I am not a ultra member so i can't do any live chat or anything like this. If people don't have options for live chat on the console version then you will lose customers due to lack of live support for console version too.

I just don't know where else to go for my issue.

I bought the Stream Labs Ultra annual sub and I have been doing a multi-stream for a few days now. There seems to be an, "unstable" in red bar that shows up on Twitch channel stream. However, if I stream only on Twitch it shows up as, "Excellent" in green bar. Any fix? I am multi-streaming to facebook and youtube aside from twitch and I plan on adding more platforms soon.

Streamlabs doesn't have support for Kick at this time. If you want to stream to Kick using Streamlabs Desktop, you can add it as a custom destination with your RTMP URL and stream key from Kick.

With the lack of console updates it’s tempting to refund my streamlabs membership and switch to light-stream. Then see if you have some sources muted and double check your audio settings in Streamlabs Desktop: Settings -> Audio

Make sure the specific devices are selected. Sometimes Windows Update will cause devices to be remunerated and you have to go and select them again.

Follow these steps to reset Cloudbot. Make sure Streamlabs is not banned on your channel.

1. Unmod streamlabs
2. Toggle Cloudbot off
3. Wait for at least 10 minutes
4. Toggle Cloudbot back on
5. Mod streamlabs
6. Wait 10 minutes before trying commands

Sounds like you might have Follower events filtered out.

Having issues with your audio? Try the following solutions!

1. Make sure the audio source is not muted in the mixer on Streamlabs Desktop.

2. Some audio management software, like Nahimic 2, Sonic studio sound or motherboard audio software like Realtek HD Audio Manager or Sound Blaster Recon are known to cause issues. Try closing that kind of software, and also check Windows taskmanager if any processes with a similar name are running to be closed. If this doesn't work, try going in to your Windows Playback Devices in your Windows Audio Settings, right click on the sound device you are using and click on Properties, then go to the Advanced Tab and uncheck the box that says "Give exclusive mode applications priority" and that should resolve it.

3. Select manually the desktop audio device (audio settings), you use as default device in Windows Sound, not setting it to default. Alternatively you can set it to disabled and add in the scene you want desktop audio an Audio Output Capture and select the device that is set as default device in Windows Sound.

4. Install Windows C++ Redistributable [Link][1]

5. As a last resort, you can temporarily use an alternative program to capture audio like VoiceMeeter Banana. This program allows you to set it as the default device, and then use a virtual audio cable into Streamlabs Desktop to capture the desktop audio. Having an Ultra subscription won't cause network issues. I'd reach out to your ISP and have them check your modem and connection and go from there. Also if you're streaming over Wifi, I'd suggest using a wired ethernet connection if you can as it can provide a more reliable connection to the Internet. And of course, put in a ticket if you need technical support with Streamlabs Desktop.
