you set the ingame sensitivity way lower

and adjust windows sensitivity as well\

at a high DPI setting your mouse sends data more regularly, whereas on a lower DPI there will be gaps in the samples

it's better to raise your dpi higher when you have a high polling rate mouse

dpi is literally just a mouse resolution

although the bigger it is the more sensitive it is, until you lower the freaking sensitivity on everything
