So my Blackwidow v4 Pro (full) keyboard with green switches has major switch isues. Some get stuck, many suffer "ghosting" where a single press will doublepress, often with some lag..

For instance, if I type in "typewriter", the keyboard might input either "typeewrriteer" or "typewewritere" or variations of there.

The Fortnite edition of the same keyboard with yellow switches is on sale at half off near me. Does it suffer the same issues? I don't play Fortnite but I'd be willing to suffer the branding for a functioning keyboard.

Does anyone know how to reset the razer kraken v4 pros, the actual headset? It's clicking and I'm pretty sure its just in a loop tripping itself and it won't turn on. I looked up you can for the V3's but I have the V4 pros, I'm not seeing anything on a pinhole or anything to reset it. It's just looping on me.

Thing is, it won't connect period because its looping on a hardware level

I might have to wait a few days for it to just discharge, it won't charge, turn on, turn off, connect to anything. In general the software for synapse 4 has been extremely buggy.

I can't do a firmware update because it won't turn on. I can't connect it to anything. So a software based reset does nothing. I don't understand why they would remove the pinhole in V4 that prevents this literal exact issue, it's just stupid.

I'm honestly unhappy with how the synapse 3 to 4 switch has been too. It was clearly not ready with all the issues it has and the fact that the chroma and synapse sections are seperated now in groups of tabs when it could really just been one interface like synapse 3 just with tabs. Its just bad design imo. Its confusing when things that should be in synapse are in.. chroma? Like the haptic stuff, makes you switch apps to even change that, but that's a different story. Right now I'm just trying to get my headset working again.

Crashes a ton too. And then you can't mix game haptics with audio haptics, its one or the other. There's no quick way of switching that either when there really should be, even if its just attached to profile data.

Its manual every time I open something where I prefer one or the other

The OEMs you can buy on eBay, AliExpress etc. mostly seem to be for the wired (non-Pro) version and I basically just wanted to know if you think the top shell of the V3 (wired) will line up with the bottom half of my current V3 Pro’s shell?

From the migration from synapse 3 to synapse 4, one of my profiles got "locked" to my mouse. It says only the creator can remove it, or I have to reset the mouse.

However, Synapse 3 doesnt recognize my razer devices anymore.

Keep bios updated and dont worry only know power was a power supply seem to fail after 4 or 5 year left plug in and over clocking was done. But they have been upgraded since then. Not had problems with new version so far even with it running on cooling stand and pushing overclocking to extra

On a side note, I thought that the reset from the profile menu was good enough at first. But I finally found the factory reset button in the help page.

The DAv3HS doesn't support Bluetooth.

The Cobra Pro, Orochi v2, Naga v2 line, or the wireless Basilisk models are probably a better fit if you want that feature.

They should all work great. Like most run 1440p HD on laptop for gaming still and mouse with only 1600 dpi so the newest mice are very big over kill

Logitech newest mice are not even 1000 dpi they got access to good price and stock of parts no being used lots but was at one time hard to access when 27 inch screen came out and 1080p video cards.

Lots still seem to use 1080p ultra newest standard to keep portable equipment running well.

4k great and all but still expensive.

Hi i have a problem with my Razer Viper v3 Pro since a few days. When i play with cable i have my normal sense. But as soon i pull the cable out and want to play wireless the sense seem to cut in half, even though visible nothing changes in the software. I did a reinstal of the software and also a firmware update for the mouse. It was working for a day till the same stuff happened again and i just cant get it to work normally!

hey guys, does anyone here own the Razer Hammerhead earbuds?

I’ve been having a lot of issues with them and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing. the updater didn’t work for me at all because the earbuds weren’t recognized in USB mode, but I managed to fix that by using an older Windows 10 PC, the update finally went through. after that, both Xbox mode and USB mode started working on my main PC, but in USB mode they still don’t show up in Synapse or the Razer Audio Setup app, so I’m stuck with the default settings.

the main problem I’m having is with the microphone. it works fine at first, but as soon as there’s any sound playing (from a game, video, etc.) the mic completely cuts out. it seems like there’s some built-in noise suppression that you can’t turn off, and it mutes the mic whenever there’s audio output.

has anyone found a way to disable this noise suppression or get around this issue? it’s super frustrating, especially for how expensive these earbuds are.

