I mainly use my Krakens for gaming, so I don't need having a really good bass or mids, I need a good headset comfortable, and capable to provide me the enough information to keep me alive during my game sessions. For music, I sometimes use them and sometimes I just use my laptop's speakers, my WF-C500 and my Hammerheads, I love Razer Audio App & Sound Connect, they allow me to change the config on my phone really quick.

The product designs from Razer are specialized for gaming, that's why the software as THX is mainly used for the HRTF and THX. And I understand that the headsets that you are endorsing, are for more professional audio enjoyers, I can't see me using a software like this (#razer-discussion message) to customize my gaming sessions every time when I just want to keep it simple and competitive for me.

hi! looking for help and if this isn't the right place please point me in the right direction! I can't figure out how to balance volume on my new balckshark v3 headset. I could with my old nari essential. i have hearing loss and this is pretty important to me. there is no balance button found at control panel>sound>blackshark v3>properties>levels, not found under sound settings either. no option for this in synapse. doesnt seem to be a driver issue as this option is present with other optputs, like my speakers.
