I currently have the normal wireless mouse dock with charging.

If I get the mat, use this on my main desktop. I will plug the mouse wireless dock into my workstation to use mouse on both, but how do I change which device is in control of the mouse without having to disconnect the dock/mat from each machine?

Razer cortex and razer synapse are by FAR the most fucking annoying app i have EVER had on this computer in the last 5 years. EVERYTIME i shutdown or restart my computer, it immediately starts to update itself, or launch the app on its own. And yes, I know auto start up can be disable via windows settings but then my keyboard wont glow. Like I do NOT want an app just for the keyboard to change colors.

If you mean the top part of the switch itself aka the housing then maybe, technically you could if you're like mechanically precise and not just "careful enough".

Because the easiest way to remove the housing of the switch is to put the switch into a housing opener.

You can't really just pick it off like a lego.

Think of removing the housing is equal to separating the 1x1 lego block, except this one if you break something that's a gg.

So eventually, if you want to mod something. Always go for the hot swappable keyboards.

It's a very known issue for the v4 75.

The bottom is transparent for the rgb and the top one is solid for letters.

I recently updated from Razer Synapse 3 to Razer Synapse 4 and spent hours migrating my macros, only to encounter a terrible and unusable experience. The process was frustrating, and the current state of Synapse 4’s macro functionality is unacceptable—especially in an AI-driven era. It might be time to reconsider your development team’s competence.

Major Issues with Macro Migration:
Broken Macro References: When a bigMacro contains nested references to a miniMacro, the migration fails to preserve these links, causing the miniMacro to go missing.
Chaotic Dropdown Organization: After migration, the dropdown list for selecting macros is completely disorganized—neither alphabetically sorted nor searchable (no fuzzy search). This makes reassigning macros tedious.
Execution Failures: Macros that worked perfectly in Synapse 3 now malfunction in Synapse 4, despite identical settings.
Spending hours reconfiguring macros only to face these issues is infuriating. The macro system in Synapse 4 is severely flawed and needs urgent fixes.

I expect a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of these problems.

Go to the bottom of windows device manager, under Xbox 360 devices it’s there just find which one is the keyboard and right click> disable

May need to reboot once done

Unplug the controller and see if it disappears. But the Xbox 360 device is most likely the keyboard because modern actual controllers are in a different category usually
