So the 2 8TB drives are for media storage. The 2TB SATA SSD is gonna be a scratch disk, the 512GB NVME SSD is for Windows (likely gonna engulf Windows into the other NVME SSD), the 2TB NVME SSD is for games/apps that need the fastest loading times, and the 3 1TB SSDs are for other games/apps

OK, so getting new RAM won't fix that. Since your RAM does up to 3200MHz. Something else in the stack is blocking the RAM from accessing its full potential.
