I bought around 67-71 mice in the last 5 years. Around one every month. Sometimes 2... I have multiple computers and setups with a ton of ergonomic mice from different brands. I learnt to aim half of them in a high level. I use a Keychron mouse at the moment I just switched it, because it gives an angle thats better and it has gaming sensor and wireless, but I am not able to play more than 2 hours because the pain starts. Then I switch to a vertical mouse and I can play much longer, but my performance is like 3-5% worse. Of course I need to change sens too, because of the different shape and grab style.

Thx for the advice but at the moment there is no product on the planet that would help me. Only a vertical wireless gaming mouse is the solution and nothing else. I have 5 mouse pads from different brands it doesn't help, not like I bought them to help me.

The solution is already there the product just doesn't exist actually

wired vertical gaming mice are fine, but the wire lower my performance too and I play on a very low sensitivity and the cable is much more problematic in this case.

bring back fn remapping!!!!!!!! do it like mouse left button when not in hypershift, require a different key to do fn function before remapping the physical fn key! i need it for my huntsman mini analog to swap right alt with fn, then use fn+enter to toggle some mode where right alt, right shift, right ctrl, and that other key become arrow keys! I dont wanna hold fn to use arrow keys just toggle it for when im coding and untoggle it when playing so i can use right shift!

Please, implement feature for the mouses like "hold key to smootly increase DPI value, once released - the direction of smootly changes is changed". So while you hold the key - DPI increased by 50 per tick upside, once released - direction is changed, so next click starts to reduce DPI. Last value automatically saved to different "level" of DPI that is not in order of level change. So if key "change DPI level" is clicked - the next/first DPI level is selected, the manual value still stored in "6th" level to be manually copied later (switch level works only 1 to 5)

I feel like a good thing to change is make it so we have USB on the back instead of front, V1 has three and V2, for some reason, has two on the front (but still have at least one USB on the front so you can use a USB Pen drive or Hyperspeed Dongle).
V3 should also have a braided cable. V1 has it, but V2 uses cheap plastic cable, probably due to the fact that it's made out of medal compared to V1, which has a plastic build.

Hi Razer , I was looking for a great gaming mouse for fps , I have tried some of the best ones for my tastes, i mean for palm grip and and that they had the button that you call " multi-function trigger button" including g502 and g402.

i've bought an basilisk v3 but i i returned it.

Why ? Well , for some reasons , first of all why the "multi function button " is so hard to reach and so hard to press , at least the pressure should be like the m4 and m5 button , easier to press . Unless a person has a very but very large hand the location should be closer or should be removable like the previous version.

Believe it or not, a few days ago, I was about to suggest a " Basilisk Essential" version before finding out it's already been done almost 6 years ago .

These were my suggestions :

• keep the scroll wheel , i think is the most comfortable on the market , but removing the left and right tilt , is useless in gaming , If it was my choice I would also remove the free spin feature but i'm not alone in the world

-keep the shape (is very good) and the plastics grip surfaces but removing this uncomfortable additional plate , it's very weird , i think change the position of the hand , i can't reach a comfortable palm position it's like if push the hand from below.

-the multi function button , should be like the g402 to be perfect , easier to press , great shape and perfect height and position , but it's good also the previously removable version , the current version on the v3 is too thick and is too hard to press

-also for production costs ,for example the deathadder 6400 dpi sensor , for the most games and in the standard settings for mouse sensibility i think is enough , I haven't even reached that value in quake 2 enhanced

I really really LOVE the razer chroma studio BUT... I have 1 thing that I really miss. I am using the viper ultimate mouse with charging dock. When I use quick effects, I can set the color of my dock to the battery level of my mouse. I love this. The 1 big problem is I dont like the quick effects. I use my own effects made in the chroma studio. The thing I am missing here is the option to set the color of the dock, of keys on my keyboard, or even on my mouse, to the battery level of my mouse. This is not an option in the studio.
So my idea is, make it an option. I think a lot of people would be using this to just be able to set their dock to the battery level of their mouse even when using a custom effect. I thought I’d touch this subject because:

With all the brands making handheld PC’s (ROG Ally/Ally X, MSI Claw, Legion Go/Go S)

I feel like Razer should totally capitalize on this, for a new Edge V2 windows 11 handheld PC!

