I recently purchased another Razer Blackshark Pro (white edition) and it's advertised everywhere that it's designed for xbox, it's licensed by xbox, the cords are extremely short, it's not showing up in my Razer Synapse on PC, etc. I assumed it just included xbox compatibility, not that it was designed ENTIRELY for Xbox. After looking at the site, I noticed that it is compatible for windows 10/11 - so why is it not showing up in my synapse? Will I need to return this one and just get a non-xbox version?

Hi everyone!
I'm not sure where to turn with this issue now, but I'll hope to find somebody who has solutions or any kind of answers for this.
I had issues with my Kraken v3 hypersense from the start - It had a crackling sound effect sometimes that was annoying. I found out that there is a firmware update for the device, and it's been said to resolve the crackling sound problem.
It was indeed a solution for the sound issue, but since the firmware update, I could not stand the sidetone monitoring feature... It became very artificial sounding, sightly delayed and bad in overall quality. It feels like I'm interrupting myself while talking, it is similar to a "hear your voice back" feature. Before the firmware update it was really great, and natural sounding.
I borrowed another pair of Kraken v3s (they are stock versions), and the sidetone is working nice on those as expected. But mine with the latest firmware stays the same everywhere (as expected).
Do somebody has a similar problem?

I am almost 100% sure that something was changed in the firmware regarding the sidetone feature 😦 Other cases I found was the same as mine and replacement didn't solve anything (apart from getting back the stock firmware again with a crackling noise issue, because that one was fixed by the firmware at least 😄 )

Has anyone had an encounter similar to this?
My mouse Bask V3 just got off its warranty and this issue makes it IMPOSSIBLE to play any game that uses the scroll wheel. Once the mouse is lifted off the ground, it activates the scroll wheel. Its almost like they wanted it to go bad as soon as it cant be warrentied. Love the mouse to death, but this issue would require a new mouse if it cant be resolved.
