Depends on a lot of factors, it could be any link in the chain from the ISP connection coming into the home, the type of connection used in the LAN, the cables, equipment, etc
If your PC is able to connect to your main router via an ethernet cable, thats always your best bet, CAT6A or CAT8 cables would work best for that. If using a WiFi connection, be as close to the Wireless access point as possible with the least amount of walls or large obstructions. Always use 5GHZ or 6GHZ WiFi channels when possible, as 2.4ghz WiFi is a little antiquated now and wont offer the performance needed to game on. If you have a large home and the signal isnt great, it would be beneficial to purchase a mesh system with many access points to boost range and signal quality. Ubiquiti is great for this if you're a power user, and Linksys Atlas or Eero if you just want to EZ take it out of the box and run it. The connection will only go as fast as what the ISP provides, so always look out for Fiber internet service if you can get it.

yeah but unfortunately I don't have any other answers, this is just one of those razer software moments. It's saying that the cable is either not working or the headphones themselves aren't being recognized for whatever reason, so unless you have more cables to try or powering on the powering off the headset I'm not sure what else you can really do

well also double click might help you drag click faster. i dont see any information on controlling mouse driver detection in windows now. so they locked it or left option to driver devepment team

so i found the resolve to my issue
thru trial and error the solution i found was to go to pairing mode then hover the curser over the pairing button then unplug the 2.4hz dongle(mouse receiver), hold the power/dpi button until the mouse was fully off. then manually press the "try again" for pairing the hyperpolling dongle via my keyboard. then while it was pairing i turned my mouse back on via 3 sec hold on power/dpi button. it connected first try.
if anyone else is having this issue with the razer viper v2 pro or any other mouse i hope this helps. cheers.

i had the same problem 2 years ago when i got a cheap mic stand, i used some plyers to remove it and scratched the paint on it
