I have the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 headset. I have Synapse version 3.9.109.11015. There is no Mixer section in the Synapse tabs. It asks for THX Spiritial Audio activation code. Am I doing something wrong?

if you changed colors in synapse and it is not loading, switch to a different color profile and switcch back it should work

@wooden sparrow if you play music, have it set to stereo, then in the middle of the song switch it thx spatial audio, you will notice the difference. It fades to the THX spatial audio after a second or two. That would be a way to test it if you'd like

hi guys, I am new here. Need your help badly. So I basically convinced myself that it is time to upgrade my old RB 17 with 2060 to the latest RB 18 with 4090. And because all my gaming equipment was always black, i decided to go ahead with mercury white this time to feel that I am buying something new (not only inside but also outside). But the biggest dilemma I have faced is matching this RB18 mercury with other Razer products. There is a bit of perfectionist sitting inside of me and I spent last 3 days doing a research with zero outcomes haha.
So my main problem is which mouse and keyboard I should go with. In the past when RB mercury had white keycaps it was easy and you just going with any white razer keyboard and mouse. Now, the latest RB mercury only has two colours – black and silver. If I will go with white products – it will add 3rd colour (white) and will not match with the laptop. But if I take black keyboard and black mouse, it will be weird I think and will match black razer laptop.
Any suggestions?

I'm sorry I used the wrong words - I don't think they're categorizing it as a problem per se
they just hard-bound the keys for some weird reason, and if it's because "the keycaps have printed side-legends on them" it's a really stupid reason

e.g. this. Like, for me, this is a set-and-forget thing, why would I need to change brightness on the fly
