I only just learned that the cable that connects to the Viper Ultimate's charging dock is removable. I bought it used and it came already plugged in.

The charging dock charges pretty slowly and I had forgotten to charge my mouse for a while and wanted to keep using it. Cant use it while docked so I was looking on the product pages for the dock and mouse and seen the dock's page mentioned a cable, so I pulled to see if it was removable and it is, the cable is a super snug tight fit though, I was scared I would break something.

So I can pop the cable off the dock to speed charge the mouse when I forget to charge for a long time, then pop it back into the dock.

Also, I got pretty mad when I found out Razer designed the Viper Ultimate to not work with regular Micro USB cables, and because of the fact that it's Micro USB, I never looked at it before and assumed it was USB C.

At least Logitech's dumb special Micro USB connector is optional, normal Micro USB cables will fit and the proprietary one just gives a much more secure attachment point.

Razer's cable is much more secure than the Logitech one but more isn't always better, I'd rather have the cable fall out if it gets pulled for some reason.

I could have gone through Logitech's support team but they want a ton of proof that it was happening, and my G Pro starting double clicking at random times so I couldn't consistently record it while it acted up.

After the Viper Ultimate I picked up a Firefly V2 mousepad and a Blackwidow V3 Mini and have them all set to Ambient Awareness to mirror the colors on my screen. Including the charge dock.

Razer's chroma strips are very overpriced. The mousepad, mouse, and keyboard were all mostly fairly priced.

The mouse was $80 renewed.

Keyboard was $104.95 renewed.

Which is fair because there are only two other low latency small form factor keyboard on the market. The ROG F-a-lchion and Logitech G915 TKL.

The Firefly V2 was $42 minus a $5 prime discount making it $37.

I've seen the kit before but I would never buy it at that price, but with a spare PCIE cover, a 3 pin ARGB extension cable, and hot glue I could create a removable outlet for an internally-external PC ARGB strip for my monitor.

Cut two holes in the PCIE cover, bundle up the 3 pin extension, have one connection facing inside the case, have the other connection outside the case.

Then hot glue both connections in place

Actually, only one hole is needed because the inward connection doesn't need one, just needs to be glued to somewhere on the inside side of the pcie cover

My old case had a watercooling hole but my newer one does not,

but even then I would not want to go straight out of the case because if pulled on the cable could damage the motherboard, and I move my case a lot.

The pcie cover with hot glued connection is like a ghetto USB port.

It's possible a pre-made external 3-pin 5V addressable connector add-on for PC's exists somewhere but searching so far shows nothing.

This ARGB USB would only work with other hand made ARGB USB's though and not normal USB stuff.

It's like how Apple's thunderbolt USB C port can be used to send video to a monitor, they are just using USB C as a physical connector, internally it's not really USB C at all.

Id say that depends on how big of a file you'll be rendering or developing 8gb of ram with the card is okay but more would be better again depending on the size of the project or render. Again depending on what you are designing.

In essence not saying no but more info would be required as to what you are looking for so a better decision could be reached.

I actually did this idea and it worked

I got it running off the Razer ARGB controller. Turned out cheaper for better overall lighting

Now I got ambient awareness in synapse working onto the wall behind my screen

I used EK extension cables and EZDIY-FAB frosted strips straight out the PCIe covers, had the exact same idea lol

I didn't do the hot glue outlet tho so maybe not all exactly the same I guess lol

If not they should offer all keycaps in an language I see no reason why they can not print them in what you like. But you might have to request items if no other people are asking for them. 2 set in stock in any language should be possible for most popular languages

We had customers ask before even enter a new older language for canada natives in the 1990. Was shocked they missed one that was requested for bulk orders. They got what they wanted now.

Yes the website need more custom option so the sales team can use it better with all options customers can get. But if you do not see something you want ask for a sale team members to help with custom orders. They do bigger contracts mostly but have option to order what customers would like. I noticed that when youre in a call the audio quality drops significantly AND it cant distinguish between call audio and phone media audio

so if youre gaming or listening to music while playing, it shares the same worse audio quality

that's a pretty widely affected issue for bluetooth in general, BT doesn't have enough bandwidth for both mic and high quality audio

You can yeah. It's a separate toggle in synapse. It's true though that it can be a little difficult with other controllers but you can workaround it by disabling the Analog's controller driver

Imo there's not really value in the V2 unless you run two extra monitors