Lenovo did the tablet thing with the legion go, which is like a PC switch 2, with the detachable controllers and the mouse mode!

Like the android version of the edge kinda failed even tho it was it very well spec wise. Leaving it to die on android 12 just was the nail in the coffin. And it just couldn’t compete with the handheld PCs at the time.

I feel like now is the perfect time for Razer to revive the 2013 edge pro as a new Edge V2 with fresh specs like the Z1 extreme, and windows 11! And also that sweet chroma RGB!

Razer can totally do the same and make this a reality! What’s stopping them I wonder?

This could really make razer some good money if they execute it right.

I’m on my hands and knees begging for a company to make a mouse that fits what I am looking for. Ive been searching for years, and the only mouse that I’ve ever found that was close to what I wanted is awful. I had to import it from a Chinese manufacturer, the software has to be constantly disabled because it causes inputs to stick, and the mouse itself has had several mechanical failures and issues that have required me to modify it through adding material or literally shaving pieces off to fix failures. Even so I’m still using it over my Viper 8k, because there’s no other offering on the market that is similar. Here’s the unicorn that many people online and myself are still looking for:

-M4/M5 + a Thumb/“sniper” button
-8k polling rate
-Button Mapping/DPI profiles + dedicated DPI/profile switch button
-Esports-grade trigger length and click latency

I recently switched from MadCatz R.A.T. 8+ ADV to Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K - this mouse replaces RAT in every possible way except the scroll wheel. I know about scroll wheel tilting macros, but I'd really love to see a mouse with dedicated side-scrolling wheel. I loved this feature in RAT and I used it in my work every day (I'm a software developer and it helps with horizontal code scrolling). I understand it's a niche feature and the tilting macros are supposed to replace that, but it just doesn't work that well.

I can't speak myself for it but it's wishful thinking and i think it was a bit of a odd change to go from the old deathadder V2 to V3 Going from a ergo mouse to a more esports centered mouse, I think it was a competitive mouse but i think it was way better overall grip for us with bigger hands.

I've been loyal to using Razer as my keyboard/mouse for 10 years, but the biggest thing that's letting me down is I'm planning on converting my setup to a WHITE aesthetic and the Naga only comes in black. @boreal crystal I was binding all the health and grenade quick keys in pubg on the 10-key. Having dedicated keyboard functions is more reliable and do not get tagged like macros. All games see keyboard functions some don't even see all the basilisk keys. Apex Legends needs a delay to use an escape macro. Bind it as a keyboard function and it just works.

You don't even want to know how much I would pay either!

Depends on game. I can go to any game and most default keys just work and I don't need to worry about it.

If synapse is not properly working. A lot of these features are gone. It is more reliable not using these features.

Naga was bad for double clicks. Synapse not seeing the correct side plate. Side buttons wear quickly.

Having something that connects with a hyperspeed dongle would elimante another usb dongle taking up ports. I use a 10-key for 3d modeling. My wife is an accountant. We are more comfortable on a number pad.

I haven't been able to try a Naga V2 with the two parallel rows, but that style works well for me, historically. I mostly used the style in Destiny 2, but it works great for ARPG's too, Elden Ring particularly.

I was so happy when razer remote connect came out but then when I realized it didn't work with the quest 3 I was so disappointed. I really hope you guys can get it to work with the quest 3. I used to be in the razer zone special forces back in 2008 2010, I'm a long time razer fan and fanatic for sure. I do have a couple ideas though like a wireless charging keyboard and a long enough mouse pad that can charge both keyboard and mouse at the same time. I don't know if it's possible to have both go through one dongle and receive 8K polling to eliminate any unnecessary future upgrades for the longest possible and if you can get it to only utilize one USB port with only one thing plugged in in order to charge all the devices that would be brilliant

Also wireless monitors with 4K resolution and high refresh rate will eventually be possible as Wi-Fi speeds will continue to increase so that will be a nice idea maybe later on

Oh and if you can create a single strap backpack that is all black with green metal for the zippers and maybe even the thread, oh I would so buy one. I actually designed a small concept but never knew razor would actually ask for product ideas so I'm taking my shot
