Hello! I have an urgent issue with my new headphones and im wondering if you guys could help me please. @ me if you reply.

I bought Razer Black Shark V2 X headphones, brand new.
Win10.

1. Microphone is ridicilously quiet, upon testing, me speaking reaches 4% volume. All my settings are at 100%, and my pc has no "boost option".

2. Every time my microphone is in use, ie when im in call, when im recording etc, there is a very loud buzzing in my headphones. The moment I exit call, or press stop recording, the buzzing stops.

I dont think these issues are headset related, as when I plugged the usb headphones into my phone with a port, the mic audio was fine, buzzing persisted tho.

I contacted razer support, they dont speak english, very unhelpful, when i tell them its buzzing, they ask for screenshot of proof.... I give up.
I'd be very greatful if someone would at least point me in the right direction as to what I could do next. Thank you <3

Well i think they only come with the rubber ear buds so I buy different ear buds. Also they are not big and heavy so you may only get a little more then 4 hours of use. Before you need to put in case for charging.

Well you just need a wireless license and lots of money to afford wireless bandwidth. I use to setup 10 mb network as a kid with license when we only had kb internet on wireless. Now you can get gb networks for public access with wireless but data cost suck in most area.

Best I seen was setup in northern Canada. A 5 gb wireless network setup for testing it was connected to satellite at first then into local wired networks then mini disk then cell phone.

Now they are fighting a lot over access. Some people want technology for boats other for small towns other just want access for them self. I like to keep access license for two connections the company not happy I was given two you can share one. But I paid for two ??

They just keep saying you can give one back use wifi to connect other hardware. I'm keep telling them I don't want to use 10 mb wireless connection

from what i have seen in the reviews of the new firmware for the huntsman

its basically useless

it works in theory but its not granular enough to actually be able to tell the difference of 0.1mm movement difference

so you need about 0.4 to reliably trigger the effect

a normal mechanical keyboard switch actuates at 0.5

so this in effect makes this whole idea useless but a fun thought experiment

i would wait for the next generation refresh

Thx is only a standard company. If you mean surround sound there is really no way. You can buy a headset they give you razer audio or Dolby atoms but cost is probably in headset.

You might find a beta code and some games support the audio the price is inside game.
