The 719 has the RGB strip that goes down the front. Only downside of the 719 and Pro 2 is there's no separate power button for the 2nd rig, you have to change the reset button of the first machine to the power button of the 2nd. The Evolv X has a power button at the back for the 2nd machine... but it's also much smaller so headroom might be an issue

Thats my only other thought , if your rams seated, hdd is correctly powered and plugged in , every thing is seated correct. My only other thought is the cpu could have bent pins.
