could be that the 8port uses a different usb controller- brand doesnt necessarily mean that they will be using a similar quality product. plus splitting a single usb to 8 is a lot harder than 4

I have synapse installed as well as the latest firmware

it's like if it's idle, it should go to sleep right, and it does and it wakes up fine

but sometimes it doesn't and I have to switch it off and then 2.4 back again (yeah I'm using dongle only, no bluetooth)

so I'm just wondering why am I facing this issue