I bought the razer orochi v2 and the shape and size of the mouse is so good for RTS games I'm in love with it. If there's gonna be a Orochi v3 in the future can i make the suggestion to make the sides of the mouse equal and flatter and also the mouse buttons are a bit stiff, would be nice with just a bit softer click pressure. I lost the dongle to my keyboard and I had both my keyboard and Basilisk V3 Pro on the same dongle. I'm having issues with my Basilisk right now and every time I try to fix it my keyboard goes out. Which dongle do I need for the Deathstalker Pro TKL keyboard, or what dongle should I get alternatively for my Basilisk so I can finish trying to repair it?

Do you have the dongle of the Basilisk?

There are Hyperspeed dongles available for most products.

Don't quote me on this, but I think that any Hyperspeed Razer dongle can be paired to any Hyperspeed product even if the markings don't match.

The 4000Hz and 8000Hz products that come with a large USB C dongle that requires a cable are a different story and will not be compatible with the smaller dongles.

Feel free to use both, but for bugs is preferable Razer Support because the information can arrive them directly, so they can work for future updates.

I was thinking of getting the Razer DAV3, but I stumbled upon a comment that explained their overall experiences with the DAV3, they said that it has issues on its scroll encoder

Hi, Since today, I've been having a problem with my BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed. It decides to connect to a device via Bluetooth even though I never use Bluetooth mode, so every now and then I hear the voice saying "Bluetooth Connected - Pairing - Bluetooth Disconnected" which is annoying because I've never tried to use Bluetooth. Hey guys i wanna change my mouse and my keyboard. How are the razer basilisk v3 35k and the razer huntsman v3?, im worried about too much noise with the keyboard and i usually like membrane but i want opinions

my current mouse is the logitech g502x but its literally melting

honestly on the keyboard side a lot of configuration and setting basically giving you extra refine adjustment to suit your style to the small details but if you dont want to play too much with the setting and ruined your gameplay then it is not really worth it instead you should stick with something more affordable

like the blackwidow v4 x let's say

for the sound if you dont want too much noise than you should go for linear switches

unless you want analog than goodluck

as for the mouse the razer basilisk v3 35k is basically the pro vairent but without the wireless connectivity is pretty much the logitech g502 x but more shape focus it can almost do anything you would need in a gaming mouse and as a razer basilisk v3 pro 35k user it is a really good mouse especially for the mouse although the one grape i have with it is that the basilisk scroll wheel is definitely less durable compare to the g502x and it could lead to problem with the mouse scroll wheel aside from that it is a good mouse

I suggest linar red switches and razer had some muting stuff so it should at least be less quiet than normal keyboard as for the g502x I think the basilisk build quality would ensure that it wont melt

@timid charm Honestly, I am very dissipointed. I spent a lot of money on your products - specifically the Naga Pro and The Black Widow Keyboard wireless. There are so many glitches that it is unusable. My mouse moves on its own, my keys don't register when pressed. I was in a huge meeting yesterday with my decked out razer peripherals, thinking I can use my macros take easy notes but when the meeting started my keys were not typing my mouse was moving erratically. The wifi is always hit or miss. Its honestly not right. Its embarassing. I had a Corsair mouse that I bought in 2018 that I had to use. Well the wired removable on most. But they changed wireless mice to work in a smaller distance from recievers. Because they were having problems with gaming at lan party's and in offices. Wired work best with many people in one room. For no interference. The wireless team being working 30 years on technology and deathadder v4 came out with new v2 wireless technology. Hopefully all products will work soon with v2 technology with all devices still supporting the 8 controller input.

V1 technology still working great for most people even for upto 8 people. But if it must work 100% every time and at couch distance from big screen or in imax theater v2 wireless a much better option. Testing shows the old and new engineering team have definitely made improvements to the technology. Excepting to see Bluetooth as well to adapt the new technology fully

Open Razer Synapse.
Go to your Basilisk V3 Pro settings (usually under the Performance tab).
Find the Motion Sync toggle and turn it OFF.
